Il profilo a T sistema Stabalux della Palladio Trading & Engineering si distingue dai profili tradizionali per la sua forma netta e lineare, grazie alla quasi completa complana-rità delle singole facce. Tale profilo soddisfa le richieste dell’architettura moderna che tende ad eliminare ogni elemento considerato superfluo. Il profilo a T sottolinea la linearità della struttura di facciata. Tutti i profi-li, in combinazione con i componenti del sistema Stabalux, sono classifica-bili nel gruppo materiali di base 1.

Profiles for large spans

The T profile of the Stabalux system by Palladio Trading & Engineering differs from traditional profilesin its clean linear shape, as the single faces are virtually completely coplanar. In fact this profile fully sati-sfies modern architectural needs as all superfluous elements have been eliminated. The T profile emphasises the linearity of the curtain wall structure. In combination with our system components all profiles are classified in Frame material group 1.

The support profile is perfect for low-cost working with T profiles, using welded bolts and threaded holes. It allows exactly positioning the gasket and is perfectly coplanar with the bottom gasket.

Il canale di avvitamento Stabalux, composto da due elementi, è la soluzione ideale per il collegamento tra il profilo superiore e la struttura inferiore. Il canale di avvitamento, composto daprofilo di base e profilo superiore a clips, consente uno straordinario collegamento senza necessità di saldatura. Il profilo di base forato può per esempio essere avvitato nei fori ciechi del profilo a T Stabalux. Il canale di avvitamento può essere inserito dopo il processo di verni-ciatura dei profili, in officina come in can-tiere. Questo fissaggio ad avvitamento nei fori ciechi, per il quale non è necessaria alcuna saldatura, consente una sicura protezione contro la corrosione.

The Stabalux screw groove is composed by two elements and is ideal for joining the top profile to the bottom structure. The screw groove consists of a base profile and a top clip profile, which gives an exceptional join with no need for welding. For example, the drilled base pro-file can be screwed into the blind holes of the Stabalux T profile. The screw groove can be fitted after the profiles have been painted, either in the workshop or on site. This screwing in the blind holes, which does not require welding, gives excellent protection against corrosion.

Sono realizzati infatti con l’innovativa tecnologia della saldatura a laser, che permette di ottenere una perfezione di contorni non raggiungibile con la tradizionale laminatura a caldo. Le due parti vengono trafilate e successivamente saldate a formare la T. A differenza delle saldature ad angolo convenzio-nali, la tecnica a laser rende possibili saldature profonde che comportano una migliore aderenza. La saldatura in continuo è sottoposta ad un controllo completo. Il profilo a T in acciaio inox enfatizza la linearità della struttura e presenta tutti i vantaggi del materiale acciaio inox. Il profilo di inserimento con cave per la guarnizione e la tecnologia del canale di avvitamento completano il sistema dei profili a T inox.

Stainless steel profiles for glass and steel curtain wallsAn eternal design for the new stainless steel profilesThe new stainless steel T-profiles produced by Palladio Trading & Engineering are distinguished by the accurate form of the profile. They are made using the innovative laser welding technology, which allows to reach a precision in the outlines not possible with traditional hot-rolling.Unlike traditional angle welding, laser technology means that very deep welding can be done which gives much better bonding. Seam welding is subjected to a complete control. The stainless steel T-profile emphasises the linearity of the structure and offers all the advantages given by stainless steel. The support profile with the gasket groove and the screw groove complete the stainless steel T-profile system.

L’innovativa tecnologia di costruzioni vetrate Stabalux della Palladio Trading & Engineering consente un montaggio diretto sulle più svariate strutture infe-riori. Il canale di avvitamento, composto da due elementi in alluminio, e le relative guarnizioni, ha la stessa modalità di uti-lizzo sia nelle facciate che nei tetti. Le guarnizioni si differenziano solamente se impiegate nel montante o nel traverso, e nelle larghezze desiderate 50 o 60 mm.

Technology for personalised glass constructions

The innovative Stabalux technology for glass constructions by Palladio Trading & Engineering can be mounted directly onto various types of inner structures. The screw groove, consisting of two aluminium elements and the gaskets, is used in the same manner for both curtain walls and roofs. The gaskets differ only if they are used on the mullions or the transoms, and in the different widths of 50 or 60 mm.

Il sistema Il progettista realizza la struttura in legno secondo le sue idee, dai travetti inclinati grezzi alle superfici lavorate con finiture d’ar-redo. Attraverso la calda sensazione emanata dal legno e gli alti valori di isolamento termico dei sistemi Stabalux della Palladio Trading & Engineering, lo spazio vitale si ingrandisce fino ad inglobare le facciate. Si riducono in tal modo spiacevoli sensazioni fredde. La struttura interna in legno e quella esterna in alluminio sono separate termicamente l’una dall’altra dal sistema di guarnizioni Stabalux sperimentato da diversi anni. Tra i due piani di guarnizione viene stretto il vetro ai listelli di sostegno.

