    Cc thit b y t l cng c c lc khng th thiu c ca cc thy thuc trong cc bnh vin t tuyn huyn, tuyn tnh, n tuyn trung ng. Trong nhng nm gn y, cng ngh chn on hnh nh c nhng bc pht trin vt bc vi s xut hin ca cc k thut chn on hnh nh mi nh CT, MRI. Bn cnh s xut hin ca cc k thut chn on hnh nh mi, k thut chn on hnh nh xut hin u tin l X quang cng khng

    ngng pht trin v ngy cng hon thin hn. My X-quang ni chung v my X-quang tng sng truyn hnh ni ring, gip chn on a ra cc phng php iu tr thch hp gip vic hi phc sc khe ca ngi bnh c nhanh chng .

    Thit b X quang l thit b to nh v cu trc bn trong ca i tng nghin cu trn c s ng dng tnh cht l ha ca tia Rnghen (tia X). Thit b X quang c ng dng rt rng ri trong cc lnh vc: thm d a cht, kim tra cht lng sn phm, trong nghnh hi quan Trong y t, n l mt cng c ch yu chn on v iu tr bnh.     1.2. NG DNG X- QUANG, LCH S CHP, CHIU X- QUANG Thit b X quang l thit b to nh v cu trc bn trong ca i tng

    b. Chiu X quang nh X quang c ghi nhn v nh gi bi ngi vn hnh. Nhng u

    im ca phng php ny nh sau: - Vic chn on nhanh chng tc thi.

    - C th nh v ngi bnh t th thch hp nht sao cho hng chiu v kch thc chm tia X to c nh tt nht.

    - C th iu chnh tc thi cng sut pht x ph hp vi tng i tng thm khm.

    - Thch hp vi vic quan st nhng t chc ng nh s co bp ca tim v cc mao mch ln.

    - Thch hp vi vic quan st v thc hin cc th thut nh tho lng, b xng, ly d vt.

    Nh vy c th ni hai phng php trn c nhng u nhc im nht nh so vi nhau, chng c ng dng trong nhng thm khm cc i t-ng khc nhau v trong cc hon cnh khc nhau tu theo ch nh ca thy thuc, chng song song tn ti v h tr nhau.

    1.2.2. Cng dng v hn ch a. Cng dng Trong ngnh y t, my X quang c ng dng ph bin ti cc bnh vin

    t tuyn huyn n trung ng. N l thit b ch yu dng trong vic chn on thng qua vic c, nh gi hnh nh trn phim. My c th c dng chn on nhng bnh thuc cc b phn sau:

    1.3 MY X- QUANG TNG SNG TRUYN HNH 1.3.1. My X quang tng sng

    T 60 nm v trc, ngi ta khm X quang bng phng php chiu X quang v chp X quang. Trong thi gian , cc tin b v k thut cho php ch to nhng my pht in v bng X quang ngy cng mnh v tinh xo. Nhng s ci tin cn tng i chm trong phm vi cc b phn tip nhn nh mn hunh quang chiu X quang, phim v mn tng quang.

    Chiu X quang vn l phng php n gin nht lm cho thy c hnh nh ca c th. Nhng hnh khng r do trong iu kin t nh sng, mt tip nhn hnh nh thng qua cc t bo que trong vng mc. Nhng t bo ny khng phn bit c cc chi tit v m nht bng cc t bo hnh nn. sng ca mt mn chiu X quang l chng 0,1 - 0,001cd/cm2. nh sng bnh thng ca mt vt m ta nhn r c l 100cd/cm2.

    S thay i ca cc photon nh sng ln hn nhiu s thay i lng ca

    qua bnh nhn. Mn chuyn cc photon tia X thnh photon nh sng. Cu to ca mn ny cng nh mn soi X quang (c km sulfat v caimi) nhng mng hn (vi phn mi ca 1mm). Vi mt cng 1mAs, t 60 - 100kV, mt tia X l 2.105 photon/1mm2 trong 1s. Mi photon tia X bin thnh 5.000 - 6.000 photon nh sng. Trong cc iu kin trn, mn c
