ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT

포틀랜드시멘트(OPC:KSL5201)세계적으로 가장 널리 사용되는 건축재료인 시멘트(1종 보통시멘트, 포틀랜드 시멘트)는 석회석, 점토, 철성분 등을 주 원료로 하여 1,450℃에 이르는 고온의 Kiln(가마)에서 구워내는 공정을 통해 만들어집니다. 이 과정에서 물과 섞이면 단단하게 굳는 성질(수경성)이 형성되는데, 이 고유의 특성이 자갈, 모래 등의 재료를 결합시킴으로써 콘크리트를 구성하게 됩니다.시멘트는 압축강도, 내구성, 성형성, 심미성 등 건축재료의 필수적인 성질을 동시에 갖추고 있으면서도 경제성이 탁월하여 현대 건축물의 필수 소재로 자리매김하고 있습니다.

ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT (OPC : KS L 5201)Cement (ordinary cement, Portland cement) is the most widely used construction material in the world. Cement is made of limestone, clay and iron contents, and is burned in a high-temperature kiln at 1,450°C. Through this process, cement acquires the property of getting hardened when mixed with water (hydraulic property). This property makes materials, such as gravels and sand, bonded together, forming concrete. Cement has become the required material for modern buildings as it has superior economic feasibility, while providing the properties, such as compressive strength, durability, moldability and esthetic property.

BLAST FURNACE SLAG CEMENT

고로슬래그시멘트(KSL5210)선철 제조공정의 부산물인 고로 슬래그를 미세하게 분쇄한 후 시멘트와 혼합하여 제조하는 시멘트입니다. 산업 부산물을 주 원료로 사용하므로 경제성이 높을 뿐 아니라 환경보전 및 간접적인 온실가스감축 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 일반 시멘트에 근접하는 성능을 나타내어 수요가 차츰 증가하고 있습니다.

BLAST FURNACE SLAG CEMENT (KS L 5210) Slag cement is produced with fine-ground furnace slag, which is a byproduct of pig iron producing process, mixed with cement. Slag cement, using industrial byproducts as the main material, has a growing demand, as it is superior in economic efficiency and provides the effect of environmental conservation and indirect greenhouse gas reduction, while providing the performance closed to that of Portland cement.

성신양회는 우수한 품질의 슬래그 시멘트를 충북 청원군에 위치한 부강공장에서 연간 180만톤 규모로 생산, 공급하고 있습니다.

LOW-HEAT PREMIXED CEMENT

저열혼합시멘트대단위 콘크리트 구조물 공사, 기초지반 공사 등에는 막대한 양의 시멘트가 투입되므로 수화열에 의한 균열문제가 발생하기 쉽습니다. 성신 저발열시멘트는 OPC에 플라이애시, 고로 슬래그 미분말, 그리고 소량의 특수 첨가제를 혼합하여 제조한 혼합시멘트로서 보통 포틀랜트 시멘트에 비하여 수화열이 30% 이상 낮고, 치밀한 구조를 형성하여 내화학성과 내구성이 우수합니다.

성신양회의 저열 혼합시멘트는 요구성능에 따른 최적배합과 강력한 3중 혼합방식의 Mixer에 의해 제조되어 최고 수준의 품질과 균질성을 보장합니다.

LOW-HEAT PREMIXED CEMENT Large-scale concrete structure work and foundation ground work, where enormous amount of cement is used, are easily exposed to cracking caused by heat of hydration. Sungshin’s low-heat premixed cement is produced with OPC mixed with fly ash, furnace slag powder and a small amount of special additive. Low-heat premixed cement has lower heat of hydration than ordinary Portland cement by at least 30%, and forms a dense structure, providing superior chemical resistance and durability.

Sungshin Cement’s low-heat premixed cement is produced by a multi-shaft mixer at the optimum mixture, guarantee top quality and consistency homogeneity.

SPECIAL CEMENT

1종조강형시멘트기존 OPC 제조공정에서 분리된 별도의 생산라인에서 초미세분말로 고도 미분쇄한 후, 성능개선을 위한 조강형 무기첨가제를 혼입하여 높은 초기강도가 발현되도록 제조한 시멘트입니다. 3일 강도가 OPC 대비 35% 이상 높을 뿐 아니라 장기강도도 더욱 높게 유지되므로 공기 단축을 통한 공사비 절감에 도움을 줍니다.

HIGH EARLY STRENGTH CEMENT High early strength cement is produced with fine particles ground at a separate production line from the existing OPC process line, and is mixed with high early strength inorganic additive so that it should provide high early strength. The high early strength cement enables customers to reduce the construction period, and hence, the construction cost, as it produces higher day-3 strength than OPC by at least 35%, and maintains even higher long-term strength.

READY-MIXED CONCRETE Ready-mixed concrete is unhardened concrete produced from plants and delivered to the sites through mixer trucks. With increase of height and scale of structures, Sungshin Cement develops and supplies special ready-mixed concrete products with high performance and quality, as well as, general ready-mixed concrete. The company also leads advancement of ready-mixed concrete industry by producing cold weather concrete and hot weather concrete by varying seasonal mixtures and the optimum facilities.


고강도콘크리트설계기준 강도가 40Mpa 이상인 콘크리트입니다. 단위 면적당 강도가 높아 건축물 설계시 부재 단면을 최소화 할 수 있으므로 공간확보에 유리할 뿐 아니라 자중 감소의 효과도 있어 건축물의 고층화에 필수적인 제품입니다. 유동성이 높아 워커빌리티와 충진성이 우수하고 단기간에 고강도가 발현되어 공기 단축에도 도움을 줍니다. 성신양회는 최고200Mpa의초고강도콘크리트를개발하고특허를취득함으로써 기술의 우수성을 증명하였습니다.

HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETEHigh strength concrete has the design standard strength of over 40Mpa. Higher per unit area strength minimizes the section of members in structure design, and provides the effect of reduced dead weight, which are required for skyscrapers. High liquidity provides high workability and fillability, and has the material to reach high strength in a short time, helping to reduce construction period. Sungshin Cement has proven its superiority of technology by developing and acquiring patent for super-high strength concrete of up to 200Mpa.

수중불분리콘크리트일반 콘크리트를 수중에서 타설하게 되면 물에 의해 재료분리 현상이 발생하고 시멘트가 수중으로 유출되어 강도 및 내구성이 크게 저하됩니다. 수중 불분리 콘크리트는 제품에 강한 점성을 부여하여 수중에서의 재료분리를 방지한 제품으로서 유동성이 높아 수밀하고, 내구성이 뛰어난 구조물을 만들 수 있습니다.

ANTI-WASHOUT UNDERWATER CONCRETEWhen placing concrete underwater, the material is washed out by water, and the cement is leaked out into water, causing substantial decrease of strength and durability. Anti-washout underwater concrete prevents washout of material with superior viscosity, and superior liquidity provides high water-tightness and durability of structures.

저발열콘크리트부재의 치수가 커서 시멘트 수화열에 의한 온도균열이 우려되는 공사에 시공하는 콘크리트로서 저발열시멘트를 사용하거나 OPC에 고로 슬래그 미분말, 플라이애시 등을 혼입하여 제조합니다. 또한 감수제를 투입하여 단위수량을 낮춤으로써 건조수축을 줄이고 강도를 증진할 수 있습니다.

LOW-HEAT CONCRETELow heat concrete is used for the project in which large-sized members may cause thermal cracking due to heat of hydration of the cement. Low-heat concrete is made of low-heat cement or OPC mixed with slag cement or fly ash. Water reducing agent lowers water-cement ratio,reducing drying shrinkage and increasing strength.

서중콘크리트기온이 높으면 콘크리트에 강도 감소현상이 나타나고 표면건조가 빨라져 균열의 우려가 커집니다. 콘크리트의 온도를 낮게 유지하기 위해서는 원재료의 온도관리가 중요한데 성신양회는 원재료별로 Silo에 보관하여 적정온도를 관리하고 있습니다. 또한, 지연형 감수제를 사용하여 표준기와 동일한 물성이 유지되도록 제조합니다.

HOT WEATHER CONCRETEAt high temperature, concrete easily loses its strength and is easily cracked. To maintain concrete at low temperature, it is important to control temperature of raw materials. Sungshin Cement runs silos for different materials to manage appropriate temperature for each material. Sungshin Cement uses the delayed type water-reducing agent to maintain the properties identical to the standard.

READY-MIXED CONCRETE PRODUCTS한중콘크리트일 평균기온 4℃ 이하에서는 콘크리트 응결경화 반응이 지연되고 동결의 우려도 있으므로 레미콘의 온도유지가 매우 중요합니다. 성신양회는 원재료별 Silo, 온수공급시설, 믹서트럭 보온덮개 등으로 제조에서 운송에 이르기까지 제품의 결빙현상을 미연에 방지하며, 필요에 따라 적절한 혼화제를 최적 배합하여 저온 타설에도 품질이 유지될 수 있도록 공급하고 있습니다.

COLD WEATHER CONCRETEAt the mean daily temperature of 4°C or lower, setting/hardening reaction is delayed, and concrete is easily frozen. Therefore, it is important to maintain temperature of ready-mixed concrete. Sungshin Cement prevents freezing of product during transportation from production by using silo, hot-water supply facility, mixer truck cover, etc. An appropriate admixture is mixed at the optimum ratio so that the quality should be maintained at low temperature.

보통콘크리트일반적인 콘크리트 공사에 가장 널리 사용되는 제품으로서 단위용적당 질량이 2,300kg/㎥ 내외이며 강도는 18MPa~35MPa입니다.

ORDINARY CONCRETEThe concrete mostly widely used for general concrete works. The ordinary concrete has the mass per unit volume of about 2,300kg/m³ and the strength of 18MPa~35MPa.

경량콘크리트구조물의 자중을 가볍게 하거나 단열효과를 높이기 위하여 사용되는 콘크리트로서 경량골재를 사용하여 만든 제품입니다.

LIGHT-WEIGHT CONCRETEThe concrete used to reduce the weight of a structure or to increase the effect of insulation. This concrete is made of light-weight aggregate.

포장콘크리트도로공사에 사용되는 콘크리트로 차량 운행에 의한 하중과 주행성을 고려한 제품입니다. 성상이 균등하고 치밀하여 내구성이 높고 평탄성을 충분히 확보할 수 있도록 설계합니다.

CONCRETE FOR PAVEMENTThe concrete used for road works. It is made in consideration of load and driving performance of vehicles. This concrete is designed to provide high durability and sufficient surface smoothness with evenly and densely distributed aggregate.

SUNGSHIN PROVIDES OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WITH THE QUALITY AND SYSTEM RECOGNIZED IN KOREA.Sungshin Cement has proven the reputation of its brand, Cheonma(Flying horse), in the overseas market, by supplying quality product under an unfamiliar environment and complicated conditions when participated in the Landmark Tower Construction Project in Hanoi, Vietnam (2007). Sungshin Cement’s 2 plants located in Lien industrial complex near Hanoi and in Hadong new town supply high-quality product to major construction sites based on superior competitive advantage.
