HARMONEERITUKS TUNNISTATUD STANDARDID

Tehnilise normi ja standardi seaduse muutmise seaduse (RT I 2002, 32, 186) kohaselt avaldab Eesti Standardikeskus oma veebilehel ja väljaandes teavet harmoneeritud standarditest. Harmoneeritud (ühtlustatud) standardid on EL Uue lähenemisviisi direktiividega liituvad standardid. Harmoneeritud standarditeks loetakse need standardid, millele on viidatud EL ametlikus väljaandes Official Journal. Harmoneeritud standardite kasutamine on kõige lihtsam viis tõendada direktiivide oluliste nõuete täitmist. Lisainfo http://www.newapproach.org/ .

EVS Teatajas ja EVS kodulehel saab tutvuda Uue lähenemisviisi direktiivide all harmoneeritud standarditega. Ühtlasi avaldame ka, millised neist standarditest on üle võetud Eesti standarditeks. Seekord on avaldatud aktiivsete siirdatavate meditsiinivahendite ja gaasiseadmete standardid (avaldatud juuni 2005 Euroopa Ühenduste Teataja C-seerias). UUED STANDARDID JA KAVANDID ARVAMUSKÜSITLUSEKS

EVS Teataja avaldab andmed uutest vastuvõetud Eesti standarditest ja avalikuks arvamusküsitluseks esitatud standardite kavanditest rahvusvahelise standardite klassi-fikaatori (ICS) järgi. Samas jaotises on toodud andmed nii eesti keeles avaldatud, kui ka jõustumisteatega Eesti standarditeks inglis-keelsetena vastuvõetud rahvusvahelistest ja Euroopa standarditest. Eesmärgiga tagada standardite vastuvõtmine, peab standardite vastuvõtmisele eelnema standardite kavandite avalik arvamusküsitlus, mis tähendab, et asjast huvitatul, on ettenähtud perioodi jooksul võimalik tutvuda standardite kavanditega ning teha seejärgselt vastavasisulisi ettepanekuid.

Arvamusküsitlusele on esitatud:

1. Euroopa ja rahvusvahelised standardid, mis on kavas vastu võtta Eesti standarditeks jõustumisteatega. Inglise-keelsete kavanditega saab tutvuda EVS raamatukogus ja osta on neid võimalik EVS müügigrupist. EVS tehnilistel komiteedel on võimalik saada tasuta koopiaid oma käsitlusalaga

kokkulangevatest standarditest EVS kontaktisiku kaudu.

2. Eesti standardite kavandid, mis Eesti standardimisprogrammi järgi on jõudnud arvamusküsitluse etappi. Kavanditega saab tutvuda Eesti Standardikeskuse raamatu-kogus [email protected] ning osta EVS müügigrupist [email protected].

3. Euroopa (prEN) standardite kavandid, mis on saadetud liikmetele arvamusküsitluseks (kavandid on kättesaadavad EVS raamatu-kogus, v.a Euroopa standarditeks üle-võetavate nende konkreetsete ISO tehniliste komiteede kavandid (prEN ISO), mille töös EVS ei osale). Kavandeid saab osta müügigrupist. EVS tehnilistel komiteedel on võimalik saada koopiaid oma käsitlusalaga kokkulangevatest kavanditest EVS kontaktisiku kaudu. This part of ISO 9239 specifies a method for assessing the burning behaviour of horizontally mounted flooring systems exposed to a heat flux gradient in a test chamber, when ignited with pilot flames. The radiant heat gradient is higher than the one described in ISO 9239-1 in order to simulate conditions in a corridor adjacent to a room containing a fully developed fire (post-flashover). This method is applicable to all types of flooring such as textile carpets, cork, wood, rubber and plastic coverings as well as coatings. Results obtained by this method reflect the performance of the flooring, including any substrate if used. Modifications of the backing, bonding to a substrate, underlay, or other changes of the flooring may affect test results. This part of ISO 9239 is applicable to the measurement and description of the properties of floorings in response to heat and flame under controlled laboratory conditions. It should not be used alone to describe or appraise the fire hazard or fire risk of floorings under actual fire conditions.