The system The architect designs the wooden structures according to his own conception, from the rough inclined beams to the finished interior surfaces. With the warm atmosphere given off by wood and the high heat insulation guaranteed by the Stabalux systems by Palladio Trading & Engineering, vital space is enlarged to incorporate the curtain walls too, meaning that any cold atmospheres are reduced to a minimum.The system provides consistent thermal separation of the load bearing structure on the internal side from the outer glass-holding structure. Glass elements are fixed between two gasket areas.

The innovative system for curtain walls means that glass elements can be fixed directly to the mullion-transom structure in aluminium, steel or wood, with no need for external caps. Working and assembly are as simple as for traditional mullion-transom structures. The glass surface forms a smooth element that allows creating new architectural tones.

Dettagli pratici per il collegamento al corpo della struttura ampliano il campo di applicazione. Per la prima volta è stata testata una facciata al piano superiore nel settore dei parapet-ti. Il sistema tagliafuoco Stabalux rappresenta l’ottimale nel campo del tagliafuoco per strutture snelle.

Fire resistance classificationsG 30, G 60, F 30, R 30, F 60, F 90 and F 120For Stabalux systems, tests and authorisations are available for the curtain walls and roofs, and various types of glass and panels can be used. The fire-resistance tests that are carried out take into consideration the physical needs of the structure, like protection against heat and damp, including for the fire rated curtain walls. The practical details for connecting to the structure body extend the field of application. For the first time a curtain wall on the top floor has been tested near to the parapets. The Stabalux fire rated system has been shown as excellent for fire protection in light structures rated with large spans.

Fire rated glazings for curtain walls and roofsFor further development of Stabalux fire rated glazing, first of all the technical requirements for the fire rated were studied. The objective is to create a narrow structure with low-cost solutions. The authorised Stabalux fire rated glazings have minimum visual impact and are very efficient even for very large areasand spans.

Il sistema tagliafuoco Stabalux per facciate ventilateIl sistema tagliafuoco per facciate ventilate della Palladio Trading & Engineering è costituito da elementi speciali nei quali viene integrato un materiale reattivo al calore. Da una temperatura di ca. 300°C si gonfiano i mattoni isolanti e chiudono lo spazio d’aria posteriore. Tramite tale processo vengono trattenuti i gas caldi provocati dall’incendio e la sua propagazione viene ridotta. In questo modo si creano delle sezioni entro le quali si sviluppa l’incendio evitando la sua propaga-zione in poco tempo su altri locali, e permet-tendo una più facile estinzione dello stesso.

The Stabalux fire rated system for ventilated curtain wallsThe fire rated system for ventilated curtain by Palladio Trading & Engineering walls consists of special elements that incorporate a heat reactive material. At a temperature of around 300°C, the insulating blocks swell up and close the rear air space. This process blocks the hot gasses formed by the fire and reduces its propagation. This way, sections are formed within which the fire develops avoiding its fast propagation to the other rooms and allowing an easier extinguishment of the fire.

Sistema di frangisole in alluminio installato esternamente alle finestre, facciate e tetti vetrati. Differenti lamelle e diverse distanze tra le lamelle regolano il grado di ombreggiamento in chiusura della radiazione ed il grado di trasparenza. Le lamelle possono essere installate parallelamente od orizzontalmente alla superficie del vetro. An excellent Sun protection system in alluminium which can be fitted externally on windows, glass frontages and glass roofs. Different slats and varying spaces between the slats determine the amount of light or shade.The slats can be fitted parallel in front of the glass or at an angle to the vertical. The integration with the facade has been so conceived to ensure a perfect fit.The sunshade system can be fitted to all common frontages and types of glass roof as well as to solid buildings.

Verticali rispetto alla facciata o parallele alla superficie del vetro, le lamelle del frangisole sono collegate direttamente alla struttura portante della facciata tramite supporti in inox. Per questo tra le due lastre di vetro è necessario uno spazio di almeno 15 mm e una distanza di sicurezza del vetro stesso. Considerando che l’intero carico del frangisole viene sostenuto dai supporti, si rende necessario un fissaggio sicuro. Eventualmente può rendersi necessaria una verifica statica.

Per il lavaggio della superficie vetrata, il frangisole si solleva dal vetro. Per questo è indispensabile disporre le guide portanti delle lamelle a coppie. Il posizionamento delle guide portanti delle lamelle avviene in questo caso tramite una speciale forcella a lamelle doppie. In caso di necessità i relativi avvitamenti possono essere sganciati permettendo al frangisole di essere sollevato manualmente o ribaltato. Gli ammortizzatori pneumatici facilitano l’apertura e la movimentazione delle lamelle.
