Manage all the daily reports which are shared internally within the internal customer. And have it reviewed on frequent manner in order check all the field are filled completely and have the right data

Arrange Bridge call for Major Issues and continuously take Follow up till issue resolve.

Manage SLA for all the important UIDAI portals, tools and Applications. Vulnerability Management System – Quarterly manage VA assessment

and assign to various teams for the closure with in timeline. Managing the Problem tickets and RCA- Maintain the SLA of problem

tickets, Submit the RCA to the Client, update the KEDB and educate to the teams for proper resolution and understanding.

Manage the daily tickets raises in CA-ServiceDesk tool within SLA (Specially Response of all the incident/request tickets) and report the same with closed & pending tickets by EOD.

Monitor the alert of all Server/Network/Database and check health performance (CPU/Memory utilization/event) through the CA Spectrum Tool.

User Management & Administration. Trouble shooting User's login & home directory related issues.

Managing (adding/removing). Check the server health performance (CPU/Memory utilization) on

servers. Installation of patches, packages and applications on server. Monitoring system logs and the root's auto mailers such as errors and

warning mails or hardware failure errors. Monitor Authentication/eKYC Average Response time through CA-

Application Performance Monitoring (CA-APM) Tool.
