How to process RMA bootstrapAt T2 on SAA/E
Set SWIFTNet Phase 2 parameter = ‘finalisation’– Bootstrap authorisations function will be
available– No longer be possible to maintain
relationships using BKE

An RMA authorisation is created for a BIC8 pair :
1) if FIN traffic was recorded 2) a valid BKE key exists
