1 Symbolerklärung

Warnhinweise

Warnhinweise im Text werden mit einem

farbig hinterlegten Warndreieck gekenn-

zeichnet und umrandet.

Bei Gefahren durch Strom wird das Ausru-

fezeichen im Warndreieck durch ein Blitz-

symbol ersetzt.

Signalwörter am Beginn eines Warnhinweises

kennzeichnen Art und Schwere der Folgen, falls

zung des Geräts sind stets die folgenden Sicher-

heitshinweise zu befolgen:

4.1 Produktberschreibung

TRIOS-Inbox ist ein Software Paket. Es ermöglicht

Dentallaboren den direkten Empfang von TRIOS-

Intraoralscans und -Aufträgen von den verbunde-

nen Zahnärzten, die TRIOS benutzen.

Die TRIOS-Inbox ist ein Add-on zur Ceramill Mind

Software und muss auf dem Ceramill CAD/CAM

PC installiert werden. Die Ceramill Mind Software

muss bereits auf dem Cermaill CAD/CAM-PC

installiert sein.

4.2 Lieferumfang

_ TRIOS-Inbox Installations-DVD

_ TRIOS-Inbox Dongle

_ Software-Installationsanleitung (gedruckt)

▷Nach dem Auspacken den Packungsinhalt auf

Vollständigkeit und eventuelle Transportschä-

den kontrollieren. Sollten Transportschäden

aufgetreten sein, diese sofort beim Lieferanten

reklamieren.

VORSICHT:

Fehlfunktionen bei defektem Gerät!

Wenn Sie eine Beschädigung oder einen Funk-

tionsdefekt des Geräts feststellen:

▷Das Gerät als defekt kennzeichnen.

▷Weiteren Betrieb verhindern, bis eine Repara-

tur erfolgt ist.

HINWEIS:

▷Das Gerät ausschalten, wenn es nicht mehr

benötigt wird oder das Gerät längere Zeit

unbeaufsichtigt ist, z. B. über Nacht. Dies

kommt auch der Umwelt zu Gute, da auf diese

Weise elektrische Energie gespart wird.

HINWEIS:

Das Gerät darf nur von geschultem Fachperso-

nal in Betrieb genommen und bedient werden.

5 Installation TRIOS-Inbox auf dem Ceramill CAD/CAM PC (Windows 7)

Die Installationszeit beträgt ca. 25 Minuten. Die

Dauer kann je nach Geschwindigkeit der Internet-

verbindung variieren.

Einige Installationsschritte starten automatisch

und benötigen Zeit zum Laden.

Bei allen Schritten, die während der Installation

erscheinen und in dieser Anleitung nicht aufge-

führt sind:

▷Den Anweisungen auf dem Monitor folgen.

5.1 Anmeldung am PC als Administra-

tor

▷Über das Startmenü den aktuellen Benutzer

abmelden [1].

▷ Im folgenden Fenster „Administrator“ auswäh-

len.

▷Anmeldung mit folgenden Daten vornehmen:

▪ Benutzer: Administrator

▪ Passwort: ceramill mall

5.2 Installation der TRIOS-Inbox

▷TRIOS-Inbox Dongle an einem USB-Port des

Ceramill-PCs einstecken.

▷TRIOS-Inbox Installations-DVD in das optische

Laufwerk des Ceramill CAD/CAM PC einlegen.

▷ In dem Verzeichnis E:\ die Datei „TRIOS Inbox

vX.X.X.exe“ durch Doppelklick ausführen.

Die Installation wird gestartet.

Die Installation muss unter Verwendung

des Benutzerkontos „Administrator“ am

Ceramill CAD/CAM PC durchgeführt wer-

den.

Für die Installation muss der Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC über eine aktive Internet-

verbindung verfügen.

Während der gesamten Installation muss

der grüne TRIOS-Inbox Dongle an einem

USB-Port des Ceramill-PCs angesteckt

sein.

▷Zum Starten der Installation: „Yes (Ja)“ ankli-

cken.

Es öffnet sich ein Fenster zur Auswahl der

Installationsart.

auswählen.

Der Installationsprozess wird automatisch

durchgeführt. Zum Abschluss öffnet sich ein

Fenster.

Um die Lauffähigkeit der Software zu

gewährleisten, darf nur die Standard-

installation vorgenommen werden.

6 Einrichten der TRIOS-Inbox zum Datentransfer zwischen Zahnarzt und Dentallabor

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten des Datentransfers:

_ Direktverbindung

Die Verbindung zwischen TRIOS-Scanner und

dem Ceramill CAD/CAM PC erfolgt über Ether-

net. Diese Verbindung bietet sich für Praxisla-

bore an, bei denen Scanner und der Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC in einem Netzwerk (LAN) liegen.

_ 3Shape Communicate

Die Verbindung zwischen TRIOS-Scanner und

dem Ceramill CAD/CAM PC erfolgt über das

Internet.

6.1 TRIOS-Direktverbindung

Es können mehrere TRIOS-Scanner über Direkt-

verbindung an einen Ceramill CAD/CAM PC ange-

schlossen werden.

Für den Datentransfer zwischen TRIOS-Scanner

und TRIOS-Inbox muss ein Ordner im Dateisystem

für den externen Zugriff freigegeben werden.

6.1.1 Ordner für externen Zugriff freigeben

Der freigegebene Ordner kann auf dem Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC oder einem zentralen Server liegen.

Der TRIOS-Scanner und der Ceramill CAD/CAM PC

müssen Zugangsrechte auf den Server haben.

Wenn ein Server verwendet wird, muss der Netz-

werkpfad des freigegenbenen Ordners manuell im

Dental Manager Control Panel eingegeben werden

(siehe Abschnitt 6.2.1).

Um eine Verbindung für den Datentrans-

fer zwischen dem TRIOS-Scanner und dem

Ceramill CAD/CAM PC aufbauen zu kön-

nen, muss die Netzwerk-/Internetverbin-

dung beider Geräte eingerichtet sein.

Eine TRIOS-Direktverbindung ist nur mög-

lich, wenn sich der Scanner und der Cera-

mill CAD/CAM PC im selben lokalen

Netzwerk (LAN) befinden.

Der Ceramill CAD/CAM PC arbeitet als Ser-

ver und muss eingeschaltet sein, während

der TRIOS-Scanner verwendet wird.

Für die Einrichtung einer Serverlösung:

▷Den gesamten Ordner C:\3Shape\TRIOS

Direct Connection auf den gewünschten

Server kopieren und für den Netzwerk-

zugriff freigeben.

So werden wichtige Einstellungen für

die Direkt-Verbindung in Serververbin-

dungen sichergestellt.

▷ In der Task-Leiste den Start-Knopf anklicken [1].

Das Start-Menü wird geöffnet.

▷Zum Ordner C:/3shape/ navigieren [3], [4].

▷Mit einem Rechtsklick auf den Ordner

C:/3shape/TRIOS Direct Connection [5] das

Kontextmenü öffnen.

▷Menüeintrag Properties (Eigenschaften) ankli-

cken [6].

Es öffnet sich das Fenster „Properties (Eigen-

schaften)“.

▷Den Tab Sharing (Freigabe) anklicken [7].

▷Share… (Freigabe…) anklicken [8].

Es öffnet sich das Fenster „File Sharing (Datei-

freigabe)“.

▷ Im Dropdown-Menu Everyone (Alle) auswählen

[9]. Wenn Everyone (Alle) nicht verfügbar ist,

Add (hinzufügen) anklicken.

▷Permission Level (Berechtigungsebene) für

„Everyone (Alle)“ (10) anklicken und Read/Write

(Lesen/Schreiben) einstellen [11].

▷Share (Freigabe) anklicken [12].

Es öffnet sich wieder das Fenster „File Sharing

(Freigabe)“.

▷Done (Schließen) [13] anklicken.

Das Fenster „Properties (Eigenschaften)“ zeigt

den Netzwerkpfad des freigegebenen Ordners

[14].

6.1.2 TRIOS-Direktverbindung aktivieren

▷ Im Ceramill Mind Cockpit das TRIOS-Inbox-Sym-

bol anklicken.

Es öffnet sich die TRIOS-Inbox.

▷ In der TRIOS-Inbox Button [1] anklicken.

Es öffnet sich das „Control Panel (Bedienfeld)“.▷Unter „Tools (Werkzeuge)“3Shape Communi-

cate anklicken [2].

Dieser Pfad muss im TRIOS-Scanner bei

Einrichtung der Direktverbindung angege-

ben werden.

▷Zu „TRIOS Direct Connection (TRIOS Direktver-

bindung)“ [3] wechseln und Configure (Konfigu-

rieren) anklicken [4].

Es öffnet sich das Konfigurationsfenster.

▷Checkbox [5] anklicken.

▷Den Bereich Advanced (Erweitert) [6] öffnen.

▷Sicherstellen, dass unter „TRIOS Direct Connec-

tion Folder (TRIOS Direktverbindungs-Ordner)“ [7] folgender Pfad eingetragen ist

C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection\

▷Apply (Anwenden) [8] anklicken, um die Aktivie-

rung der Direktverbindung abzuschließen.

▷ „Control Panel (Bedienfeld)“ schließen und

Änderungen speichern [9].

Es erfolgt ein automatischer Neustart der

TRIOS-Inbox-Software.

Damit ist die TRIOS-Inbox eingerichtet für den

Empfang von Aufträgen durch TRIOS-Scanner

über Direktverbindung.

6.2 TRIOS-Internetverbindung über

3Shape Communicate

3Shape Communicate™ ist ein Service zum ein-

fachen Austausch von Daten und Aufträgen zwi-

schen Zahnärzten, Kliniken und Laboren.

