    $ON$L#S!ONThe study concludes that" the motivational program

    procedure in +,-'/0T1 B0-2 is found e)ective but nothighly e)ective. The study on employee motivation

    highlighted so many factors which will help to motivatethe employees. The study was conducted among 67employees and collected information through structuredquestionnaire. The +tudy helped to #ndings" which wererelated with employee motivational" programs which are

    provided in the organization.The performance appraisal activities really play a ma4orrole in motivating the employees of the organization. 't isa ma4or factor that makes an employee feels good in hiswork and results in his satisfaction too.
