Lead team of 3 Direct and 12 dotted line subordinates. Oversee design, project planning, and implementation for
a variety of complex projects, focused on improving operation, efficiency and company profits. Analyze
production reports associated with production Control Plan for Blade manufacturing process to ensure smooth
operation. Liaise with process engineers across 12 plants to share and breed CI ideas, best practices, and problem
solving techniques, initiate and run CI projects.

Spearhead the Wind Turbine Blade manufacturing process. Empowered with full accountability for
development and maintenance of “Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA)” of Wind turbine blade