Eine TRIOS-Internetverbindung erlaubt den

Datenaustausch auch dann, wenn sich der Scan-

ner und der Ceramill CAD/CAM PC nicht im selben

lokalen Netzwerk (LAN) befinden.

Hierzu ist es notwendig, ein Benutzerkonto auf

der 3Shape-Communcate-Website zu erstellen.

Sowohl der Behandler als auch das Dentallabor

benötigen ein Benutzerkonto, um Daten zwischen

dem TRIOS-Scanner und dem Ceramill CAD/CAM

PC austauschen zu können.

Bei Serverlösungen muss der Serverpfad

des zuvor kopierten und freigegeben Ord-

ners „TRIOS Direct Connection (TRIOS

Direktverbindung)“ eingetragen werden.

Um Aufträge vom TRIOS-Scanner empfan-

gen zu können, muss der Netzwerk-Pfad

des freigegebenen Orders im Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC im Computer des TRIOS-

Scanners eingegeben werden (siehe

TRIOS-Anleitung für Zahnärzte).

6.2.1 Benutzerkonto bei 3Shape Communi-

cate anlegen

Zur Nutzung von 3Shape Communicate muss ein

Benutzerkonto angelegt werden. Das ist von

jedem Computer mit Internetzugang aus möglich:

▷ Im Browser navigieren zu

www.3Shapecommunciate.com.

▷ Im Login-FensterRegister (Registrieren) ankli-

cken [1].

Es öffnet sich das Registrierungs-Fenster.

▷Register a Dental Lab (Dentallabor registrieren)

[2] anklicken.

Es öffnet sich das Registrierungs-Formular.

▷Das Registrierungs-Formular ausfüllen. Die

dabei angegebene E-Mail-Adresse wird später

zur Informationsübermittlung (neue/abge-

lehnte Aufträge; Updates; etc.) verwendet.

▷Register (Registrieren) anklicken.

Nach kurzer Zeit erhalten Sie eine Bestäti-

gungs-E-Mail.

▷Link in der E-Mail anklicken, um die Registrie-

rung abzuschließen.

Inbox befindet sich auf der Verpackung

des Dongles.

Für eine vollumfängliche Systemintegra-

tion, muss das unter 6.2.2 beschriebene

Hinterlegen des Ceramill Order-Templates

6.2.2 Ceramill-Indikationen hinterlegen

Die Ceramill-Indikationen müssen hinterlegt wer-

den, damit der Behandler die Indikationen aus-

wählen kann, die das Ceramill CAD/CAM System

verarbeiten kann.

Diese Indikations-Informationen sind in einer

Datei enthalten, die sich bei der Installation der

TRIOS-Inbox auf dem Ceramill CAD/CAM PC

ablegt.

Diese Datei muss manuell im Login-Bereich der

3Shapecommuniacte Homepage hinterlegt wer-

den.

▷Unter www.3Shapecommunicate.com einlog-

gen.

▷ Im Bereich „Order Templates (Bestellformu-

lare)“ den Button Add Order Template (Bestell-

formular hinzufügen) anklicken [1].

▷ Im folgenden Browserfenster den Button

Browse (Wählen) anklicken [2].

▷ Im folgenden Fenster in den Ordner

C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection\Template\

navigieren und die Datei „DirectConnectOrder-

Template.xml“ auswählen [3].

▷Abschließend den Upload-Button anklicken [4].

Nach erfolgreichem Upload erscheint ein Hin-

weis, dass die Indikations-Konfiguration hoch-

geladen wurde. Diese Indikations-

konfigurationen sind nun automatisch in der

TRIOS-Software der Behandler hinterlegt.

6.2.3 Lab CommunicateTM aktivieren

(Konfigurieren) anklicken [3].

▷ Im folgenden Fenster den Haken bei Enabled

(Aktiviert) setzen [4].

Mail-Addresse Ihres 3Shape-Communicate-

Benutzerkontos eintragen.

▷Unter „Password (Passwort)“ Ihr entspre-

▷Anschließend mit Apply (Anwenden) aktivieren

Damit ist die TRIOS-Inbox eingerichtet für den

Empfang von Aufträgen durch TRIOS-Scanner

über 3Shape Communicate.

6.2.4 Verbindung zu Behandlern herstellen

▷Unter www.3Shapecommunicate.com einloggen.

▷Den Button Add Connections (Verbindungen

hinzufügen) anklicken.

Es öffnet sich das Fenster „Connect to other

Dental Clinics and Labs (mit weiteren Dentalkli-

niken und -labors verbinden)“.

▷E-Mail-Addresse des hinzuzufügenden Behand-

lers eingeben [1].

▷Find (Suchen) anklicken [2].

▷Unter „Results (Ergebnisse)“ den gefundenen

Behandler markieren [3].

▷Unter „Message (Nachricht)“ eine Nachricht an

den Behandler eingeben [4].

▷Datenschutzvereinbarung prüfen [5].

▷Connect (Verbinden) anklicken [6].

Die Anfrage wird an den Behandler gesendet.

Wenn der Behandler die Verbindungsanfrage

akzeptiert hat, erscheint der Name der Zahnarzt-

praxis und Aufträge dieses Behandlers können

über die TRIOS-Inbox empfangen werden.

Die Behandler müssen ein 3Shape Com-

municate Benutzerkonto haben.

Es muss die E-Mail-Adresse angegeben

werden, mit der der Behandler bei 3Shape

Communicate registriert ist.

7 Verwendung der TRIOS-Inbox

7.1 Auftragseingang und -annahme

▷ Im oberen linken Bereich auf den Reiter TRIOS

Inbox klicken [1], um in der Bereich der einge-

henden Aufträge zu gelangen.

▷Um von TRIOS-Behandlern neu erstellte Patien-

tenfälle bzw. Aufträge abzurufen, den Button

Aktualisieren anklicken [2].

Wenn TRIOS-Behandler neue Patientenfälle

erstellt und in Auftrag gegeben haben, erschei-

nen diese in der TRIOS-Inbox.

Durch Linksklick auf einen Auftrag [3] werden

dessen gescannte 3D-Modelle im unteren linken

Bereich sichtbar [4].

▷Um einen Auftrag anzunehmen und für die Ver-

wendung in der Ceramill Mind-Software verfüg-

bar zu machen, mit einem Rechtsklick das

Kontextmenü aufrufen und Accept (Akzeptie-

ren) anklicken.

▷ Im folgenden Fenster das voraussichtliche Lie-

ferdatum eintragen [5] und über Accept (Akzep-

tieren) bestätigen [6].

▷Hinweis-Fenster mit OK schließen.

Das folgende Fenster zeigt die Übersicht des

vom Behandler erstellten Patientenfalles.

▷Fenster mit OK schließen.

Es öffnet sich das Fenster „Automatic conver-

sions (Automatische Konvertierungen)“.

Bei erstmaliger Verwendung der TRIOS-

Inbox in Verbindung mit einem neuen

Behandler muss die Eingabe behandler-

relevanter Daten erfolgen. Hierzu öffnet

sich automatisch eine Eingabemaske.

▷Mindestens die Eingabe des Behandler-

namens im Feld „Name (Name)“ vorneh-

men [7], damit dieser bei neuen TRIOS-

Aufträgen aufgeführt wird.

▷Eingabemaske schließen und die Ände-

rungen mit OK bestätigen.

Die in diesem Fenster angegeben Material-

angaben können stark zu den tatsächlich

vom Behandler angegebenen Materialien

variieren.

▷Die korrekte Übersicht über die

Auftragsangaben später dem Notizfeld

der Ceramill Database entnehmen!

▷Empfehlung: den Haken bei Don‘t show again

(nicht nochmal zeigen) setzen.

▷Fenster mit Save (Speichern) schließen.

Der Patientenfall wird aus dem Bereich „TRIOS

Inbox“ in den Bereich „Orders (Aufträge)“ ver-

schoben.

7.2 Transfer von Patientenfällen in das

Ceramill Cockpit

Zur Weiterverarbeitung des jeweiligen Falles in

der Ceramill Mind-Software:

▷ Patientenfall im Bereich „Orders (Aufträge)“ auswählen.

▷ Den Button AmannGirrbach TRIOS Export ankli-

cken [1].

▷Beim erstmaligen Aktivieren des Buttons

AmannGirrbach TRIOS Export öffnet sich ein

Fenster zur Auswahl des Ablageortes.

▷Zum Ordner D:\_TRIOS\Incoming navigieren [2]

und mit OK bestätigen [3].

Alle für die Weiterverarbeitung vorberei-

teten TRIOS-Fälle, die sich im Bereich Auf-

träge befinden, können in der linken Spalte

über „By status > Scanned (unprepared)

(Status > Gescannt (nicht aufbereitet))“ aufgerufen werden.

Um einen sicheren Transfer in die Ceramill

Mind zu gewährleisten, ist es zwingend

notwendig, dass exakt der Pfad

D:\_TRIOS\Incoming ausgewählt wird.

Im rechten unteren Bildschirmbereich öffnet

sich ein Hinweisfenster zum Eingang des Patien-

tenfalles in der Ceramill Mind-Software.

▷ButtonView in Dental DB (In DentalDB ansehen)

anklicken [4].

Das Ceramill Cockpit wird geöffnet und der ent-

sprechende Patientenfall kann eingesehen wer-

den:

▪ Sowohl der Behandlername als auch der Pati-

entenname sind automatisch im Ceramill

Cockpit eingetragen. Lediglich die Eingabe des

Technikers muss noch vorgenommen werden.