Käesolev standard määrab kindlaks uute õhuliinide projekteerimise ja ehitamise üldnõuded, mida tuleb järgida, et kindlustada liini vastavus tema otstarbele, pidades silmas inimeste ohutuse, hoolde, käidu ja keskkonnaalaseid nõudeid. Osa 1: Korstnapitsi süsteemi tooted Käesolev standard määratleb toimimisnõuded metallvooderdise (isolatsiooniga) ühekihilise seinaga ja mitmekihilise seinaga korstnatoodetele (korstna moodulid, korstna liitmikud ja terminaalid, kaasa arvatud toendid), mida kasutatakse küttekehades toimival põlemisel tekkivate toodete toimetamiseks väliskeskkonda. Lisaks sellele määratletakse standardis nõuded tähistamisele, tootja poolt antavatele juhistele, tooteinfole ja vastavushindamisele. Käesolev Euroopa standard määratleb kihiliste seintega korstnate ehitamiseks kasutatavate, tehases valmistatud betoonist lõõrivooderdiste ja ühendusdetailide materjalid ja nõuded mõõtmetele ja jõudlusele, katsemeetodid kaasa arvatud. Käesolevat standardit kohaldatakse ka korrusekõrguste (kindla kõrgusega) ja armatuuriga lõõrivooderdiste puhul. EVS-EN 1858 Korstnad. Komponendid. Betoonist lõõriga plokid Käesolev Euroopa standard määratleb korstnasüsteemides kasutatavate, punktis 3 kirjeldatud betoonist lõõriplokkide ehitamiseks kasutatavatele materjalidele, mõõtmetele ja toimivusele esitatavad nõuded. Lõõriga plokid võivad olla ühekihilise või kihilise seinaga. Standardit ei kohaldata eriventilatsiooniga korstnate puhul. Standard määratleb ploki tüübi, mille mõõtmed peavad olema vastavuses müüritise elemendi kõrgusega ning mida käsitletakse tüübina B (sideplokk). Käesolevat standardit kohaldatakse ka korrusekõrguste (kindla kõrgusega) ja armatuuriga lõõriplokkide puhul. EVS-EN 12101-2 Suitsu ja kuumuse kontrollsüsteemid. Osa 2: Spetsifikatsioon loomulikku suitsu ja kuumuse jääke eemaldavate ventilaatorite kohta Käesoleva Euroopa standardi antud osa sätestab loomulikku suitsu ja kuumuse jääke eemaldavate süsteemide osade paigaldatavatele suitsu ja kuumus eemaldatavatele ventilatsioonisüsteemidele esitatavad nõuded koos katsemeetoditega. EVS-EN 791 Puurseadmed. Ohutus Käesolev standard käsitleb olulisi mehhaniseeritud puurseadmetega seotud ohte, mille tekkimine on võimalik, kui puurseadmeid kasutatakse tootjafirma poolt ettenähtud oludes ja viisil. Standard määrab kindlaks ohutusnõuded konstrueerimise, valmistamise, kasutamise ja hooldamise kohta. Käesolev standard kehtib nii pealmaa- kui ka allmaatöödel tunnelites, kaevandustes, ehitustel ja puurkaevude puurimisel kasutatavate puurseadmete kohta. Standard käsitleb ka seadmete kesti.

EVS-EN ISO 3744 Akustika. Müraallikate helivõimsuse taseme määramine helirõhu abil. Tehniline meetod mõõtmiseks põhiliselt vabas väljas peegeltasapinna kohta. Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard määratleb helirõhu tasemete mõõtmise meetodi müraallikat ümbritseval pinnal põhiliselt vaba välja tingimustes. Samuti reeglistab Standard nõuded müraallika poolttekitatud helivõimsuse taseme arvutamiseks ühe või enama peegel-tasapinna läheduses. Nõuded esitatakse nii katsekeskkonnale ja mõõteseadmetele kui ka pinna helirõhu taseme mõõtmiseks kasutatavale tehnikale, mille järgi arvutatakse müraallika helivõimsuse taseme tulemused täpsusastmes 2. EVS-EN ISO 3746 Akustika. Müraallikate helivõimsuse taseme määramine helirõhu abil. Seiremeetod, mis kasutab ümbritsevat mõõtepinda peegeltasapinna kohal Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard määratleb helirõhu tasemete mõõtmise meetodi müraallikat ümbritseval pinnal müraallika poolt tekitatud helivõimsuse taseme arvutamiseks. Nõuded esitatakse nii katsekeskkonnale ja mõõteseadmetele kui ka pinna helirõhu taseme mõõtmiseks kasutatavale tehnikale, mille järgi arvutatakse müraallika helivõimsuse taseme tulemused täpsusastmes 3. EVS-ISO 7960 Tööpinkide poolt tekitatav õhumüra. Töötingimused puidutöötlemismasinatele Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard kirjeldab koos teiste müraemissiooni rahvusvaheliste standarditega mehaanilisi ja akustilisi aspekte, mis on vajalikud puidutöötlemismasinate poolt emiteeritud õhumüra kindlaksmääramiseks korratava katsemeetodi abil. EVS-ISO 11094 Akustika. Katsetuseeskiri mootorajamiga muruniidukite, murutraktorite, muru- ja aiatraktorite, professionaalsete niidukite ning niiduklisaseadmetega muru-ja aiatraktorite poolt tekitatud õhumüra mõõtmiseks Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard kirjeldab üksikasjalikult A-korrigeeritud helirõhu tasemete mõõtmise meetodeid mikrofonide kindlaksmääratud asukohtade juures nii masina

