The items on our Café Catering menu are prepared in our stores and generally can be made the same day, although 24 hours’ notice is appreciated. All other catering items are

prepared in the Catering Kitchen in Norfolk and generally require 2 business days’ notice.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Where? Any street address in the Continental U.S. Sorry, no PO, APO or FPO Boxes.

How? Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground Shipping within two business days from the date of order, unless a later desired delivery date is specified.

How Fast? Ground Shipping generally takes between 1 and 7 business days, depending on the recipient’s location and its distance from Virginia. Next Day Air Shipping is available for a premium. Shipping and Handling charges start at $9 and are determined based upon the value and weight of your order.

The Fine Print.During December and other peak holidays, we may require additional time to process orders, but we will inform you of any unusual delays. Due to seasonal availability and supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute individual products within gifts with products of equal or greater value. TASTE is not responsible for gifts delayed due to weather or otherwise compromised as a result of an incorrect delivery address or the unavailability of the recipient.
