1. はじめに

1-1 本ガイドについて

本ガイドでは EventLog Analyzer のインストール方法について説明しています。

また本ガイドはビルド 11003 を元に作成しています。

1-2 対象読者

本ガイドは、導入に関するシステム管理者を対象としています。

1-3 ライセンスについて

ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer はネットワークイベントを監視・管理する Web ページのログ管理ツールです。ネットワーク内の

Windows ホストや、Unix ホスト/ルータ・スイッチなどの Syslog を出力する機器からログデータをエージェントレスで収集します。収集したロ

グデータは、ネットワーク管理者がイベントログの状況を容易に把握可能なレポートとして Web ブラウザに表示されます。また、設定した条

件にもとづく特定のログを受信した際に管理者にメールを送信する機能により、 24 時間どこにいてもネットワークの問題に対応することが

可能です。

3. ダウンロード

インストールファイルを以下の URL からダウンロードします。

4. インストール手順

4-1 WINDOWS 環境でのインストール手順

1. ダウンロードしたファイル(ManageEngine_EventLogAnalyzer.exe または ManageEngine_EventLog Analyzer_64bit.exe)

をダブルクリックします。EventLog Analyzer をインストールするサーバのビット数（32bit または 64bit）でインストールファイルが異

なりますのでご注意ください。

2. “実行”をクリックします。

*インストールファイルは無料版/評価版ともに同じです。

インストール時に、評価版としてインストールするか無料版としてインストールするかを選択します。

30 日間の評価期間終了後、自動的に無料版に移行されます。

3. インストール画面が表示されるので”Next”をクリックします。

4. ライセンス条項を承諾後、”Yes”をクリックします。

5. EventLog Analyzer をインストールするディレクトリ先を選択します。デフォルトは ‘C:\ManageEngine\EventLog Analyzer’です。

ここで指定したディレクトリの下に”EventLog Analyzer”というフォルダが生成されます。

(例えば、”C:\ManageEngine\EventLog”と指定すると、”EventLog”の下に”EventLog Analyzer”が生成されます。)

変更する場合は”Browse…”をクリックしてください。


6. EventLog Analyzer をインストールするかの選択を行います。インストールを行う場合は”Next”をクリックしてください。

8. インストールの完了です。“Yes, I want to view readme file”“Start Eventlog Analyzer in console mode”を必要に応じて選択

後、”Finish”ボタンをクリックします。

【Eventlog Analyzer サービスのインストール手順】

Eventlog Analyzer をサービスとしてインストールする場合は、以下の手順に沿って行ってください。

1. スタートメニューをクリックします。

2. ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer の中にある“Install Eventlog Analyzer as service”をクリックして起動します。

3. Eventlog Analyzer がサービスに追加されます。

4-2 LINUX 環境でのインストール手順

ダウンロードした ManageEngine_EventLogAnalyzer.bin または ManageEngine_EventLog Analyzer_64bit.bin ファイルを保存

します。EventLog Analyzer をインストールするサーバのビット数（32bit または 64bit）でインストールファイルが異なりますので、ご注

意ください。

1. “$ chmod +x ManageEngine_EventLogAnalyzer.bin”を実行することにより

ファイルのアクセス権限を変更し、実行可能権限を付与します。

2. “$ ./ManageEngine_EventLogAnalyzer.bin –console”を実行します。

management solution. EventLog Analyzer collects event logs from Windows, UNIX,

and Linux systems across distributed servers and workstations across your

network using an agent-less architecture. With EventLog Analyzer you can

generate extensive reports that help in analyzing and troubleshooting system

problems, with least impact on network performance.