statsionaarses kui ka liikuvas olekus. Nende väärtuste põhjal arvutatakse välja masina A-korrigeeritud helivõimsuse tase. EVS-EN ISO 22868 Metsamasinad. Käeskantavate sisepõlemismootoriga masinate mürakatsete eeskirjad. Tehniline meetod (Täpsusaste 2) Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard kirjeldab detailselt mürakatsete eeskirja, mille abil on võimalik efektiivselt ja standardiseeritud tingimustel määrata kindlaks käeskantavate sisepõlemis-mootoriga metsamasinate (n. kettsaed, võsalõikurid ja rohutrimmerid) müraemissiooni väärtused. Müraemissiooni omaduste hulka kuuluvad A-kaalutud helirõhu taseme emissioon operaatori töökohal ja A-kaalutud helivõimsuse tase. Eeskirja kasutatakse nii tootja toodangu kontrollimiseks kui ka tüüpkatsetuste käigus. Saadud tulemusi on võimalik kasutada erinevate masinate või sama tooteseeria masinate võrdlemiseks. EVS-EN 338 Ehituspuit. Tugevusklassid Käesolev standard sätestab tugevusklasside süsteemi üldiseks kasutamiseks ehitus-normides. Standard annab igale klassile tugevusomaduste, jäikusomaduste ja tiheduse tunnusväärtused ning reeglid puidukogumite (st liikide, päritolu ja sortide kombi-natsioonide) klassidesse paigutamiseks. Standard kehtib kogu ehituses kasutatava okas- ja lehtpuidu puhul. EVS-EN 408 Puitkonstruktsioonid. Ehituspuit ja liimpuit. Mõnede füüsikaliste ja mehaaniliste omaduste määramine Käesolev standard spetsifitseerib meetodid ehituspuidu ja liimpuidu järgmiste omaduste määramiseks: paindeelastsusmoodul, nihke-moodul, paindetugevus, tõmbe-elastsusmoodul puidukiuga paralleelsel tõmbel, tõmbetugevus puidukiuga paralleelsel tõmbel, surve-elastsusmoodul puidukiuga paralleelsel survel, survetugevus puidukiuga paralleelsel survel, tõmbeelastsusmoodul puidukiuga ristsuunalisel tõmbel, tõmbetugevus puidukiuga rist-suunalisel tõmbel, surveelastsusmoodul puidukiuga ristsuunalisel survel, survetugevus puidukiuga ristsuunalisel survel ja nihke-tugevus.

