� LVB (T) series current transformer has an inverted structure with oil-immersed paper insulation (Please see the left figure).

It is connected in series with electric energy measurement, measuring, relay protection and transient protection functions.

� Primary coil has a through-type conducting rod structure with good dynamic and thermal stability; its maximum thermal

current can be up to 63kA/3s (when primary coil is connected in series).

� Primary coil passes through the center of secondary coil without flux leakage. Measurement precision can be up to 0.1and

0.2S grades.

� Secondary coil is fixed in an aluminum shielded-case by casting organic materials; secondary measurement and

protection circuits cannot be damaged by insulation breakdown.

� Optimal capacitor screen bushing is made of a complete piece of imported broadsheet cable paper; it is coiled by an

automatic wrapping machine which is controlled by a computer with high performance. It has a technological de-centrality

and an excellent insulation property. Partial discharge test is carried out under power frequency test voltage.

� Use the automatic vacuum drying treatment system produced by LEYBOLD in Germany, carry out pressure-changing

vacuum drying treatment and oiling after a product is assembled completely, and all insulation materials are imported from

foreign countries. All these ensure that the dielectric dissipation factor of complete product tan_ is less than 0.3%.

� External insulation uses a porcelain cover with high strength, optimal surface field intensity together with lower field

intensity of internal bushing make the porcelain cover avoid explosion.

� Secondary outlet box is a complete structure by casting the aluminum alloy; its sealing structure meets the requirement

of IP55, which is dust proof, water proof and air permeable; secondary terminal for wiring uses Phoenix special terminal; it

is more convenient for operations such as plug-in, pull-out and wiring etc.

� Connection between components uses argon-arc welding, fill in high pressure nitrogen to detect leakage after assembly

is complete, so oil penetration and oil leakage caused by oil-immersed products are resolved at root.

Use an aluminum alloy cast case, all components including the base, connection box, stainless steel expander, and

nameplate etc do not rust forever.

� It is light and handy with a small volume and light weight.

� This product is free-maintenance.

� LVQB series current transformer has an inverted structure with SF6 gas insulation (Please see the figure). It is connected

in series with electric energy measurement, measuring, and relay protection functions.

� Primary coil has a through-type conducting rod structure with good dynamic and thermal stability; its maximum thermal

current can be up to 63kA/3s (when primary coil is connected in series).

� Optimal Electrode shielded structure improves internal and external field distribution of the product. It has an excellent

� There are two types of external insulation bushing for customers: they have excellent explosion-resistant and shock-

resistant behaviors.

� External bushing uses silicon rubber umbrella type apron reinforced by glass fiber. Optimal external surface field makes

silicon rubber avoid electrical erosion.

� Porcelain bushing shell with high-strength.

� Secondary outlet box is a complete structure by casting the aluminum alloy; its sealing structure meets the requirement

of IP55, which is dust proof, water proof and air permeable; secondary terminal for wiring uses Phoenix special terminal; it

is more convenient for operations such as plug-in, pull-out and wiring etc.

� Seal ring is made of imported fluorocarbon silicone rubber, it is suitable for using in the area where there is great

temperature change or the environmental temperature is extreme. The leakage rate per year is less than 0.5%.

� Product performance keeps changeless after severe transporting test.

� Use an aluminum alloy cast case, all components including the base, connection box, stainless steel expander, and

nameplate etc do not rust forever.

� A density meter is installed on the base, this meter can show the gas pressure and density in the transformer (The show

value is turned to be the internal gas pressure at 20� automatically). A signal for refilling gas is sent out when the pressure

in the transformer drops down to the alarm pressure.

JDQXF Series SF6 Gas-insulated Voltage Transformer

� Transformer cabinet is at the bottom of product, main body is in

it, there is a silicon rubber composite insulation bushing or high

strength porcelain bushing at the middle and primary terminals are

at top both sides of product.

� A SF6 gas density controller is equipped on the transformer

cabinet; it can monitor the SF6 gas pressure in-line. There is a

pressure-relief device on the top; the rupture (relief) pressure is 0.

7 MPa without oil or explosion risk, and it is free-maintenance.

� Main body is inside the cabinet, use the composite insulation of

polyester film and SF6 as interlayer insulation, so it has high

strength insulation. Coil uses single-staged tower structure, so it

has a good shock resistant performance.

� Product shell is carried out hot galvanizing or uses cast aluminum

alloy, all components including stainless steel fasteners and name-

plate etc work in outdoor for long time without rust.

� Primary terminal block uses cast aluminum part, the static test

load it can bear is no less than 3000N.

