1 Phm vi p dng
1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh phng php xc nh hm lng nhng ht (ht nha ng hoc
nhng vt rn khc) c kch c ln hn 850 m c trong nh tng nha ng.
1.2 Tiu chun ny khng cp n tt c cc vn lin quan n an ton khi s dng. Ngi
s dng tiu chun ny c trch nhim thit lp cc nguyn tc v an ton v bo v sc khe
cng nh kh nng p dng ph hp vi cc quy nh khi a vo s dng.
2 Ti liu vin dn
Cc ti liu vin dn sau y l cn thit p dng tiu chun ny. i vi cc ti liu vin dn
ghi nm cng b th p dng bn c nu. i vi cc ti liu vin dn khng ghi nm cng b
th p dng phin bn mi nht, bao gm c cc sa i, b sung (nu c).

3 Tm tt phng php th
S dng mt sng tiu chun c mt sng l vung kch c 850 m sng, xc nh hm
lng ht cn li trn sng so vi khi lng mu th nghim.

4 Chun b mu th
4.1 Khuy u mu t ng nht trc khi th nghim.
4.2 i vi nh tng nha ng c quy nh th nghim nht 50 oC: Lm nng mu n
nhit 50 oC 3 oC bng cch t bnh ng mu vo b nc hoc t sy, np y ca bnh
ng mu phi c m thot kh. Sau khi nhit mu t n 50 oC 3 oC, khuy u mu
t ng nht.
4.3 i vi nh tng nha ng c quy nh th nghim nht 25 oC: Khuy u mu
trong bnh ng mu nhit 25 oC 3 oC t ng nht.
CH THCH 1 : i vi nh tng nha ng c quy nh th nghim nht 25 oC, mu c th c
lm nng v khuy nh quy nh ti 4.2, nu cn thit. Trong trng hp ny, mu s c lm ngui n
nhit 25 oC 3
oC trc khi th nghim.
5 Thit b, dng c v vt t
5.1 Sng: Mt sng c ng knh 76,2 mm ph hp vi tiu chun ASTM E11, mt sng l
vung kch c 850 m.
5.2 Khay kim loi c kch c ph hp m kht ly sng
5.3 Nhit k:
- Nhit k ASTM loi 17C ph hp vi tiu chun ASTM E1 (nhit k thu ngn c phm vi o
t 19 oC n 27 oC, vch chia 0,1 oC) khi th nghim 25 oC.
- Nhit k ASTM loi 19C ph hp vi tiu chun ASTM E1 (nhit k thu ngn c phm vi o
t 49 oC n 57 oC, vch chia 0,1 oC) Khi th nghim 50 oC.
5.4 Cn:
- Mt cn c kh nng cn c 2000 g vi chnh xc 1 g.
- Mt cn c kh nng cn c 500 g vi chnh xc 0,1 g.
5.5 T sy: C kh nng duy tr c nhit 105 oC 5 oC.
5.6 Bnh ht m.
5.7 Chu ng nc.
5.8 Cc thu tinh dung tch 1500 mL.

5.9 Dung dch cht hot ng b mt khng c i-on 1 %: 1 g cht hot ng b mt khng c i-on
(khuyn co s dng ethoxylated nonylphenol).
5.10 Nc ct hoc nc c kh i-on.
6 Tin hnh th
6.1 Nhit khi th nghim c lin quan n nht ca mu th. i vi mu nh tng nha
ng c nht Saybolt Furol 25 oC nh hn hoc bng 100 giy (xc nh theo TCVN 8817-
2: 2011), th nghim c thc hin nhit mi trng. i vi mu nh tng nha ng
c nht Saybolt Furol 25 oC ln hn 100 giy v mu nh tng nha ng c nht
Saybolt Furol quy nh 50 oC, th nghim c thc hin nhit 50 oC 3 oC.
6.2 Cn xc nh khi lng ca sng v khay chnh xc n 0,1 g (A, g) sau lm t sng
bng nc ct.
6.3 Ly 1000 g + 5 g mu (B, g) cho vo cc thu tinh, sau nh nhng rt qua sng 850 m; s
dng nc ct ra cc thu tinh v cht cn trn sng cho n khi nc trong chy ra khi sng.
6.4 t khay ng sng c cha cht cn vo trong t sy 105 oC 5 oC trong 2 gi. Sau ly
ra, ngui trong bnh gi m v cn xc nh khi lng ca khay, sng c cha cht cn (C, g).
7 Tnh kt qu
Hm lng ht qu c (ln hn 850 m) c trong mu nh tng nha ng (k hiu l LHL)
tnh bng % khi lng theo cng thc sau:

8 chm v chch
8.1 S dng cc chun c sau y nh gi chp nhn cc kt qu (xc xut 95 %):
8.1.1 Chp nhn kt qu thu c ca hai ln th nghim khc nhau trn cng mt mu ti cng
thi im bi cng mt th nghim vin khi lp li khng vt qu quy nh sau:
