For more than 40 years RUWAC has been known for building the highest quality industrial vacuums and dust collectors. However, the industrial vacuum and dust collector business can be quite tricky due to the many factors infl uencing its unique requirements.

Therefore we try not to sell something “off the shelf“ – in fact we dont have any standard “model“ in our product range. Instead weuse all our experience and know-how to fi nd out the exact requirements for each particular case. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will only supply solutions to our customers, which are completely safe, long lasting and perform every day as promised.

When Siegfried Wagner and Manfred Runge established RUWAC in 1976, they were in complete agreement about their objective: To produce the best industrial vacuum cleaners.

Industrial Vacuums and dust collectors that would handle any type of material, could be used in the harshest environments and custo-mized to the requirements of any situation.

Today RUWAC not only is the leading producer of industrial vacu-ums in the world but off ers solutions for almost any dust collection requirement. Being the latest of 3 manufacturing plants, RUWAC Asia Limited was established in 2009 as a BOI promoted and fully certifi ed production facility in Chonburi, Thailand.

Funded and 100% owned by the RUWAC owner’s family, RUWAC Asia Group enjoys the continuous support from its owners and their long-term commitment to local and international customers in the Asia/Pacifi c region.

Order and Project Implementation During the project implementation process, we are with you from signing the order until you start to use the machines. Handover and operator training Many of our solutions will be used in sensitive areas and for dangerous suction media. Therefore every RUWAC machine is delivered with proper operator training and handover. 多くの我々のソルーションはデリケートで敏感な個所で使用され用途も危険な吸込媒体用と言えます。それ故、各RUWACの機械は正しい操作員の訓練と引渡しが成されてます。

From over 40 years of experience, we have learned that “standard” dust collection tasks really don’t exist in industrial sectors. Every industry, every work environment and every application is different! Even small variations in the waste properties such as moisture content, size or specific weight can have a huge impact on the dust collection system specification. Filter size and type, collection method, suction drive specification and many other details need to be considered carefully. Therefore any “standard,” “commercial” or “household” vacuums are neither safe nor suitable for industrial applications. That’s why we don’t quote by “model name” or “motor power” but offer custom solutions. RUWAC solutions are always designed to work well for a particular application and the unique requirements of our customers.

Dedusting at source Efficient dust control in any production process starts directly at the source. This can be a hand-held tool, a PCB router machine or a process using lasers. Compressed Air Drive压缩空气驱动的吸尘器

Compressed air vacuums can be used in production lines for manual cleaning of parts, whenever many start/stops per hour are required. The compressed air driven vacuum can be started and stopped unlimited times per hour. Another application for our compressed air drive module is the vacuum of fl ammable liquids such as airplane fuel.

Spark Trap Vacuum 带有火花熄灭装置的吸尘器

The RUWAC spark trap vacuums can be used for a variety of vacuum and dedusting tasks, where sparks are present in the suction air. For every ATEX vacuum the introduction of ignition sources with the suction air must be 100% ruled out by the user. In situations, where this is not possible the spark trap vacuum can be one of the safe choices.

BFSD Vacuum 处理易燃液体的吸尘器

The BFSD industrial vacuum cleaner is designed for the safe vacuuming of flammable liquids. The vacuumed liquid is collected in a container in the base module. Droplets are separated by the stainless steel demister mat. Mists are filtered by the sintered bronze filter. Vapours are absorbed by an active carbon filter. The RUWAC silo vacuum can be confi gured for a large variety of vacuum, dedusting and extraction applications, where large collection capacities are required. Even heavier material can be vacuumed and collected into the seethrough and sturdy 200 l disposal bag. These vacuums can also be customized with special frames and continous discharge systems.

Truck mounted vacuums are designed for truly heavy duty applications. With vaccum power of up to 850 mbar and airvolume capacities of up to 6000 cbm/h any vacuum cleaning task can be managed. Electrical and diesel powered vacuum drives are available as well as options for ATEX zones and control systems to connect the unit to central system pipelines.