EVS-EN 14250 Puitkonstruktsioonid. Tootenõuded konstruktsioonilistele stantsitud metallplaatkinnititega valmiselementidele Käesolev standard määrab kindlaks tootenõuded ehitistes ja sildades kasutatavatele sõrmjätkatud või jätkamata ehituspuidust valmistatud stantsitud metallplaatkinnititega koostatud konstruktsioonilistele valmis-elementidele (nt fermid ja talad). EVS-EN 934-3 Betooni ja mördi keemilised lisandid. Osa 3: Müürimördi keemilised lisandid. Määratlused, nõuded, vastavus, tähistus ja sildistus Käesolev Euroopa standard määratleb ja spetsifitseerib nõuded ja vastavuskriteeriumid tsemendipõhistes müürimörtides kasutatavatele keemilistele lisanditele. Standard hõlmab kaht tüüpi keemilisi lisandeid, kestvatoimelised aeglustavad lisandid ja õhku-manustavad/ plastifitseerivad keemilised lisandid, mida kasutatakse tehases ja ehitusplatsil valmistatavates mörtides. EVS-EN 845-1 Müüritarvikute spetsifikatsioonid. Osa 1: Müüriankrud, tõmbeelemendid, talakingad ja konsoolid Käesolev Euroopa standard esitab nõuded müüriankrutele, tõmbelintidele, kingadele ja konsoolidele, mida kasutatakse müüritis-esisestes ühendustes ja müüritise ühendamiseks rajatiste ja hoonete teiste osadega, kaasa arvatud seinad, põrandad, talad ja postid. Juhul, kui ankrud või kinnitid on tarnitud või spetsifitseeritud kui müüritarviku osad, rakenduvad toimivus nõudeid sisaldavad nõuded tootele kui tervikule. EVS-EN 845-2 Müüritarvikute spetsifikatsioonid. Osa 2: Sillused Käesolev Euroopa standard esitab nõuded maksimaalselt kuni 4,5 m laiuste müüritisseina avade sildamiseks ettenähtud valmissillustele, mis on valmistatud terasest, autoklaavsest poorbetoonist, tehiskividest, betoonist, põletatud savitellistest, silikaattellistest, looduslikest kividest või neid materjalide omavahel kombineerides.

EVS-EN 845-3 Müüritarvikute spetsifikatsioonid. Osa 3: Sängitusvuugi terassarrusvõrgud Käesolev Euroopa standard esitab nõuded müüritise sängitusvuugi töötavale või konstruktiivsele terassarrusele. Õhkvahega seintes kasutatavate sarrusvõrkude puhul katab käesolev Euroopa standard ainult toimivust sängitusvuugi sarrusena ja mitte müüritisekihte siduva müüriankruna.

EVS-EN 14411 Keraamilised plaadid. Määratlused, liigitus, karakteristikud ja märgistus (ISO 13006:1998, modifitseeritud) Käesolevas Euroopa standardis määratletakse ja esitatakse terminid, nõuded ja märgistamise kriteeriumid esimesse kvaliteedikategooriasse kuuluvatele keraamilis-tele plaatidele (mis on valmistatud märg- ja kuivpressimismenetlusel). Standard hõlmab ka lisas Q esitatud eeskirjade kaudu esimesse kvaliteedikate-gooriasse mittekuuluvaid plaate. EVS-EN 786/A1 Aiapidamisseadmed. Eeslükatavad ja käeshoitavad elektriajamiga murutrimmerid ja muruservatrimmerid. Mehaaniline ohutus Käesolev Euroopa standard määrab kindlaks konstruktsioonile ning tarindusele esitatavad mehhaanilise ohutuse nõuded ning testimiskorra eeslükatavate ja käeshoitavate elektriajamiga murutrimmerite ja muruservatrimmerite suhtes, mida kasutatakse püsti seistes peamiselt rohu niitmiseks ning millel on mittemetalsest kiust (tamiilist) lõikeelemendid või vabalt pöörlev(ad) mittemetalne (-metalsed) lõikur(id), millest ühegi kineetiline energia ei ületa 10 J. EVS-ISO 1180/A1 Suruõhutööriistade pidemed ja padruni läbiviikude mõõdud Käesolev rahvusvaheline standard käsitleb suruõhutööriistade varsi ja vastavaid padruni läbiviike ning hõlmab järgmisi tüüpe : - kivisöepiikvasara pidemed; - meisli pidemed; - needitangide pidemed, paralleelsed; - needitangide pidemed, kitsenevad; - vasara ja labida pidemed; - betoonivasara pidemed; - kivipuuri pidemed.

