Produalin säätimiä käytetään laajasti erilaisissa kaupallisissa ja julkisissa rakennuk- sissa optimaalisen huoneolosuhteen hallintaan. Paras mahdollinen sisäilma taataan hotellivieraille, toimistotyöntekijöille, erilaisten tilaisuuk- sien yleisölle tai potilaille varmistamalla monipuolinen ja tarkka mittaus sekä tarpeenmukainen säätö. Kolmen säädet- tävän toimintatilan avulla (Päivä, Yö ja Säästö), säätimillä saavutetaan myös toivottu energiansäästö vähentämättä sisätilojen viihtyvyyttä. Nykyaikaisissa ja älykkäissä rakennuksissa lämmitystä, jäähdytystä, ilmanvaihtoa sekä puhallin- konvektoreja käytetään ainoastaan tarvittaessa. Tällä taataan kustannus- tehokkuus sekä minimoidaan myös ympäristövaikutus

Säätö- ja huoneyksiköt

Edistyksellisen C2xx tuoteperheen säätimet on suunni- teltu helppoon välikattoasennukseen tai muuhun piiloasennukseen. Säätimien käyttö on hyvin joustavaa laajemman kytkentätilan ansiosta. Monipuolisuus mahdollistaa yhden huonesäätimen käytön monenlaisiin toimintoihin. Lisäksi kaikki ohjausparametrit ovat muunneltavissa, minkä ansiosta C2xx-tuoteperhe mukautuu hyvin myös tuleviin tarpeisiin.

Huoneyksikkövalikoimamme mahdollistaa helppo- käyttöisten ja korkeatasoisten sovellusten tai yksinkertaisten mutta tyylikkäiden ratkaisujen toteuttamisen. Yhdistämällä useampi toiminto samaan huonekoteloon, vältytään monen erillisen anturin asennukselta huoneessa. Yksiköissä on käyttäjäystävällinen käyttöliittymä ja valittavissa olevat optiot huoneen tarpeista riippuen. Tämän ansiosta järjestelmä on joustava ja mahdollistaa myös tulevaisuuden muutokset.

Puhallinkonvektorilla ja kaskadisäätöisellä lattialämmityksellä varustettu hotellihuonesovellusC230 ohjaa kolminopeuspuhallinkonvektoria, jossa on lämmitys ja jähdytys sekä peltitoimilaite ilmanvaihtoon/jäähdytykseen. Lattialämmitystä säädetään 0…10 V -toimilaitteella minimi- ja maksimirajoilla riippuen huoneen kokonaislämmitystarpeesta. Avainkorttikytkin vaihtaa säätimen toimintatavan yötilan (energiansäästö) ja päivätilan (viihtyvyys) välillä.

C2xx-tuoteperhe on suunniteltu piiloasennuksiin. C221 on monipuolinen perussäädin ja C222 on laajennettavissa releyksiköllä RL203 mm. kolminopeuspuhallinkonvektorille. C230-yksikössä on kolme sisäänrakennettua relettä ohjauksia varten. Säätimet on varustettu 2 x 0…10 VDC -lähdöillä, 2 x 24 VAC -lähdöillä sekä 3 x 0…10 VDC/NTC10/Kosketin-/Resistiivituloilla. C230 säätimessä on lisäksi 2 kpl 230VAC lähtöä sekä lisätulo läsnäolotunnistukseen tai avainkorttikytkimelle. I/O-toiminnot soveltuvat erilaisiin tarkoituksiin. Säädinyksikössä on sisäänrakennettu, galvaanisesti erotettu RS-485-väylä Modbus-kommunikaatiota varten ja se voidaan yhdistää mihin tahansa Modbus RTU -järjestelmään. C221 ja C222 toimitetaan 24 VAC -syötöllä ja C230 toimitetaan 230 VAC -syötöllä. Säätimet voidaan varustaa erilaisilla huoneyksiköillä kokonais-huoneratkaisujen tarjoamiseksi.

Huonesäätimet

HLS- ja R-perheiden tuotteet ovat joustavia huonesäätimiä, joissa äly ja kytkennät on toteutettu samaan yksikköön. Säädinmalleja on saatavana sekä edistyksellisiin, monitoimisiin ohjaustarpeisiin että yksinkertaisempiin vaatimuksiin. Säätimet kattavat niin väylä- kuin analogiset mallit ja ne voidaan mukauttaa sopimaan useimpiin tilavaatimuksiin. Parametrien laajojen konfigurointimahdollisuuksien ansiosta säätimet mukautuvat helposti myös mahdollisiin tulevaisuuden tarpeisiin.

