Safeity Ministry Reminder!
The Safety Ministry would like to remind everyone of the importance to make a right turn only out of the church parking lot after Mass. Due to traffic congestion while entering and exiting the parking lot, it is imperative for our parishioners to make a right turn only when leaving Mass.
For those parishioners who are exiting the west parking lot (behind the Parish Center), please do not make a U-turn in front of the church. This only compounds an already dangerous situation. To ensure the safety of our parish community and those around us, the Safety Ministry appreciates your cooperation.

Congratulations for a magnificent Tenth Anniversary International Food Festival! Felicidades por un magnífico Festival Internacional de Comida del Décimo Aniversario!
Thanks to our 2018 IFF Committee Chairpersons: Ann Grossman, Pat Bickel, Debbie Elliott, Jim Moynihan and Ricky Herrera.Thanks also to our Team Leaders: Ann Mullins and Bob Calabria. Thanks to our Silent Auction Leaders: Lyn Wozniak, Cheryl Tordonato and Katrtina Lueck.
Thanks to all of you for such a wonderful day of fun, fundraising and coming together as a Parish Family. Expenses and income are still not complete but our latest count estimates that our net income is about $70,500.00 Wow! Our gross income was about $90,500.00 and expenses were about $20,200.00. The income is a great boost to the parish but so is the long hours of working together for our Lord and his people. I am very proud of you. You can be very proud of yourself and our parish.

Next weekend October 6-7, the Rosary for Life will be prayed 35 minutes before Mass. Praying the Rosary in October
October is the month of the Rosary. Our Lady has asked us specifically to pray the Rosary daily.During this October St. Ann will be conducting A Family Rosary Challenge: asking each parishioner/family to say one decade (or more) of the Rosary each day in October. More information on how to say the Rosary and Rosaries will be provided the last weekend of September - Sep 29/30. Please participate and pray for the success of the St. Ann Rosary Challenge. Remember... “The family that prays together, stays together!”
Lectio Divina will be offered on Wednesdays, September 26th, October 10th, October 24th & November 7th in the Learning Center Room 101. Come to any session or all; no preparation is necessary – just bring your Bible. We begin promptly at 7 p.m. and conclude no later than 8:15 p.m.

Recently we have experienced some nefarious international con artists who have established and using email accounts, such as G-Mail, in the name of some of our Priests and our Bishop. They are doing this to illicitly solicit gift cards, money, or information.
It is anticipated that among the previous scams that perpetrators may devise new scams relative to the Hurricane disaster relief efforts as a false pretext to obtain money, property, or information from our unsuspecting and generous Diocese Parish communities.
Kindly consider this as a scam and do not respond under any circumstances.
Our diocesan IT staff is working with Google to address this invasion of privacy and the attempted fraud against the goodness of our parish communities.
Ensuring your protection is easy. If you receive a request from one of our Priests, our Bishop, Catholic Charities, or any other source via email or text, please carefully check with one or more of your a trusted source(s) by speaking directly to them, or their appropriate staff, through known phone numbers and known email addresses. Please, never reply to any odd or surprise request email or text directly, nor call any numbers provided in such an email directly.
Legitimate disaster relief efforts will be coordinated in an organized way, not as an unexpected pop-up email containing requests and instructions designed to obtain your personal money, goods, financial, personal information, or other information.
