San Marino is an independent country since A.D. 301, is the smallest and the oldest Republic in the World and is landlocked in the middle of Italy. The platformThe Republic of San Marino and Huzhou Municipality have strategically started a cooperation program to promote the mutual exchange between China and Europe upgrading the local benefit and best policies reserved to foreign investors, especially for this project.The two authorities will reserve privileged access to the respective Science and Technology Parks in terms of fiscal benefits, land access, tax reductions, financing. And have created a special zone called Huzhou San Marino – Italy Science International Park (HUSIP) especially for those will establish they're R&D center in the Republic of San Marino and production in China.

Huzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone “HETDZ”

Huzhou, is a well developed Chinese city of about 3 million population. Is located 140 km west of Shanghai, right in the center of Yangtze Delta. This area is the richest region of China. Due to his particular and central location in the region, Huzhou since the past was a center of culture innovation and commerce. HETDZ was founded in 1992 as a provincial level development zone, in 2010 was upgraded as national level development zone, cover an area of 144 square kilometers which houses a national technology incubator institution, a national technology transition model institution, an overseas talent innovation center. Hundreds of companies have established they’re operation in HETDZ with a massive presence of international corporation making Huzhou one of the best industrial destination in China

Techno Science Park San Marino-Italia “TSPSMI”

TSPSMI is a third generation international HUB for technological innovation. Was created together with the Italian Association of Science and Technology Parks (ATSPI) to support and promote the development and growth of enterprises in the heart of Italy, which has great talents in both the business world and research. Taking into consideration the global and ubiquitous nature of the scientific and technological activities, the Park, is characterized by a physical connotation in the territory of the Republic of San Marino and a series of services such as: real estate facilities, incubator department, financing opportunities, technology transfer, fiscal and tax benefits.

Huzhou San Marino Italy International ParkHUSIP

HUSIP is defined as the Sino-Europe high technology cooperation platform. HETDZ shall ensure that HUSIP will provide all hardware infrastructure facilities at international standards, including but not limited to lands, utilities, transportation logistics etc., good investment environments and necessary financial services institutions, so that HUSIP can accept high technology enterprises from San Marino, Italy and other European countries to cooperate with their Chinese peers in the areas of R&D, manufacturing and marketing activities. HUSIP’s physical layout will take the form of flexibility in a way that, besides the Main Park, the operating entities registered by foreign enterprises in any corner of the HETDZ of 144 km2 shall be treated as the members of HUSIP and enjoy all the benefits and favorable policies.
