Three-pronged Approach三管齊下的反貪策略

The ICAC adopts a three-pronged approach to fight corruption

through law enforcement, prevention and community education. The

Commission is empowered by law to discharge its statutory duties

independently, and the Commissioner is directly answerable to the

Chief Executive of the HKSAR. The success of the ICAC helps turn

Hong Kong into one of the cleanest world cities. This owes much to

the synthesis of Government determination, independence of the

Commission, effective legislation, public support, international

cooperation, professional and dedicated staff.

廉政公署採取三管齊下的策略，透過執法、

預防及教育打擊貪污。廉署依據法律所

賦予的權力，獨立運作，廉政專員直接向

香港特別行政區行政長官負責。廉署有

效打擊貪污，使香港蛻變為全球最廉潔

的城市之一。香港的成功實有賴政府打

擊貪污的決心，公署獨立自主的運作，有

效的法制，社會大眾的支持，國際間的合

作，以及一群專業而盡忠職守的員工。