9. インストールディレクトリを指定します。デフォルトでは、 /root/ManageEngine/EventLog が指定されます。

変更しない場合は Enter キーを押下します。変更する場合は、ディレクトリを指定してください。

ここでは、/opt /ManageEngine/Eventlog に変更します。(※推奨)

10. EventLog Analyzer の Web ポート番号を指定します。デフォルトでは、8400 番を使用します。

変更しない場合は Enter キーを押下します。変更する場合はポート番号を入力してください。

11. EventLog Analyzer をサービスとしてインストールするかどうか選択します。

デフォルトでは選択されていないため、サービスとしてインストールする場合は 1 を押下します。

インストールしない場合は 0 を押下します。

12. インストール情報が表示されます。設定情報に問題がなければ 1 を押下します。

13. インストールが開始します。以下のようにメッセージが表示されたら 3 を押下してインストールを終了します。

5. 起動と停止

5-1 WINDOWS 環境での起動 /停止

Eventlog Analyzer サーバを起動する場合

[スタート]→[すべてのプログラム]→[ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer]→[Eventlog Analyzer]を選択します。

Eventlog Analyzer を停止する場合

[スタート]→[すべてのプログラム]→[ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer]→[ShutDown Eventlog Analyzer]

【Eventlog Analyzer をサービスとして起動する場合】

[スタート]→[コントロールパネル]→[管理ツール]→[サービス]を開き、[ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer]を選択します。

そしてボタン、あるいは”サービスの開始”という文字をクリックして、サービスを開始してください。

起動後はクライアントマシンからブラウザを立ち上げて、アドレスバーに以下を入力します。

http://[サーバ名]:[ポート番号] (例: http://test-machine:8400)

[サーバ名] には、EventLog Analyzer をインストールしたサーバのホスト名か IP アドレスを指定してください。[ポート番号] は Web サーバ

ポート番号（デフォルトは 8400）を指定します。

以下のログイン画面が表示されます。初回ログイン時には、ユーザ名とパスワードに「admin」を入力してログインしてください。

【Eventlog Analyzer のサービスを停止する場合】

[スタート]→[コントロールパネル]→[管理ツール]→[サービス]を開き、[ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer]を選択します。そしてボタ

ン、あるいは”サービスの停止”という文字をクリックして、サービスを開始してください。

5-2 LINUX 環境での起動 /停止

【Eventlog Analyzer をアプリケーションとして起動する場合】

以下のコマンドを実行してください。

$ cd /root/ManageEngine/EventLog/bin

$ sh run.sh

……………………………

Server Started.

Please connect your client at http://localhost:8400

Server Started というメッセージが表示されたら起動に成功しています。

【Eventlog Analyzer をサービスとして起動する場合】

$ service eventloganalyzer start

または、

[EventLog Analyzer インストールディレクトリ]bin $ /etc/init.d/eventloganalyzer start を実行します。

【EventLog Analyzer のサービスを停止する場合】

$ service eventloganalyzer stop

または、

[EventLog Analyzer インストールディレクトリ]bin $ /etc/init.d/eventloganalyzer stop を実行します。

＊アプリケーションとして起動している場合は、Ctrl + C キーを押下、または/bin/shutdown.sh を実行してシャットダウンします。

6. アンインストール手順

6-1 WINDOWS 環境でのアンインストール手順

1. EventLog Analyzer を停止します。

2. EventLog Analyzer をインストールしたサーバの「スタート」メニューから「ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer 8」-> 「Uninstall

EventLog Analyzer」リンクをクリックします。

3. 確認メッセージが表示されます。アンインストールを続ける場合は、「はい」をクリックします。

4. アンインストールウィザードが立ち上がります。アンインストールが終了したら、「Finish」ボタンをクリックしてウィザードを閉じます。

5. アンインストールが終了したら、EventLog Analyzer のインストールディレクトリ(C:\ManageEngine\EventLog)を削除します。

6-2 LINUX のアンインストール手順

1. EventLog Analyzer を停止します。

[EventLog Analyzer インストールディレクトリ]/server/_uninst ディレクトリに移動します。

2. 以下を実行します。

$ ./uninstaller.bin (グラフィックモード)

$ ./uninstaller.bin –console (コンソールモード)

ウィザードに従ってアンインストールします。

EventLog Analyzer インストールディレクトリ(/root/ManageEngine/EventLog)を削除します。