Loetletud pidemetüübid on seotud masinatega, mille jaoks nad on valmistatud, kuid see ei välista nende pidemete kasutamist ka muudes rakendustes. EVS-ISO 8528-10 Sisepõlemis-kolbmootoriga vahelduvoolugeneraatorid. Osa 10: Välisõhus leviva müra mõõtmine ümbritseva pinna meetodil ISO 8528 määratleb sisepõlemis-kolbmootoriga vahelduvvoolugeneraatorite poolt tekitatud välisõhus leviva müra mõõtemeetodeid nii, et kõiki asjakohaseid müratekitajaid nagu väljalaske- ja jahutussüsteemi müra koos muude mootorimüra allikatega hinnatakse võrreldavate tulemuste saamiseks sama meetodi kohaselt. Kui väljalaske- ja jahutussüsteemid on ühendatud eraldiseisva süsteemiga, siis ei hõlma ISO 8528 selliste süsteemide poolt tekitatava müra mõõtmist. EVS-EN 13318 Tasandusmördid ja põrandate tasanduskihid. Määratlused Käesolev Euroopa standard määratleb tasandusmörtide ja põranda tasanduskihtide valmistamisel ja rakendamisel kasutatavad terminid. Need terminid kehtivad kõigi TC 303 poolt ettevalmistatud standardite puhul. EVS-EN 13813 Tasandusmördid ja põrandate tasanduskihid. Tasandusmördid. Omadused ja nõuded Käesolev Euroopa standard spetsifitseerib nõuded siseruumide põrandates kasutatavatele tasandusmörtidele. Toimivuspõhise standardi saamiseks käsitletakse käesolevas standardis esmajoones toote omadusi, toote valmistamisviisile pööratakse tähelepanu vaid siis, kui see on toote omaduste kirjeldamisel möödapääsmatu. EVS-EN 13830 Rippfassaadid - tootestandard Käesolevas Euroopa standardis spetsifitseeritakse rippfassaadide karakteristikud ja esitatakse tehnilist teavet mitmesuguste kogu Euroopas rakendatavate toimivusnõuete kohta ning katsekriteeriumid ja katsetamise järjekord (katsejada), mille kohaselt toote nõuetele vastavust määratakse. EVS-EN 50110-1:2005 Elektripaigaldiste käit 208.- Standard on identne Euroopa standardiga EN 50110-1:2004 “Operation of electrical installations. Standard sätestab elektripaigaldiste ohutu käidu ja elektripaigaldistes, nende juures või lähedal sooritatavate töötoimingute ohutusnõuded. Need nõuded kehtivad operatiiv-, töö- ja hooldetoimingute kohta. Standard kehtib kõigi nii mitteelektritööde (nt õhu- või kaabelliinide läheduses tehtavate ehitustööde) kui ka elektritööde kohta, kui on tegemist elektrilise ohuga.

EVS-EN 50366:2005 Kodumasinad ja teised analoogilised elektriseadmed. Elektromagnetväljad. Hindamise ja mõõtmise meetodid 180.- Standard on Euroopa standardi EN 50366:2003 “Household and similar electrical appliances – Electromagnetic fields – Methods for evaluation and measurement” identne tõlge eesti keelde. Standard käsitleb elektromagnetilisi välju ja defineerib meetodid elektri- ja magnetvälja hindamiseks sagedustel kuni 300 GHz kodumasinate ja teiste analoogiliste seadmete ümber.

EVS-EN 60664-3:2005 Madalpingevõrkudes kasutatavate seadmete isolatsiooni koordinatsioon. Osa 3: Ühe- ja kahepoolsete pinnakatete ning kompaundivormide kasutamine saastekaitseks 171.- Standard on Euroopa standardi EN 60664-3:2003 “Insulation coordination for equipment within low-voltage systems. Part 3: Use of coating, potting or moulding for protection against pollution” identne tõlge eesti keelde. Standard rakendub seadmetele, mis on saastamise vastu kaitstud ühe- ja kahepoolsete pinnakatete ning kompaundivormide abil ja mis võimaldab seeläbi vähendada õhkvahemikke ning lekkeradasid, nagu on

kirjeldatud osades 1 ja 5. Standard rakendub samuti igat tüüpi trükkplaatidele, k.a mitmekihiliste plaatide sisekihtide pindadele, ning nende põhimikele ja muul sarnasel viisil kaitstud koostetele. EVS 812-5:2005 Ehitiste tuleohutus. Osa 5: Kütuseterminalide ja tanklate tuleohutus 162.- Standard sätestab ehituslikud tuleohutus-nõuded põlevvedelike käitlemisega tegelevatele tanklatele ja terminalidele (VI kasutusviis), ning vastava tegevusega muude hoonete ja rajatiste piisavalt ohutuks projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks.
