“AVOID UNCHALLENGING OCCUPATIONS - THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TALENTS" read the fortune cookie that was placed in front of me at the local Chinese eatery earlier this year. At the dawn of turning another year older, I could not help but wonder where I was headed in life, and why was I not completely satisfied with the jobs I was working at. I began to think of a place where my energy and talents would not go unseen. I was certain that the next path I pursued would be someplace where appreciation is motivation; where a company moves as the world moves; a place to be me. Wildfire.