▪ Im Feld „ Notes (Notizen)“ des Ceramill Cock-

pits sind Auftragsdetails wie Material-, Farb-,

Indikationsangaben sowie ggf. eingetragene

Kommentare des Behandlers aufgeführt.

▪ Materialien und Indikationen von TRIOS-Auf-

trägen werden automatisch an das Ceramill

System angepasst.

▪ Im Falle eines nicht im Ceramill System verfüg-

baren Materials ordnet die Software automati-

4.1 Product description

TRIOSInbox is a software package. It enables den-

tal labs to directly receive TRIOS intraoral scans

and orders directly from connected dentists that

work with TRIOS.

TRIOS Inbox is an add-on to the Ceramill Mind

Software, and requires being installed on the

Ceramill CAD/CAM PC. The Ceramill Mind Soft-

ware already has to be installed on the Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC.

4.2 Delivery Scope

_ TRIOS Inbox installation dongle

_ Software installation guide (printed)

▷After unpacking, check the contents of the

packaging for completeness and possible trans-

port damages. Please claim any transport dam-

ages immediately with your supplier.

CAUTION:

A defective machine can lead to malfunctions!

On detection of damage or a functional defect of

the machine:

▷Label the machine as defective.

▷Prevent further operation until the machine

has been repaired.

NOTE:

▷Switch the machine off when not in use or

unsupervised for longer periods, e.g., over-

night. This method of saving electrical energy

also benefits the environment.

NOTE:

Starting-up and operation of the machine may

only be carried out by trained specialised per-

sonnel.

5 Installation of TRIOS Inbox on the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC (Windows 7)

The installation takes approx. 25 minutes. The

duration can vary, depending on the speed of the

Internet connection. Some of the installation

steps start automatically and require a certain

amount of time for loading.

The following applies for all steps that appear dur-

ing the installation and that are not listed in this

guide:

▷Follow the instructions on the monitor.

5.1 PC Log on as Administrator

▷Log off the current user via the Start menu [1].

▷Log on with the following data:

▪ User: Administrator

▪ Password: ceramill mall

5.2 Installation of the TRIOS Inbox

▷ Insert the TRIOS Inbox dongle in a USB port of

the Ceramill PC.

▷ Insert the TRIOS Inbox installation DVD into the

optical drive of the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC.

▷ In the E:\ directory, execute the “TRIOS Inbox

vX.X.X.exe” file by double-clicking it.

The installation is started.

The installation must be performed on the

Ceramill CAD/CAM PC under the “Adminis-

trator” user account.

The Ceramill CAD/CAM PC requires an

active Internet connection for the installa-

tion.

During the complete installation, the

green TRIOS Inbox dongle must be

inserted in a USB port of the Ceramill PC.

6 Setting up the TRIOS Inbox for data transfer between den-tist and dental lab

There are two possibilities for data transfer:

_ Direct connection

The connection between the TRIOS scanner and

the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC takes place via Ether-

net. This connection is perfect for practice labs,

where the scanner and the Ceramill CAD/CAM

PC are both in a single network (LAN).


The connection between the TRIOS scanner and

the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC takes place via Inter-

net.

6.1 TRIOS direct connection

It is possible to connect several TRIOS scanners

via direct connection to a Ceramill CAD/CAM PC.

For data transfer between the TRIOS scanner and

the TRIOS Inbox, a folder in the file system must

be shared for external access.

6.1.1 Sharing a folder for external access

The shared folder can be on the Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC or on a central server. The TRIOS

scanner and the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC must have

access rights to the server.

When a server is being used, the network path of

the shared folder must be manually entered in the

Dental Manager Control Panel (see Section 6.2.1).

In order to establish a connection for the

data transfer between the TRIOS scanner

and the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC, the net-

work/internet connection between both

devices must be set up.

A TRIOS direct connection is only possible,

when the scanner and the Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC are in the same local net-

work (LAN).

The Ceramill CAD/CAM PC operates as the

server and must be switched on while the

TRIOS scanner is being used.

To set up a server solution:

▷Copy the complete C:\3Shape\TRIOS

Direct Connection folder onto the

desired server and allow it to be shared

for network access.

By doing this, important settings for the

direct connection in server connections

are ensured.

6.1.2 Activating the TRIOS Direct Connection

▷ In the Ceramill Mind cockpit, click on the TRIOS

Inbox symbol .

The TRIOS Inbox opens.

▷ In the TRIOS Inbox, click on button [1].

The “Control Panel” opens.

▷ In the “Tools” list, click on 3Shape

Communicate [2].

▷Proceed to “TRIOS Direct Connection” [3] and

click on Configure [4].

The Configuration window opens.

▷Click on check box [5].

▷Open the Advanced [6] section.

This path must be specified in the TRIOS

scanner when setting up the direct con-

nection.

under “TRIOS Direct Connection Folder” [7].

▷Click on Apply [8] to complete the activation of

the direct connection.

▷Close the “Control Panel” and save the changes

The TRIOS Inbox software is automatically

restarted.

The TRIOS Inbox is now set up to receive orders

through the TRIOS scanner via direct connection.

6.2 TRIOS Internet connection via

3Shape Communicate

3Shape Communicate™ is a service for easy

exchange of data and orders between dentists,

clinics and labs.

A TRIOS Internet connection permits the data

exchange even when the scanner and the Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC are not in the same local network

(LAN).

For this, it is necessary to create a user account

on the 3Shape-Communicate website. Both the

dentist as well as the lab require a user account in

order to exchange data between the TRIOS scan-

ner and the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC.

6.2.1 Creating a 3Shape Communicate user

account

In order to use 3Shape Communicate, a user

account must be created. This can be done from

any computer with an Internet access:

▷ In the browser, navigate to


▷ In the Log In window, click on Register [1].

The Log In window opens.

For server solutions, the server path of the

previously copied and shared folder

“TRIOS Direct Connection” must be

entered.

To receive orders from the TRIOS scanner,

the network path of the shared folder in

the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC must be

entered in the computer of the TRIOS

scanner (see TRIOS instructions for den-

tists).

▷Click on Register a Dental Lab [2].

The registration form opens.

▷Fill out the registration form. The entered Email

address will be used to provide information

(new/rejected orders, updates, etc.).

▷Click on Register.

After a short period, you will receive a confirma-

tion Email.

▷Click on the link in the Email to complete the

registration.

6.2.2 Defining Ceramill indications

The Ceramill indications must be defined, so that

the clinic or lab can select the indication that the

Ceramill CAD/CAM system can process. These

indication information are contained in a file,

which is deposited on the Ceramill CAD/CAM PC

upon installation of the TRIOS Inbox. This file must

be manually defined in the Login area of the

3Shape Communicate Homepage.

▷Log in under www.3Shapecommunicate.com.

▷ in the “Order Templates” section, click on the

Add Order Template button [1].

▷ In the following browser window, click on the

Browse button [2].

▷ In the following window, navigate to the


folder and select the “DirectConnectOrderTem-

plate.xml” file [3].

The 3Shape dongle number of the TRIOS

Inbox is on the dongle packaging.

For complete system integration, the

defining of the Ceramill Order template

described under 6.2.2 must be carried out.

▷Afterwards, click on the Upload button [4].

After the successful upload, a note will appear

that the indication configuration was uploaded.

These indication configurations are now auto-

matically defined in the TRIOS software of the

dentist (or person performing the treatment).

6.2.3 Activating Lab CommunicateTM

▷ In the TRIOS Inbox, click on button [1].

The “Control Panel” opens.

▷ In the “Tools” list, click on 3Shape Communicate

[2].

▷Under “3Shape Communicate Integration”, click

on Configure [3].

▷ In the following window, set the check mark at

Enabled [4].

▷Under “User Email”, enter the log in Email

address of your 3Shape Communicate user

account.

▷Under “Password”, enter the respective pass-

word of your 3Shape Communicate user

account.

▷Afterwards, activate by clicking on Apply and

confirm by clicking Yes in the following window.

▷Finally, end the configuration process by click-

ing on OK.

The TRIOS Inbox is now set up to receive orders

through the TRIOS scanner via 3Shape Commu-

nicate.

6.2.4 Connecting to other dental clinics and

labs

▷Log in under www.3Shapecommunicate.com.

▷Click on the Add Connections button.

The “Connect to other Dental Clinics and Labs” window opens.

▷Enter the Email address of the clinic or lab to be

added [1].

▷Click on Find [2].

▷Mark the found clinic or lab under “Results” [3].

▷Enter a message to the clinic or lab under “Mes-

sage” [4].

▷Check the Data Confidentiality Agreement [5].

▷Click on Connect [6].

The message is sent to the clinic or lab.

When the clinic or lab has accepted the connec-

tion request, the name of the dental practice and

orders of this clinic or lab can be received via the

TRIOS Inbox.

The clinic or lab must have a 3Shape Com-

municate user account.

The Email address, that the clinic or lab is

registered with at 3Shape Communicate,

must be entered here.

7 Using the TRIOS Inbox

7.1 Incoming orders and order accept-

ance


Inbox symbol .


▷To access the incoming orders, click on the

TRIOS Inbox tab [1] at the top left in the window.

▷To call off new patient cases or orders from

TRIOS clinics or labs, click on the Update

button [2].

When TRIOS clinics or labs have created new

patient cases and placed the orders, these will

be indicated in the TRIOS Inbox.

By left-clicking on an order [3], its scanned 3D

models are displayed at the bottom left [4].

▷To accept an order and make it available for use

in the Ceramill Mind software, call up the con-

text menu with a right-click and then click on

Accept.

