Sticks è una collezione di moduli in grès porcellanato a tutta massa, adatto all’uso a pavimento e rivestimento per interni e esterni.

Sticks è ottenuto da lastre di materia pressata e tagliata nei diversi formati della collezione, caratterizzati anche da finiture superficiali diverse.

I toni disponibili sono: Plaster, Clay, Smoke, Coal.

Sticks 5x30 cm

Formato disponibile nella variante Smooth - che presenta una sola finitura liscia - e nella versione Mix - con 3 diverse finiture mescolate in maniera casuale.

Il formato 5x30 cm è venduto inscatolato a pezzi sfusi, per consentire di personalizzare le superfici attraverso molteplici soluzioni di posa.

Sticks 1x30 cm

È una sequenza regolare di bacchette 1x30 cm montate su rete, che permette di costruire tatami orizzontali e verticali oppure di mescolare i moduli, creando pattern a intreccio regolare o irregolare.

Il formato 1x30 cm è disponibile sia nella variante Smooth che nella variante Mix.

Sticks 1x10 cm

In questa versione le bacchette vengono ridotte a 1x10 cm e montate su rete con fughe irregolari.

Il formato 1x10 cm è disponibile solo nella versione Mix.

Sticks is a collection of through-body porcelain stoneware modules suitable for indoor and outdoor floor and wall coverings and pavings.

Sticks is made from slabs of pressed material cut into the various collection sizes, with different surface finishes.

The colour shades available are Plaster, Clay, Smoke and Coal.

Sticks 5x30 cm

Size available in the Smooth variant - with smooth finish only - and in Mix version - with 3 a random mixture of 3 different finishes.

The 5x30 cm size is sold in boxes of loose pieces, for creating individual surfaces with the aid of multiple installation solutions.

Sticks 1x30 cm

This is a mesh-mounted sequence of 1x30 cm sticks enabling the construction of horizontal and vertical tatami patterns or the mixing of modules to form regular or irregular interwoven layouts.

The 1x30 cm s ize is avai lable in both Smooth and Mix var iants .

Sticks 1x10 cm

In this version the sticks are even smaller, 1x10 cm, and are mesh-mounted with uneven joints.

The 1x10 cm size is only available in the Mix version.

MASSIMO NADALINI

Co-fondatore di Brix, azienda pioniera nell’ambito delle superfici per l’architettura, nel ruolo di product&communication manager, inizia la propria attività di direttore creativo e R&D counselor nel 2015.

Già responsabile del re-branding di Decoratori Bassanesi, collabora dal 2018 con Mosaico+ in qualità di direttore creativo.

Nel corso degli anni si occupa del designer recruitment e della R&D per le aziende con cui collabora, selezionando diversi progettisti tra i quali Jean Marie Massaud, Vincent Van Duysen, Nendo, Claudio Silvestrin, Paola Navone, Sebastian Herkner, Guglielmo Poletti, Andrée Putman, L+R Palomba, Naoto Fukasawa, Michael Anastassiades, Lex Pott, Piet Hein Eek, Keiji Takeuchi e altri. Si è occupato di design di prodotto progettando per Brix, Decoratori Bassanesi e Mosaico+.

Co-founder and product&communication manager for Brix - a pioneer company in the field of surfaces for architecture - Massimo began his career as Creative Director and R&D counselor in 2015.

He has been responsible for Decoratori Bassanesi rebranding project and collaborates with Mosaico+ since 2018 as its Creative Director.

Massimo curates both designer recruitment and product R&D for the companies he works with, selecting numerous personalities such as: Jean Marie Massaud, Vincent Van Duysen, Nendo, Claudio Silvestrin, Paola Navone, Sebastian Herkner, Guglielmo Poletti, Andrée Putman, L+R Palomba, Naoto Fukasawa, Michael Anastassiades, Lex Pott, Piet Hein Eek, Keiji Takeuchi. He developed various products for Brix, Decoratori Bassanesi and Mosaico+.

P-saico è un progetto elaborato da Studio Irvine partendo dal concetto di materia e modularità di Sticks.

P-Saico è composto da frammenti di bacchette 1x3 cm montati in maniera irregolare per ottenere dei formati modulari.

La composizione dei moduli e la stuccatura danno origine a un seminato rivisitato in chiave contemporanea.

P-Saico è disponibile solo nella variante Mix.

Per la stuccatura di P-Saico si consiglia l’uso di uno stucco cementizio a grana grossa per fughe da 4 a 15 mm. Il consumo di stucco al metro quadro è pari a 1,8 kg.

P-saico is a project developed by Studio Irvine based on the material and modularity concept of Sticks.

P-Saico consists of 1x3 cm stick fragments mounted in irregular patterns to create modular sizes.

The way the modules are composed and the grouting generate a contemporary version of Venetian Seminato.

P-Saico is only available in the Mix variant.

For P-Saico grounting we suggest a polymer modified cementitious grout for joints from 4 to 15 mm. Grout consumption per square meter is 1,8 kg.

Studio Irvine è uno studio di design con sede a Milano gestito dall’architetto Marialaura Rossiello Irvine. Fondato nel 1988 dal designer britannico James Irvine (1958-2013), lo studio rimane fedele al suo approccio progettuale e al suo metodo in una combinazione di ironia e precisione.

Basato sull’idea di design ispirata dall’attenzione all’etica, al “fattore umano” e all’interazione personale, Marialaura Rossiello ha una visione in costante evoluzione, radicata nei classici della scuola di design italiana ma con una visione internazionale più ampia. Per alcuni anni ha collaborato con marchi di design italiani e si è abituata a considerare il prodotto nell’ambito di un processo aziendale globale. Nel 2011 è diventata partner dello Studio Irvine, dove i prodotti industriali sono stati il cuore pulsante del design.

Oggi il suo lavoro è distintamente interdisciplinare con una grande curiosità verso tutti i tipi e dimensioni di progetti di design: design di prodotti, interni e strategici, con clienti come Muji, Yamakawa, Thonet, Offecct, Amorim, Matteo Brioni, Baleri Italia e altri..

Studio Irvine is a design studio based in Milan and run by the architect Marialaura Rossiello Irvine. Founded in 1988 by British designer James Irvine (1958-2013), the studio remains faithful to his design approach and method in a combination of irony and precision.

Based on the idea of design inspired by attention to ethics, the ‘human factor’ and personal interaction, Marialaura Rossiello is instilled with a vision in constant evolution, rooted in the classics of the Italian design school but with a broader international outlook. For a number of years, she collaborated with Italian design brands, and grew accustomed to consider the product within a comprehensive corporate process. In 2011 she became partner of Studio Irvine, where industrial products were the throbbing heart of design.

Today her work is distinctively cross-disciplinary with a great curiosity towards all types and scales of design projects: product, interior and strategic design, with clients such as Muji, Yamakawa, Thonet, Offecct, Amorim, Matteo Brioni, Baleri Italia, and others.

This is a new chapter in the relationship between materials, wall coverings and grouts, and it allows new possibilities thanks to the introduction of grès.

Grès is a brand new material for Mosaico+: it allows architects to choose both floor and covering solutions following the brand’s 10 family color.
