Dear Rafeek Shaikh

 

We started using the 700 ltr mixing vessel from mid January 15 and within one month we had following defects

1. Gear box gear damaged.

2. The welding joint at the bottom dish developed leak two times.

3. Agitator impeller got struck while in operation.

 

These defects has affected our production besides incurring extra manpower formaintenance.

Let us know what can be done in this issue and avoid repeating in future .