▷ In the following window, enter the expected

delivery date [5] and confirm by clicking on

Accept [6].

▷Close the information panel by clicking on the

OK button.

The following window shows the overview of the

patient case drawn up by the treating dentist.

▷Close the window by clicking on the OK button.

The “Automatic conversions” window opens.

When using the TRIOS Inbox for the first

time in conjunction with a new clinic or lab,

the relevant clinic-or-lab data must be

entered. The Edit Site automatically opens

for this.

▷At least the name of the treating dentist

must be entered into the “Name” field

[7], so that it can be listed for new TRIOS

orders.

▷Close the Edit Site and confirm changes

by clicking on the OK button.

The patient case is transferred from the “TRIOS

Inbox” area to the “Orders” area.

7.2 Transfer of patient cases to the

Ceramill Cockpit

For further processing of the respective case in

the Ceramill Mind software:

▷ Select patient case under “Orders”.

▷ Click on the AmannGirrbach TRIOS Export but-

ton [1].

▷When activating the AmannGirrbach TRIOS

Export button for the first time, a window opens

for selection of the filing location (Browse for

Folder). Navigate to the D:\_TRIOS\Incoming

folder [2] and confirm by clicking the OK

button [3].

All TRIOS cases prepared for further

processing, which are in the order section,

can be called up in the left-hand column by

clicking on“By status > Scanned (unpre-

pared)”.

To ensure the secure transfer to the

Ceramill Mind, it is mandatory that exactly

the D:\_TRIOS\Incoming path is selected.

An information panel is opened at the bottom

right side of the monitor, stating the arrival of

the patient case in the Ceramill Mind software.

▷Click on the View in Dental DB button [4].

The Ceramill Cockpit is opened and the respec-

tive patient case can be viewed:

▪ Both the name of the treating dentist as well as

the patient are automatically entered in the

Ceramill Cockpit. Merely the name of the lab

technician has yet to be entered.

▪ Order details, such as data on material, colour,

indications as well as possible statements of

the treating dentist are listed in the “Notes” field of the Ceramill Cockpit.

▪ Materials and indications from TRIOS orders

are automatically adapted to the Ceramill sys-

tem.

▪ In case a material is not available in the

Ceramill System, the software automatically

assigns an alternative material suitable for its

manufacture.

Example: In the Ceramill Mind, the material

“Gold”, as specified by the treating dentist/lab

personnel, is automatically changed to

“Ceramill WAX”, as the processing of gold

alloys in the Ceramill system takes place by

means of casting technology.

▷For designing the denture, click on the CAD

Design button.

Ceramill Mind CAD software is started.

The automatic Ceramill material assign-

ment must be checked for each patient

case, and adapted to the desired manufac-

turing method (Ceramill Motion, Ceramill

Motion 2, Ceramill M-center).

4.1 Description du produit

La boîte de réception TRIOS est un progiciel. Il

permet aux laboratoires dentaires la réception

directe d’un scan TRIOS intra-oral ainsi que les

commandes de dentistes connectés, utilisateurs

de TRIOS.

La boîte de réception TRIOS est un rajout au logi-

ciel Ceramill Mind et doit être installée sur l’ordi-

nateur CAD/CAM Ceramill : Le logiciel de Ceramill

Mind doit être déjà installé sur l’ordinateur

CAD/CAM Ceramill.

4.2 Contenu de la livraison

_ DVD d’installation de la boîte de réception

_ Instructions d’installation du logiciel (imprimé)

▷Après le déballage, vérifier le contenu de

l’emballage en ce qui concerne l’intégralité du

matériel et les dommages de transport éven-

transport, les réclamer aussitôt auprès du four-

nisseur.

ATTENTION :

Dysfonctionnement en cas d’appareil défec-

tueux !

Si vous constatiez des dommages ou un défaut

La durée de l’installation est de 25 minutes envi-

ron. La durée peut varier selon la vitesse de la

connexion internet. Quelques étapes de l’installa-

tion démarrent automatiquement et requièrent

un certain temps pour le chargement.

Pour toutes les étapes qui s’affichent durant l‘ins-

tallation et qui ne sont pas illustrées dans ces ins-

tructions :

▷Suivre les instructions indiquées sur l‘écran.

5.1 Enregistrement en tant qu’admi-

nistrateur sur l’ordinateur

▷Fermer la session de l‘utilisateur actuel au

moyen du menu de démarrage [1].

« TRIOS Inbox vX.X.X.exe ».

L’installation démarre.

6 Installer la boîte de réception TRIOS pour le transfert de données entre dentiste et laboratoire dentaire

Deux possibilités de transfert des données exis-

tent :

_ Connexion directe

La connexion directe entre scanner TRIOS et

l’ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill s’effectue via

Ethernet. Cette connexion convient pour les

laboratoires de cabinet dans lesquels scanner et

ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill sont dans un

même réseau (LAN).


La connexion directe entre scanner TRIOS et

l’ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill s’effectue via

internet.

6.1 Connexion directe TRIOS

Plusieurs scanners TRIOS peuvent être connectés

à un ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill via une

connexion directe.

Pour le transfert de données entre scanner TRIOS

et boîte de réception TRIOS, un dossier dans le

système de fichiers doit être accessible pour

l’accès externe.

6.1.1 Rendre accessible le dossier pour accès

externe

Le dossier rendu accessible peut être sur l’ordina-

teur CAD/CAM Ceramill ou sur un serveur central.

Scanner TRIOS et ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill

doivent avoir des droits d’accès sur le serveur.

Si un serveur est utilisé, le chemin d’accès de

réseau du dossier rendu accessible doit être entré

manuellement dans le Dental Manager Control

Panel (panneau de commande du manager den-

taire) (voir chapitre 6.2.1).

Pour établir une connexion pour le trans-

fert des données entre scanner TRIOS et

ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill, la

connexion réseau / internet des deux

appareils doit être installée.

Une connexion directe TRIOS n‘est possi-

ble que si scanner et ordinateur CAD/CAM

Ceramill sont dans le même réseau local

(LAN).

L’ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill fonc-

tionne en tant que serveur et doit être allu-

mé pendant l’utilisation du scanner TRIOS.

Pour établir une solution serveur :

▷Copier tout le dossier C:\3Shape\TRIOS

Direct Connection sur le serveur souhai-

té et rendre accessible à l’accès réseau.

Ainsi les réglages importants pour la

connexion directe sont assurés dans les

connexions serveur.

▷Cliquer sur Apply (appliquer) [8] pour terminer

Un redémarrage automatique du logiciel de la

boîte de réception TRIOS s’ensuit.

Ainsi la boîte de réception TRIOS est prête à rece-

voir des commandes du scanner TRIOS via la

connexion directe.

6.2 Connexion internet TRIOS via

3Shape Communicate

3Shape Communicate™ est un service qui permet

un échange facile de données et de commandes

entre dentistes, cliniques et laboratoires.

Une connexion internet TRIOS permet l’échange

de données même si le scanner et l’ordinateur

CAD/CAM Ceramill ne sont pasdans le même

réseau local (LAN).

A cet effet, il est nécessaire de créer un compte

utilisateur sur le site web de 3Shape Communi-

cate. Le fournisseur de soins tout comme le labo-

ratoire dentaire ont besoin d‘un compte

d’utilisateur afin de pouvoir échanger les données

entre scanner TRIOS et l’ordinateur CAD/CAM

Ceramill.

6.2.1 Créer un compte d’utilisateur auprès de

3Shape Communicate

Un compte d’utilisateur doit être créé pour pou-

voir utiliser 3Shape Communicate. Ceci est possi-

ble à partir de n‘importe quel ordinateur avec

accès Internet :

▷Dans le navigateur web, naviguer sur le site


▷Dans la fenêtre de connexion, cliquer sur Regis-

ter (enregistrer) [1].

La fenêtre d’enregistrement s’affiche.

Pour les solutions serveur, le chemin ser-

veur du dossier préalablement copié et

rendu accessible « TRIOS Direct Connec-

tion (connexion directe TRIOS) » doit être

enregistré.

Pour pouvoir recevoir des commandes du

scanner TRIOS, le chemin réseau du dos-

sier libéré dans l’ordinateur CAD/CAM

Ceramill doit être entré dans l’ordinateur

du scanner TRIOS (voir les instructions

TRIOS pour dentistes).

▷Cliquer sur Register a Dental Lab (Enregistrer

au laboratoire dentaire) [2].

Le formulaire d’enregistrement s’affiche.

▷Remplir le formulaire d’enregistrement.

L’adresse émail donnée sera utilisée ultérieure-

ment pour transmettre les informations (com-

mandes nouvelles/refusées ; mises à jour, etc.).

▷Cliquer sur Register(enregistrer).

Vous recevrez un émail de confirmation au bout

d’une courte durée.

▷Cliquer sur le lien dans le émail pour terminer

l’enregistrement.

6.2.2 Déposer les indications Ceramill

Les indications Ceramill doivent être déposées

afin que le fournisseur de soins puisse sélection-

ner les indications pouvant être traitées par le

système Ceramill CAD/CAM. Ces informations

d’indications sont dans un fichier sauvegardé sur

l’ordinateur CAD/CAM Ceramill lors de l’installa-

tion de la boîte de réception TRIOS. Ce fichier doit

être déposé manuellement dans la zone de

connexion de la page d’accueil de 3Shape Commu-

nicate.

▷Se connecter sous

www.3Shapecommunicate.com.

▷Dans la zone « Order Templates (formulaires de

commande) », cliquer sur le bouton Add Order

Template (ajouter formulaire de commande) [1].