� Secondary outlet box is a complete structure by casting the

aluminum alloy; its sealing structure meets the requirement of IP55,

which is dust proof, water proof and air permeable; secondary

terminal for wiring uses Phoenix special terminal; it is more conve-

� Optimal Electrode shielded structure improves internal and external field distribution of the product. It has an excellent

insulation property. Partial discharge test is carried out under power frequency test voltage.

� Seal ring is made of imported fluorocarbon silicone rubber, it is suitable for using in the area where there is great

temperature change or the environmental temperature is extreme. The leakage rate per year is less than 0.5%.

� High voltage coil is made of imported polyester film and conducting wires with high insulation strength and stable

� Leading wire of secondary coil and leading wire of ground terminal of primary coil are connected with Phoenix special

terminal in the secondary terminal box via the terminal block cast as a whole with epoxy on the shell. It is more convenient

GIS Gas-insulated Voltage Transformer

Voltage transformer matched with GIS is used for SF6

close combined apparatus; it is connected between the

phase and ground. It uses SF6 gas as main insulation, and

uses polyester film, which is used for interlayer insulation,

as additional insulation.

Main components of transformer

� There are lifting blocks, a ground terminal, a nameplate,

an instruction plate and a secondary terminal box on the

metal shell. The shell body is formed by welding steel

plates and hot galvanizing, all connecting bolts uses stain-

less standard parts, they can work in outdoor place for long

time, and do not rust forever. A metal rupture disc is

installed on the base. If a high energy discharge occurs in

it, the rupture disc will break to relief pressure, so the safety

of product is improved.

Introduction to Structure

� LB6-110 type current transformer has an oil-immersed fully-

sealed structure. The primary coil is U-shape, the main body is fixed

on the bracket, the main insulation uses capacitor type oilpaper, use

the high voltage cable paper to wrap the core of primary coil, and set

up several capacitor shields among it, the internal shield is con-

nected to high potential, and the external shield is connected to

ground reliably.

� There is a porcelain bushing at the upper part of oil tank, and an

oil conservator is set up on top of porcelain bushing, primary outlet

terminal is on the oil conservator, series-parallel connection uses an

external switch device, i.e., the switching operation is carried out

outside the oil conservator.

� Use a stainless steel expander as the oil compensation device to

ensure oil quality. Oil level is indicated by the pointer at the upper

window of expander.

� A nameplate is set up on the oil tank to show the technical data. There are four lifting blocks for hoisting, an oil-discharge

valve and earthing bolts at the bottom of oil tank.

� The product can have four to six secondary coils, the secondary measurement coil is made by microcrystalline alloy with

high magnetic conductivity, thus can ensure that the measurement precision reaches up to 0.2 grade or 0.2S grade. 2�600A

or above current transformer has a pigtail at measurement secondary coil, in order to get two current ratios.

� Use new technology and new materials such as hot galvanizing or stainless steel standard parts etc for outside of the

product to make complete equipment rustless.

Introduction to Product

� This product has an oil-immersed fully-sealed structure. It con-

sists of metal expander, oil conservator, main body and other

accessories. The primary coil is U-shape, the main insulation uses

capacitor type oilpaper, use the high voltage cable paper to wrap

the core of primary coil, and set up several main shields among it.

� The secondary coil is set up at the lower part of primary coil; the

whole main body is fixed in the oil tank. There is a bushing at upper

part of oil tank, and an oil conservator is set up on top of bushing, the

primary wire is lead out via the hole of oil conservator, the series-

parallel switching operation is carried out outside the oil conservator.

� Use a stainless steel expander as the oil compensation device to

ensure oil quality. Oil level is indicated by the pointer at the upper window of expander.

� A nameplate showing the technical data and a description plate showing the coils arrangement schematic diagram are set

up on the oil tank. There are four holes or lifting blocks on the under-frame for hoisting the product, and an oil-discharge valve

high magnetic conductivity, thus can ensure that the measurement precision reaches up to 0.2 grade or 0.2S grade.

� The secondary terminal has limit and double sealing functions. The outlet box is made by stretching wholly; it is elaborate

and practical. The oil tank is carried out surface treatment; it is bright and durable.

� Complete transformer is fully sealed. New technology and new materials such as hot galvanizing or stainless steel

standard parts etc are used for outside of the product to prevent from rustless and get long working life.

� Reasonable and originative structure as well as advanced technology ensures that the product runs reliably, safely and

durably.

