Dear Sir/Madam,

It gives me great pleasure to be introducing CASE (Center for Advanced

Studies in Engineering) and its allied Business Program which goes by the name of

CASE Business School (CBS). Case BBA program aims at developing studentsintellectual ability, executive personality and managerial skills through an

appropriate blending of general business education, management skills trainings

and exposure to industry. We are a new program on the national horizon and we

hope that we will be able to live up to the reputation that our Engineering School

has already made on the national level. Already over as short period of three years

we have not only employed experienced faculty but have worked hard on creating a

strong academia-industry linkage by holding a unique event tagged Carving out

the Future Professional. A gratis DVD of the conference is duly appended.Respected Sir/Madam, it is in this context that CASE Business School has

decided upon an ambitious professional development portfolio which includes three

gala events for 2010-2011.

2. Leadership Training Program

3. Inter School Skill Building Workshop

CASE SPARK:

The event will revolve around at least four competitions titled as follows:

Case Study Competition

Business Plan Competition

Engineering Competitions

LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM:

This course will be a training program focusing on polishing leadership skills and will

help in exploring the hidden leadership abilities. This course will be facilitated by a

senior practitioner from industry, and Ch. Fazl-e-Muqeem (Director BBA Case

Business School, MBA Warick Business School).

THE SKILL BUILDING WORKSHOP:

CASE and CASE Business School already have extensive contacts within both the

public and private high schools in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi-Wah corridor. As part

of our national and social responsibility we are already planning free youth

development workshops for the year 2010-2011. You will be obliged to know that

during academic year 2009-2010 we were able to do short career counseling

sessions with the same audience with resounding success. As a crowning activity to

the short counseling sessions and the planned training this year, the workshop

envisaged to be held sometime in January-February 2011, will try to build on work

done earlier, and try to help the young men and women build their

communication/expression skills

Respected Sir/Madam, it is in the above scenario that we also wish to make a

polite request for a sponsorship from your esteemed organization. The cost

estimates are duly appended and the young men/women who will be bringing in the

sponsorship request will brief you on the details of these events and the benefits

that will accrue to all of the stakeholders concerned. It goes without saying that the

senior management at CASE will be honored with your presence and hopes to make

the whole year 2010-2011 an exciting one for the youth of this region.

Engineering school competitions will be finalized in next two weeks. There

will two engineering competitions, as CASE has strength of participating in

national and international robotics competitions, so one competition is surly

based on robotics.

In our previous event which was held in April 2010, our sponsors mainly

belong from the construction industry. In that event we have invited the

The first question which is asked by the companies when they received our

sponsorship letter is that what are we offering to them?

In this event we will display two big banners on which we will display the

logos of our sponsors and we will also print the logos of our sponsors on the

invitation cards.

We believe in long term relationship i-e we will advertise the names of our

sponsors on our website: www.case.edu.pk

As we have some best trainers of the country in our Business School so wewill conduct skill building trainings and other customized programs.

We will try to conduct some customized which our sponsors demands for

their employees.