▷Dans la fenêtre de navigation suivante, cliquer

sur le bouton Browse (naviguer) [2].

▷Dans la fenêtre suivante, naviguer dans le dos-

sier C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection\Tem-

plate\ et sélectionner le fichier

« DirectConnectOrderTemplate.xml » [3].

Le numéro du dongle 3Shape de la boîte

de réception TRIOS se trouve sur l’embal-

lage du dongle.

Pour une intégration intégrale du systè-

me, il faut déposer le modèle du formulaire

de commande Ceramill ainsi qu’expliqué

dans le chapitre 6.2.2.

▷Cliquer ensuite sur le bouton de

téléchargement [4].

Une remarque s’affiche à la suite d’un téléchar-

gement réussi indiquant que la configuration

d’indication a été téléchargée. Ces configura-

tions d’indication sont déposées automatique-

ment dans le logiciel TRIOS du fournisseur de

soins.

6.2.3 Activer Lab CommunicateTM




▷Cliquer sur le bouton [1] dans la boîte de récep-

tion TRIOS.

Le « Control Panel (tableau de commande) »

s’affiche.

▷Sous « Tools (outils) », cliquer sur 3Shape Com-

municate [2].

▷Sous « 3Shape Communicate Integration (inté-

gration 3Shape Communicate) », cliquer sur

Configure (configurer) [3].

▷Dans la fenêtre suivante, cocher la case Enabled

(activé) [4].

▷Sous « User Email (adresse émail) », entrer

l’adresse émail d’ouverture de session de votre

compte d’utilisateur 3Shape-Communicate.

▷Sous « Password (mot de passe) », entrer le

mot de passe correspondant à votre compte

d’utilisateur 3Shape-Communicate.

▷Activer ensuite avec Apply (appliquer) et

confirmer dans la fenêtre suivante en cliquant

sur Yes (oui).

▷Terminer la configuration en cliquant sur OK.

Ainsi la boîte de réception TRIOS est prête à

recevoir des commandes du scanner TRIOS via

3Shape Communicate.

6.2.4 Établir la connexion avec les fournis-

seurs de soins

▷Se connecter sous


▷Cliquer sur le bouton Add Connections (ajouter

connexions).

La fenêtre « Connect to other Dental Clinics and

Labs (se connecter avec d’autres cabinets et

laboratoires dentaires) » s’affiche.

▷Entrer l’adresse émail du fournisseur de soins

qui doit être ajouté [1].

▷Cliquer sur Find (chercher) [2].

▷Sous « Results (résultats) », marquer le fournis-

seur de soins correspondant [3].

▷Sous « Message (message) », entrer un mes-

sage au fournisseur de soins [4].

▷Vérifier l’accord de protection de données [5].

La demande est envoyée au fournisseur de

soins.

Une fois que le fournisseur de soins accepte la

demande de connexion, le nom du cabinet den-

taire s’affiche et les commandes de ce fournisseur

de soins peuvent être reçues via la boîte de récep-

tion TRIOS.

Les fournisseurs de soins doivent disposer

d’un compte d’utilisateur 3Shape Commu-

nicate.

Il faut entrer la même adresse émail avec

laquelle le fournisseur de soins est enre-

gistré auprès de 3Shape Communicate.

7 Utilisation de la boîte de réception TRIOS

7.1 Entrée et acceptation de la com-

mande




▷Dans la zone supérieure de gauche, cliquer sur

l’onglet de la boîte de réception TRIOS [1] pour

accéder à la zone des commandes reçues.

▷Afin d’appeler les cas patients ou les comman-

des récemment créés par les fournisseurs de

soins TRIOS, cliquer sur le bouton actualiser [2].

Si les fournisseurs de soins TRIOS ont créé et

mis en commande de nouveaux cas patients,

ces derniers s’affichent dans la boîte de récep-

tion TRIOS.

En cliquant avec le bouton gauche de la souris

sur une commande [3], ses modèles 3D scannés

s’afficheront dans la zone inférieure gauche [4].

▷Pour accepter une commande et la rendre dis-

ponible à l’utilisation dans le logiciel Ceramill

Mind, appeler le menu contextuel en cliquant

dessus avec le bouton droit de la souris puis cli-

quer sur Accept (accepter).

▷Dans la fenêtre suivante, entrer la date de livrai-

son prévue [5] et confirmer en cliquant sur

Accept (accepter) [6].

▷Fermer la fenêtre en cliquant sur OK.

La fenêtre suivante donne une vue d’ensemble

du cas patient créé par le fournisseur de soins.

▷Fermer la fenêtre en cliquant sur OK.

La fenêtre « Automatic conversions (conver-

sions automatiques) » s’affiche.

A chaque fois que la boîte de réception

TRIOS est utilisée en connexion avec un

nouveau fournisseur de soins, il faut

entrer les données correspondantes de ce

dernier. A cet effet, un masque de saisie

s’affiche automatiquement.

▷Entrer au moins le nom du fournisseur

de soins dans le champ « Name (nom) »

[7], afin que le nom de ce dernier soit

spécifié lors de nouvelles commandes.

▷Fermer le masque de saisie et confirmer

les modifications en cliquant sur OK.

Dans cette fenêtre, les indications spécifi-

ques au matériau peuvent fortement diffé-

rer des matériaux spécifiés réellement par

le fournisseur de soins.

▷La vue d’ensemble correcte est obtenue

ultérieurement du champ de note de la

banque de données Ceramill.

▷Recommandation : cocher la case Don‘t show

again (ne pas afficher de nouveau).

▷Fermer la fenêtre en cliquant sur Save (sauve-

garder).

Le cas patient est déplacé de la zone « boîte de

réception TRIOS » à la zone « Orders

7.2 Transfert de cas patients dans le

cockpit Ceramill

Pour le traitement du cas correspondant dans le

logiciel Ceramill Mind :

▷ Sélectionner le cas patient dans la zone

« Orders (commandes) ».

▷ Cliquer sur le bouton AmannGirrbach TRIOS

Export[1].

▷Lors de la première activation du bouton

AmannGirrbach TRIOS Export, une fenêtre

s’affiche pour la sélection de l’emplacement de

fichier. Naviguer vers le dossier

D:\_TRIOS\Incoming [2] et confirmer en cli-

quant sur OK [3].

Tous les cas TRIOS préparés pour être

traités, qui se trouvent dans la zone com-

mandes, peuvent être appelés en cliquant

dans la colonne gauche sur « By status >

Scanned (unprepared) (statut > scanné

(pas préparé)) ».

Une fenêtre indicative s’affiche à droite dans la

partie inférieure de l’écran pour entrer le cas

patient dans le logiciel Ceramill Mind.

▷Cliquer sur le bouton View in Dental DB (affi-

chage dans DentalDB) [4].

Le cockpit Ceramill s’affiche et le cas patient

correspondant est affiché.

▪ Le nom du fournisseur de soins ainsi que le

nom du patient sont automatiquement enre-

gistrés dans le cockpit Ceramill. Seul les don-

nées du technicien doivent être entrées.

▪ Des détails spécifiques à la commande tels que

matériau, couleur, informations relatives aux

indications ainsi que, si nécessaire, des com-

mentaires du fournisseur de soins figurent

dans le champ « Notes (notes) » du cockpit

Ceramill.

▪ Matériaux et indications des commandes

TRIOS sont automatiquement adaptés au sys-

tème Ceramill.

▪ Dans le cas d’un matériau non disponible dans

le système Ceramill, le logiciel attribue auto-

matiquement un matériau en remplacement

du matériau en question.

Exemple : Le matériau « Or » spécifié par le

fournisseur de soins est modifié automatique-

ment dans Ceramill Mind en « Ceramill WAX »,

étant donné que le traitement d’alliages d’or

dans le système Ceramill s’effectue à l’aide

d’une technique de moulage.

▷Pour la construction de la prothèse dentaire, cli-

quer sur le bouton construction CAD.

Le logiciel CAD Ceramill Mind démarre.

Pour garantir un transfert sûr dans Cera-

mill Mind, il est absolument nécessaire de

sélectionner avec précision le chemin

D:\_TRIOS\Incoming.

TRIOS-Inbox è un pacchetto software. Lo stesso

consente ai laboratori odontotecnici il ricevi-

mento diretto di scansioni intraorali ed ordini

TRIOS dai dentisti collegati che utilizzano TRIOS.

L'Inbox TRIOS è un add-on per il software Ceramill

Mind e deve essere installato sul PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM. Il software Ceramill Mind deve essere

già installato sul PC CAD/CAM.

4.2 Volume di fornitura

_ DVD per installazione TRIOS-Inbox

_ Dongle TRIOS-Inbox

_ Istruzioni per l'installazione del software (stam-

pate)

▷Dopo l'apertura della confezione, controllare

subito che il pacchetto sia completo e che non

presenti eventuali danni dovuti al trasporto.

Qualora si riscontrassero danni dovuti al tra-

sporto, presentare immediatamente reclamo

presso il fornitore.

AVVERTENZA:

Funzionamenti difettosi in apparecchio difet-

toso!

In caso di individuazione di un danno oppure di

un difetto funzionale dell'apparecchio:

▷Contrassegnare l'apparecchio come difettoso.

▷Evitare un ulteriore funzionamento fino a ripa-

razione avvenuta.

INDICAZIONE:

▷Disinserire l'apparecchio se lo stesso non

viene più usato oppure rimane per lungo

5 Installazione TRIOS-Inbox sul PC Ceramill CAD/CAM (Win-dows 7)

Il tempo di installazione è di ca. 25 minuti. La

durata può variare a seconda della velocità del

collegamento Internet. Alcune operazioni di

installazione si avviano automaticamente e neces-

sitano tempo per caricare.