Puhaltimella, radiaattoreilla, jäähdytyspalkeilla ja CO2-mittauksella varustettu huonesovellusHLS 44 ohjaa puhallinyksikköä, jossa on lämmitys ja jäähdytys, sekä peltitoimilaite ilmanvaihtoon/jäähdytykseen. Peltitoimilaite avautuu ilmanvaihtoa varten, jos CO2-arvot ovat liian korkeat tai tarvitaan jäähdytystä. Avainkorttikytkin vaihtaa säätimen toimintatavan yötilan (energiansäästö) ja päivätilan (viihtyvyys) välillä.

Jäähdytyspalkeilla ja radiaattoreilla varustettu neuvottelu-huonesovellus HLS 44-CO2 ohjaa jäähdytyspalkkeja jäähdytettäessä ja peltitoimilaitet-ta ilmanvaihtoa varten, jos CO2-arvot ovat liian korkeat, tai jos huoneessa on jäähdytystarve. Lämmitystä säädetään radiaattoreilla. PIR-läsnäoloanturi vaihtaa säätimen toimintatavan yötilan (energian-säästö) ja päivätilan (viihtyvyys) välillä.

PDS-ja HS-yleissäätimiä käytetään monenlaisiin käyttötarkoituksiin. Parametrit voidaan mukauttaa erityyppisiin lämmitys-, ilmanvaihto-, paine- ja kosteusohjauksiin tai muihin sovelluksiin.

Kanavapaineen säätöHS 2.2 säätää peltitoimilaitetta kanavan vakiopaineen säilyttämiseksi.

PatteriverkostoPDS 2-H säätää tuloveden lämpötilaa asetusarvon, ulkolämpötilan ja sisälämpötilan perusteella. Toimilaitteen ohjaus on toteutettu säädettävällä ohjauskäyrällä optimaalisen toiminnan varmistamiseksi.

PDS 2 1150120 säädin

Lämpötilasäädin ilmanvaihtokonesovelluksiin sekä lämpimän käyttöveden ja lämmityksen sovelluksiin. Säädin tukee Pt1000-lämpötila-antureita. Lämpötoimilaitteet voivat olla joko 0…10 V- tai 3-pisteohjattuja. Käyttöönotto ja asetukset tehdään sisäänrakennetulla näytöllä ja painikkeilla. Säätimessä on RS-485-väylä Modbus RTU -kommunikointia varten.

PDS 2.2 1150150 yleissäädin

Yleissäädin jota voidaan käyttää paineen, paine-eron, kosteuden ja lämpötilan ohjaamiseen. PDS 2.2 -säätimen tulo on tarkoitettu 0…10 V signaalille. Toimilaitteet voivat olla 0…10 V -ohjattuja ja 3-pisteisiä tai lämpötoimilaitteita. Käyttöönotto ja asetukset tehdään sisäänrakennetulla näytöllä ja painikkeilla. HS 2.2-M 1150290 yleissäädin, huonekotelo

Yleissäädin LVIS-sovelluksiin. Säädintä voidaan käyttää esim. paineen, paine-eron, lämpötilan tai valoisuustason ohjaukseen. Säädin voidaan yhdistää järjestelmiin jotka tukevat Modbus RTU -protokollaa, käyttäen RS-485-väylää. Väylä on erotettu galvaanisesti muusta säätimen elektroniikasta.

Säätimien lähdöt voidaan varustaa releillä ja erilaisilla muuntajilla tai signaalien jakajilla. Laaja valikoima järjestelmäkomponentteja täydentää toiminnallisuuksia.

Tarjoamme erilaisia työkaluja säätimien helppoon käyttöönottoon, asetusten säätämiseen ja konfigurointiin. H203 on C2xx-säätimien käyttöön- ottotyökalu, jonka voi kytkeä suoraan säätimeen tai käyttää sitä E12x huoneyksikön kautta. H203 mahdollistaa pääsyn asetusvalikoihin konfigurointia tai parametrien muuttamista varten. HLS 44-SER -työkalut ovat saatavana kaikille HLS-huonelämpötilasäätimien versioille. ML-SER on tarkoitettu helppoon Produalin mittalähettimien käyttöönottoon ja konfigurointiin.

Varmistaaksemme oikeanlaisen ohjausjärjestelmän käyttämisen projekteissa, tarjoamme asiakkaillemme mukautuspalvelua säätimien ja mittalähettimien esikonfigurointiin, sisältäen dokumentit sekä tekniset piirustukset. Tarjoamme myös neuvonta- ja tukipalvelua mm. suunnittelijoille auttaaksemme tuotteiden valinnassa sekä toimintokaavioiden, toimintokuvausten ja CAD-tiedostojen laatimisessa.