Introduction to product

�LAB6-35 type current transformer uses oilpaper insulation for outdoor use, it is a fully sealed product. It is used as a current,

electric energy measurement and relay protective device for AC power system with highest voltage for the equipment of the

equipment 40.5 kV and rated frequency 50Hz.

� The product can have three or four secondary coils, the magnetic core uses microcrystalline alloy with high magnetic

conductivity, the measurement precision of secondary coil can be up to 0.2 grade or 0.2S grade.

�The oil conservator of this product is made of aluminum alloy. The oil tank is made by high-quality steel plate stretching

to form as a whole, in order to reduce welding seam leakage points; it has not exposed sealing structure, so it can lengthen

the aging period of seal ring, ensure that the sealing performance is reliable, improve the run quality of insulation oil, and

ensure that the run is safe and reliable.

LGBJ type Current Transformer

Introduction to Product

� This product uses the capacitor equalizing theory; it uses optimal

structural design by special electric field analysis and calculation; it

is light and handy, and it is convenient for installation.

� The product is made of fire resistant and corrosion resistant

material without oil or porcelain. It not only can be used in the city

with high sanitary requirement, but also can be used in the area with

severe pollution.

� This series product consists of primary coil, secondary coil, shell

and base plate etc components.

� The secondary coil is set up at the bottom; it is covered by shell

completely to prevent from dust and outer matters entering, and

prevent from being corroded by sand blown by wind.

� The end shield or ground shield is led out separately to be convenient for test, and it also has good humidity resistance.

The insulation resistance is stable and reliable.

� The secondary terminal block uses cast as a whole.

� This is a patented product of our company, and the patent No. is ZL 02 2 88478.5.

� This product uses organic composite material as its main insulation, so it has a long working life, and can be up to 30 years.

Introduction to Product

� JDC6 -110 and JDCF-110 type voltage transformers use electromagnetic oilpaper insulation for outdoor use; it is a fully

sealed product. It is used as a current, electric energy measurement and relay protective device for the system with effectively

earthed neutral with the highest voltage for equipment 126 kV and rated frequency 50Hz.

� This product has a reliable design and low magnetic density, it can avoid ferroresonance over-voltage, the secondary coil

can separate measurement from protection; the measuring precision can be up to grade 0.2 to meet the different requirement

of customers and the high precision measuring requirement required by power departments.

� This product uses a stainless steel expander; it is carried out advanced vacuum drying and vacuum oiling treatment

technology, so it has small dielectric loss and low partial discharge, and can ensure that the operation of product is safe and

reliable.

� JD6-35 and JDX6-35 type voltage transformers use oilpaper insulation for outdoor use; it is a fully sealed product. It is used

as a current, electric energy measurement and relay protective device for the system with the highest voltage for equipment

40.5 kV and rated frequency 50Hz.

� JD6-35 type voltage transformer has a structure with single phase and double coils, it is suitable for connecting at the place

between the phase and phase in a system with ineffectively earthed neutral.

� JDX6-35 type voltage transformer has a structure with single phase and triple coils; it is suitable for connecting at the place

between the phase and ground in a system with ineffectively earthed neutral.

� The core of product uses high quality silicon steel sheets, the measuring precision can be up to grade 0.2; the oil tank has

a form structure, it is formed by stretching high quality steel plate wholly to reduce the number of welding seam leakage points.

The rubber ring uses double sealing to ensure that the operation of product is reliable.

Introduction to Product� Capacitor voltage transformer series products are suitable for current, electric energy measurement and relay protection

in a system with effectively earthed neutral with rated voltage 35kV, 66kV, 110kV or 220kV and rated frequency 50Hz. It can

also be used for carrier wave communication concurrently.

� This product consists of capacitor voltage divider and electromagnetic unit the medium voltage terminal and low voltage

terminal of capacitor voltage divider are lead out into an oil tank equipped with electromagnetic unit. The electromagnetic unit

consists of middle transformer, a compensation reactor and a damper

� The capacitor voltage divider consists of a bushing, a core and a metal expander. The core of capacitor is combined by

several film-paper composite media and serial parts which are made by coiling aluminum foils, it is carried out vacuum dipping

treatment, the porcelain bushing is filled with transformer oil, and it is equipped with the metal expander to compensate the

change of oil volume at different temperatures.

� This series transformer has a quick saturation damping device with a quick transient response speed, and it also can damp

ferroresonance reliably.

� There is a carrier wave communication terminal in the secondary outlet box, and it also has an over-voltage protection clearance.

� There are an oil level gauge, an outlet box, a nameplate, an oil-discharge plug and an earthing base outside the oil tank.

� The sealing structure of product is optimized, so it has a good sealing performance.