Per tutte le operazioni che compaiono durante

l'installazione e non sono riportate nelle presenti

istruzioni:

▷Seguire le istruzioni sullo schermo.

5.1 Log-in al PC come administrator

▷Tramite il menu di avvio effettuare la disconnes-

sione dell'attuale utente [1].

▷Nella finestra successiva selezionare «Admini-

strator».

▷Effettuare il log-in con i seguenti dati:

▪ Utente: Administrator

▪ Password: ceramill mall

5.2 Installazione del TRIOS-Inbox

▷ Inserire il dongle TRIOS-Inbox in una porta USB

del PC Ceramill.

▷ Inserire il DVD per installazione TRIOS-Inbox nel

drive ottico del PC Ceramill CAD/CAM.

▷Tramite doppio clic eseguire nella directory E:\

il file «TRIOS Inbox vX.X.X.exe».

L'installazione viene avviata.

6 Preparazione del TRIOS-Inbox per il trasferimento dei dati tra dentista e laboratorio odontotecnico

Vi sono due possibilità per il trasferimento dati:

_ Collegamento diretto

Il collegamento tra lo scanner TRIOS ed il PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM PC avviene tramite ethernet.

Questo collegamento è adatto per laboratori di

studi dentistici presso i quali lo scanner ed il PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM sono in una rete (LAN).


Il collegamento tra lo scanner TRIOS ed il PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM avviene tramite Internet.

6.1 Collegamento diretto del TRIOS

Tramite il collegamento diretto possono essere

collegati più scanner TRIOS ad un PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM.

Per il trasferimento dei dati tra lo scanner TRIOS

ed il TRIOS-Inbox nel sistema file deve essere

sbloccata una cartella per l'accesso esterno.

6.1.1 Sblocco della cartella per accesso

esterno

La cartella sbloccata può trovarsi sul PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC oppure in un server centrale. Lo

scanner TRIOS ed il PC Ceramill CAD/CAM devono

avere diritti di accesso al server.

Se viene utilizzato un server, il path di rete della

cartella sbloccata deve essere immesso manual-

mente nel Dental Manager Control Panel (vedi

paragrafo 6.2.1).

Per poter realizzare un collegamento per il

trasferimento dati tra lo scanner TRIOS ed

il PC Ceramill CAD/CAM è necessaria la

preparazione del collegamento in

rete/Internet di entrambi gli apparecchi.

Un collegamento diretto del TRIOS è possi-

bile solamente se lo scanner ed il PC Cera-

mill CAD/CAM si trovano nella stessa rete

locale (LAN).

Il PC Ceramill CAD/CAM lavora come ser-

ver e deve essere acceso durante

l'impiego degli scanner TRIOS.

Per la preparazione di una soluzione ser-

ver:

▷Copiare l'intera cartella

C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection sul

server desiderato e sbloccare per

l'accesso della rete.

In questo modo vengono assicurate

regolazioni importanti per il collega-

mento diretto nei collegamenti del ser-

ver.

▷Cliccare nella barra dei task il bottone start [1].

zione) per «Everyone (Tutti)» (10) e impostare

Read/Write (Leggere/scrivere) [11].

▷Cliccare Share [12].

Si apre di nuovo la finestra «File Sharing».

▷Cliccare Done (Chiudere) [13].

La finestra «Properties (Caratteristiche)» visua-

lizza il path di rete della cartella sbloccata [14].

6.1.2 Attivazione del collegamento diretto

TRIOS

▷Nel Ceramill Mind Cockpit cliccare il simbolo

TRIOS-Inbox .

Si apre il TRIOS-Inbox.

▷Nel TRIOS-Inbox cliccare il bottone [1].

Si apre il «Control Panel (Pannello di

comando)».

▷Sotto «Tools (Utensili)» cliccare 3Shape Com-

municate [2].

▷Passare in «TRIOS Direct Connection (TRIOS

collegamento diretto)» [3] e cliccare Configure

(Configurare) [4].

Si apre la finestra di configurazione.

▷Cliccare checkbox [5].

▷Aprire il campo Advanced (Avanzato) [6].

Questo path deve essere immesso nello

scanner TRIOS durante la preparazione

del collegamento diretto.

▷Assicurarsi che sotto «TRIOS Direct Connection

Folder (TRIOS cartella collegamento diretto)»

[7] sia indicato il seguente path


▷Utilizzare Apply (Applicare) [8] per terminare

l'attivazione del collegamento diretto.

▷Chiudere «Control Panel (Pannello di

comando)» e salvare le modifiche [9].

Avviene un riavvio automatico del software

TRIOS-Inbox.

In questo modo il TRIOS-Inbox è preparato per il

ricevimento di ordini attraverso scanner TRIOS

tramite collegamento diretto.

6.2 Collegamento a Internet del TRIOS

tramite 3Shape Communicate

3Shape Communicate™ è un service per scam-

biare in modo facile dati ed ordini tra dentisti, cli-

niche e laboratori.

Un collegamento a Internet TRIOS consente lo

scambio di dati anche nel caso in cui lo scanner ed

il PC Ceramill CAD/CAM non si trovano nella

stessa rete locale (LAN).

Per questo collegamento è necessario creare un

conto utente sul sito web 3Shape-Communcate.

Sia il dentista che il laboratorio odontotecnico

necessitano un conto utente per poter scambiare

dati tra lo scanner TRIOS ed il PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM.

6.2.1 Creazione conto utente presso 3Shape

Communicate

Per l'utilizzo di 3Shape Communicate è necessaria

la creazione di un conto utente. Questo è possibile

da ogni computer con accesso ad Internet:

▷Nel browser andare a


▷Nella finestra di log-in cliccare Register (Regi-

strare) [1].

Si apre la finestra di registrazione.

Per le soluzioni server deve essere indi-

cato il path server della cartella preceden-

temente copiata e sbloccata «TRIOS

Direct Connection (TRIOS collegamento

diretto)».

Per poter ricevere ordini dallo scanner

TRIOS il path di rete della cartella sboccata

nel PC Ceramill CAD/CAM deve essere

immesso nel computer dello scanner

TRIOS (vedi istruzioni TRIOS per dentisti).

▷Register a Dental Lab (Registrare un Laborato-

rio/odontotecnico) Cliccare (Laboratorio/

odontotecnico) [2].

Si apre il modulo di registrazione.

▷Compilare il modulo di registrazione. L'indirizzo

e-mail che viene indicato nel modulo, verrà uti-

lizzato in seguito per la comunicazione di infor-

mazioni (ordini nuovi/rifiutati; update; ecc.).

▷Cliccare Register.

Dopo breve tempo riceverete una e-mail di con-

ferma.

▷Cliccare il link riportato sull'e-mail per termi-

nare la registrazione.

6.2.2 Immissione delle indicazioni Ceramill

La indicazioni Ceramill devono essere immesse

affinché il dentista possa selezionare le indica-

zioni che il sistema Ceramill CAD/CAM System può

trattare. Queste informazioni indicative sono con-

tenute in un file che viene memorizzato all'instal-

lazione del TRIOS-Inbox sul PC CAD/CAM. Questo

file deve essere immesso manualmente nel campo

log-in dell'homepage 3Shapecommuniacte.

▷Connettersi sotto


▷Nel campo «Order Templates (Moduli d'ordine)»

cliccare il bottone Add Order Template (Aggiun-

gere modulo d'ordine) [1].

▷Nella successiva finestra del browser cliccare il

bottone Browse (Selezionare) [2].

▷Passare nella finestra successiva nella cartella


e selezionare il file «DirectConnectOrderTem-

plate.xml» [3].

Il numero del dongle 3Shape del TRIOS-

Inbox è riportato sulla confezione del don-

gle.

Per un'integrazione completa del sistema

deve essere effettuata l'immissione del

Ceramill Order-Template descritta al

paragrafo 6.2.2.

▷Successivamente cliccare il bottone Upload [4].

Al termine dell'upload avvenuto con successo

compare un'indicazione che la configurazione

indicazioni è stata caricata. Queste configura-

zioni indicative sono ora memorizzate automa-

ticamente nel software TRIOS del dentista.

6.2.3 Attivazione Lab CommunicateTM


TRIOS-Inbox .


▷Nel TRIOS-Inbox cliccare il bottone [1].

Si apre il «Control Panel (Pannello di

comando)».

▷Sotto «Tools (Utensili)» cliccare 3Shape Com-

municate [2].

▷Sotto «3Shape Communicate Integration (Inte-

grazione di 3Shape Communicate)» cliccare

Configure (Configurare) [3].

▷Nella finestra successiva mettere il segno di

spunta a Enabled (Attivato) [4].

▷Sotto «User Email (Indirizzo e-mail)» registrare

l'indirizzo e-mail di log-in del Vostro conto

utente 3Shape-Communicate.

▷Sotto «Password» registrare la relativa pas-

sword del Vostro conto utente 3Shape-Commu-

nicate.

▷Attivare successivamente con Apply (Applicare)

e nella finestra successiva confermare con Yes

(Si).

▷Al termine concludere la configurazione tramite

OK.

In questo modo il TRIOS-Inbox è preparato per il

ricevimento di ordini attraverso scanner TRIOS

tramite 3Shape Communicate.

6.2.4 Creazione del collegamento ai dentisti

▷Connettersi sotto


▷Cliccare il bottone Add Connections (Aggiun-

gere collegamenti).

Si apre la finestra «Connect to other Dental Cli-

nics and Labs (Collegare con altre cliniche odon-

toiatriche e laboratori odontotecnici)».

▷ Immettere l'indirizzo e-mail del dentista da

aggiungere [1].

▷Cliccare Find (Cercare) [2].

▷Sotto «Results (Risultati)» marcare il dentista

trovato [3].

▷Sotto «Message (Messaggio)» immettere un

messaggio per il dentista [4].

▷Controllare l'accordo di riservatezza dei

dati [5].

▷Cliccare Connect (Collegare) [6].

La richiesta viene inviata al dentista.

Quando il dentista ha accettato la richiesta di col-

legamento compare il nome dello studio dentistico

e gli ordini di questo dentista possono essere rice-

vuti tramite il TRIOS-Inbox.

I dentisti devono avere un conto utente

3Shape Communicate.

Deve essere indicato l'indirizzo e-mail con

il quale il dentista è registrato presso

3Shape Communicate.

7 Impiego del TRIOS-Inbox

7.1 Arrivo ed accettazione dell'ordine


TRIOS-Inbox .


▷Nel settore superiore sinistro cliccare il tab

TRIOS Inbox [1] per passare nel settore degli

ordini in arrivo.

▷Per richiamare dai dentisti TRIOS nuovi casi di

pazienti ovvero nuovi ordini, cliccare il bottone

Attualizzare [2].

Se i dentisti TRIOS hanno creato nuovi casi di

pazienti ed hanno inoltrato ordine, gli stessi

compaiano nel TRIOS-Inbox.

Cliccando il link in un ordine [3] diventano visi-

bili, nel settore inferiore sinistro, i modelli 3D

scansionati dell'ordine stesso [4].

▷Per accettare un ordine e per rendere disponi-

bile l'impiego nel software Ceramill Mind, clic-

care con il tasto destro il menu di contesto e

cliccare Accept (Accettare).

▷Riportare nella finestra seguente la data di con-

segna prevista [5] e confermare tramite Accept

(Accettare) [6].

▷Chiudere la finestra di dialogo con OK.

La finestra seguente visualizza la vista generale

del caso del paziente creato dal dentista.

▷Chiudere la finestra con OK.

Si apre la finestra «Automatic conversions

(Conversioni automatiche)».

In caso di primo impiego del TRIOS-Inbox

in combinazione con un nuovo dentista è

necessaria l'immissione dei dati rilevanti

del dentista stesso. A tale scopo si apre

automaticamente una maschera di immis-

sione.

▷Effettuare almeno l'immissione del

nome del dentista nel campo «Name

(Nome)» [7] affinché lo stesso venga

elencato negli ordini nuovi TRIOS.

▷Chiudere la maschera di immissione e

confermare le modifiche con OK.

stra possono variare molto rispetto ai

materiali indicati effettivamente dal denti-

sta.

▷Rilevare successivamente dal campo

annotazioni del Ceramill Database la

vista generale corretta relativa ai dati

▷Raccomandazione: applicare il segno di spunta

a Don‘t show again (Non visualizzare di nuovo).

Il caso del paziente viene spostato dal settore

«TRIOS Inbox» nel settore «Orders (Ordini)».

7.2 Trasferimento di casi di pazienti nel

Ceramill Cockpit

Per l'ulteriore lavorazione del rispettivo caso nel

software Ceramill Mind:

▷ Selezionare il caso del paziente nel settore

«Orders (Ordini)».

▷ Cliccare il bottone AmannGirrbach TRIOS

Export [1].

▷Alla prima attivazione del bottone AmannGirr-

bach TRIOS Export si apre una finestra per la

selezione del luogo di archiviazione. Andare alla

cartella D:\_TRIOS\Incoming [2] e confermare

con OK [3].

Tutti i casi TRIOS preparati per l'ulteriore

lavorazione, che si trovano nel settore

ordini, possono essere richiamati nella

colonna sinistra tramite «By status > Scan-

ned (unprepared) (Stato > Scanarizzato

(non preparato))».

Per un trasferimento sicuro nel Ceramill

Mind è assolutamente necessario che

venga selezionato esattamente il path

D:\_TRIOS\Incoming.

Nel settore inferiore destro dello schermo si

apre una finestra di dialogo per I'ingresso del

caso del paziente nel software Ceramill Mind.

▷Cliccare il bottoneView in Dental DB (Esaminare

nel DentalDB) [4].

Ceramill Cockpit viene aperto ed il relativo caso

del paziente può essere esaminato:

▪ Sia il nome del dentista che il nome del

paziente sono registrati automaticamente nel

Ceramill Cockpit . Deve essere solamente

ancora effettuata l'immissione del tecnico.

▪ Nel campo «Notes (Annotazioni)» del Ceramill

Cockpit sono elencati i dettagli dell'ordine

come dati riguardanti materiali, colore, indica-

zioni nonché eventualmente commenti ripor-

tati dal dentista.

▪ Materiali ed indicazioni di ordini TRIOS ven-

gono adattati automaticamente al sistema

Ceramill.

▪ In caso di un materiale non disponibile nel

sistema Ceramill, il software correla automati-

camente un materiale che può essere preso in

considerazione per la produzione dello stesso.

Esempio: Il materiale «oro» indicato dal denti-

sta viene modificato automaticamente nel

Ceramill Mind in «Ceramill WAX» in quanto la

lavorazione di leghe in oro nel sistema Ceramill

avviene tramite tecnica di fusione.

▷Per la costruzione del dente sostitutivo cliccare

il bottone Costruzione CAD-.

Il software CAD Ceramill Mind viene avviato.

L'attribuzione automatica del materiale

Ceramill deve essere controllata per ogni

caso di paziente e deve essere adattata ai

metodi di realizzazione desiderati (Cera-

Advertencias de peligro

Las advertencias de peligro se identifican

con un triángulo de señalización sobre

fondo de color con el texto encuadrado.

Aquellos peligros de origen eléctrico, en

lugar del signo de admiración, llevan el

símbolo del rayo en el interior del triángu-

lo de señalización.

Las palabras clave al comienzo de la advertencia

de peligro indican el tipo y gravedad de las conse-

cuencias en caso de no atenerse a las medidas de

Al instalar, poner en marcha, o utilizar el aparato,

deberán respetarse siempre las siguientes ins-

trucciones de seguridad:

4.1 Descripción del producto

TRIOS-Inbox es un paquete de software. Permite

que los laboratorios dentales reciban directa-

mente las impresiones intraorales escaneadas

TRIOS y los pedidos de los dentistas solicitantes

que trabajan con TRIOS.

El TRIOS-Inbox es un Add-on del software Ceramill

Mind que requiere ser instalado en el PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM. El software Ceramill Mind deberá estar

ya instalado en el PC Cermaill CAD/CAM.

4.2 Volumen de entrega

_ DVD de instalación de TRIOS-Inbox

_ Dongle de TRIOS-Inbox

_ Manual de instalación del software (impreso)

▷Al abrir el embalaje compruebe que el contenido

esté completo y exento de daños por el trans-

porte. En caso de detectar daños derivados del

transporte reclamarlos de inmediato al provee-

dor.

ATENCIÓN:

¡Funcionamiento incorrecto en caso de un apa-

rato defectuoso!

Si detecta un daño o un funcionamiento defi-

ciente en el aparato:

▷ Identificar el aparato como defectuoso.

▷Evitar que pueda ser utilizado hasta que no

haya sido reparado.

OBSERVACIÓN:

▷Desconectar el aparato siempre que no se pre-

cise, o al dejarlo desatendido largo tiempo, p.

ej., por la noche. Esto protege además el

medio ambiente ya que se ahorra energía eléc-

trica.

OBSERVACIÓN:

El aparato solamente lo deberá poner en marcha

y manejar personal especializado.

5 Instalación del TRIOS-Inbox en el PC Ceramill CAD/CAM (Windows 7)

Para la instalación se precisan aprox. 25 minutos.

Este tiempo puede variar según la velocidad de

transmisión en internet. Algunos de los pasos de

instalación arrancan automáticamente y requie-

ren cierto tiempo para ser cargados.

Para todos los pasos que aparecen durante la ins-

talación y que no se mencionan en este manual:

▷Seguir las instrucciones mostradas en el moni-

tor.

5.1 Login en PC como Administrador

▷Pulse la tecla Log off [1] en el Menú Inicio para

desactivar el usuario actual.

▷Seleccionar “Administrador” en la ventana

siguiente.

▷Realizar el login con los siguientes datos:

▪ Usuario: Administrador

▪ Contraseña: ceramill mall

5.2 Instalación del TRIOS-Inbox

▷Conectar el dongle a uno de los puertos USB del

PC Ceramill.

▷ Introducir el DVD de instalación del TRIOS-Inbox

en el lector del PC Ceramill CAD/CAM.

▷En el directorio E:\ efectuar una doble pulsación

sobre “TRIOS Inbox vX.X.X.exe” para ejecutar el

programa.

Se inicia el proceso de instalación.

▷Seguir las instrucciones de instalación.

La instalación deberá realizarse bajo la

cuenta de usuario “Administrador” en el

PC Ceramill CAD/CAM.

Para la instalación es necesario que PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM pueda conectarse a

internet.

Durante toda la instalación es necesario

que el dongle verde del TRIOS-Inbox esté

conectado a uno de los puertos USB del PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM.

▷Para arrancar la instalación: Hacer clic sobre

“Yes (Sí)”.Se abre una ventana que permite elegir el tipo

de instalación.

6 Configuración del TRIOS-Inbox para la transferencia de datos entre el dentista y el laboratorio dental

La transferencia de datos puede realizarse de dos

modos:

_ Conexión directa

La conexión entre el escáner TRIOSy el PC Cera-

mill CAD/CAM se realiza vía Ethernet. Este tipo

de conexión se presta para laboratorios denta-

les que tengan enlazados vía LAN el escáner y el

PC Ceramill CAD/CAM.


La conexión entre el escáner TRIOS y el PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM se efectúa vía internet.

6.1 Conexión directa TRIOS

Es posible conectar directamente varios escáne-

res TRIOS a un PC Ceramill CAD/CAM.

Para la transferencia de datos entre el escáner

TRIOS y el TRIOS-Inbox es necesario que en el sis-

tema de archivos sea compartida una carpeta

para el acceso externo.

6.1.1 Compartir carpeta para el acceso

externo

La carpeta a compartir puede estar ubicada en el

PC Ceramill CAD/CAM o en un servidor centrali-

zado. Es requisito que el escáner TRIOS y el PC

Ceramill CAD/CAM tengan derechos de acceso al

servidor.

Si interviene un servidor es necesario indicar

manualmente en el Dental Manager Control Panel

la ruta de acceso a la red de la carpeta compartida

(ver párrafo 6.2.1).

Para poder establecer una conexión entre

el escáner TRIOS y el PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM es necesario que la conexión vía

red/internet haya sido configurada en

ambos aparatos.

La conexión directa TRIOS únicamente es

posible si el escáner y el PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM se encuentran en la misma red

local (LAN).

El PC Ceramill CAD/CAM actúa como ser-

vidor y debe estar conectado por ello

siempre que se utilice el escáner TRIOS.

Configuración de la solución con servidor:

▷Copiar la carpeta completa

C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection al

servidor deseado y darla de alta para

poderla compartir en la red.

Ajustes necesarios para lograr una

conexión directa vía servidor:

miso) para “Everyone (Todos)” (10) y fijar

Read/Write (Leer/Escribir) [11].

▷Hacer clic sobre Share (Compartir) [12].

Nuevamente se abre la ventana “File Sharing

(Compartir archivos)”.

▷Hacer clic sobre Done (Cerrar) [13].

La ventana “Properties (Propiedades)” muestra

la ruta de red del archivo compartido [14].

6.1.2 Activación de la conexión directa TRIOS

▷En el Ceramill Mind Cockpit hacer clic sobre el

símbolo TRIOS-Inbox .

Se abre el TRIOS-Inbox.

▷Hacer clic sobre el botón [1] del TRIOS-Inbox.

Se abre el “Control Panel (Panel de Control)”.▷Bajo “Tools (Herramientas)” hacer clic sobre

3Shape Communicate [2].

▷Cambiar a “TRIOS Direct Connection (Conexión

directa de TRIOS)” [3] y hacer clic sobre Confi-

gure (Configurar) [4].

Se abre la ventana de configuración.

▷Hacer clic sobre la casilla de selección [5].

▷Abrir el área Advanced (Avanzado) [6].

Esta ruta deberá indicarse en el escáner

TRIOS al configurar la conexión directa.

▷Asegurarse de que bajo “TRIOS Direct Connec-

tion Folder (Carpeta de Conexión Directa

TRIOS)” [7] figure la siguiente ruta


▷Hacer clic sobre Apply (Aplicar) [8] para termi-

nar de activar la conexión directa.

▷Cerrar el “Control Panel (Panel de Control)” y

guardar los cambios [9].

A continuación se realiza un rearranque auto-

mático del software TRIOS-Inbox.

El TRIOS-Inbox queda así preparado para recibir

pedidos del escáner TRIOS vía conexión directa.

6.2 Conexión vía internet de TRIOS con

3Shape Communicate

3Shape Communicate™ es un servicio para el

intercambio sencillo de datos y pedidos entre den-

tistas, clínicas y laboratorios.

La conexión TRIOS vía internet permite intercam-

biar datos también en caso de que el escáner y el

PC Ceramill CAD/CAM no formen parte de la

misma red informática (LAN).

Para ello se requiere crear una cuenta de usuario

en la página web de 3Shape-Communcate. Tanto

el facultativo como el laboratorio dental precisan

una cuenta de usuario para poder intercambiar

datos entre el escáner TRIOS y el PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM.

6.2.1 Crear cuenta de usuario en 3Shape

Communicate

Para poder utilizar 3Shape Communicate es nece-

sario crear una cuenta de usuario. Esto puede rea-

lizarse con cualquier ordenador que tenga acceso

a internet.

▷Navegar con el explorador a


▷Hacer clic en Register (Registrar) en la ventana

Login [1].

Se abre la ventada para el registro.

En soluciones con servidor deberá indi-

carse la ruta del servidor de la carpeta pre-

viamente copiada y compartida “TRIOS

Direct Connection (Conexión directa

TRIOS)”.

Para poder recibir pedidos del escáner

TRIOS, en el ordenador del escáner TRIOS

deberá indicarse la ruta de red de la car-

peta compartida fijada en el PC Ceramill

CAD/CAM PC (ver instrucciones TRIOS

para dentistas).

▷Register a Dental Lab (Registrar un Laboratorio

dental) Hacer clic sobre (Laboratorio

dental) [2].

Se abre el formulario de registro.

▷Cumplimentar dicho formulario de registro. La

dirección de e-mail que aquí indique se utilizará

posteriormente para transmitir la información

(pedido nuevos/rechazados; updates, etc.).

▷Hacer clic sobre Register (registro).

Poco tiempo después recibirá un e-mail de con-

firmación.

▷Haga clic sobre el enlace indicado en el e-mail

para terminar de registrarse.

6.2.2 Establecer indicaciones Ceramill

Las indicaciones Ceramill deberán establecerse

para que el facultativo elija aquellas que pueden

elaborarse con el sistema Ceramill CAD/CAM. Las

informaciones sobre estas indicaciones están

comprendidas en un archivo que se guarda en el

PC Ceramill CAD/CAM al instalar el TRIOS-

Inbox.Este archivo deberá indicarse manualmente

en el área Login de la página web

3Shapecommuniacte.

▷Efectuar el Login bajo


▷En el área “Order Templates (Formularios de

pedido)” accionar el botón Add Order Template

(Agregar formulario de pedido) [1].

▷En la siguiente ventana accionar el botón

Browse (Buscar) [2].

▷Navegar en la siguiente ventana hasta la car-

peta C:\3Shape\TRIOS Direct Connection\Tem-

plate\ y seleccionar el archivo

“DirectConnectOrderTemplate.xml” [3].

En número del dongle 3Shape del TRIOS-

Inbox figura en el embalaje del mismo.

Para que la integración en el sistema sea

total deberán seguirse los pasos indicados

en 6.2.2 para crear un formulario de

pedido Ceramill.

▷Para terminar, accione el botón Upload [4].

Si la carga se llevó a cabo con éxito, se le indica-

rá que fue cargada la configuración de las indi-

caciones. Esta configuración de las indicaciones

se guarda automáticamente en el software

TRIOS del facultativo.

6.2.3 Activación de Lab CommunicateTM




▷Hacer clic sobre el botón [1] del TRIOS-Inbox.

Se abre el “Control Panel (Panel de Control)”.▷Bajo “Tools (Herramientas)” hacer clic sobre

3Shape Communicate [2].

▷Bajo “3Shape Communicate Integration (Inte-

gración de 3Shape Communicate)” hacer clic

sobre Configure (Configurar) [3].

▷En la ventana siguiente seleccionar la casilla

Enabled (Activado) [4].

▷Bajo “User Email (Dirección de e-mail)” indicar la

dirección de e-mail empleada en el Login de su

cuenta de usuario en 3Shape-Communicate.

▷Bajo “Password (Contraseña)” teclear la respec-

tiva contraseña de su cuenta de usuario en

3Shape-Communicate.

▷Seguidamente, accionar Apply (Aplicar) y con-

firmar con Yes (Sí) en la siguiente ventana.

▷Terminar la configuración con OK .

El TRIOS-Inbox queda así preparado para recibir

pedidos del escáner TRIOS vía 3Shape Commu-

nicate.

6.2.4 Realización de una conexión con el

facultativo

▷Realizar el Login bajo


▷Hacer clic sobre el botón Add Connections

(Agregar conexiones).

Se abre la ventana “Connect to other Dental Cli-

nics and Labs (Conectar con otras clínicas y

laboratorios dentales)”.

▷ Introducir la dirección de e-mail del facultativo

que desea agregar [1].

▷Hacer clic sobre Find (Buscar) [2].

▷Marcar en “Results (Resultados)” el facultativo

localizado [3].

▷Bajo “Message (Mensaje)” redactar un mensaje

para el facultativo [4].

▷Tener en cuenta el contrato de

confidencialidad [5].

▷Hacer clic sobre Connect (Conectar) [6].

La solicitud es transmitida al facultativo.

Si el facultativo ha aceptado la solicitud de

conexión, aparece entonces el nombre del consul-

torio odontológico, siendo posible en ese caso

recibir los pedidos de éste a través del TRIOS-

Inbox.

El facultativo deberá disponer de una

cuenta de usuario en 3Shape Communi-

cate.

Es necesario indicar la misma dirección de

e-mail con la que se registró el facultativo

en 3Shape Communicate.

7 Uso del TRIOS-Inbox

7.1 Recepción y aceptación de pedidos




▷Hacer clic sobre la pestaña TRIOS Inbox [1] en la

parte superior izquierda para acceder al área de

pedidos entrantes.

▷Para descargar los nuevos pedidos de los facul-

tativos que aplican TRIOS, hacer clic sobre el

botón Actualizar [2].

Si el facultativo TRIOS ha tramitado un nuevo

pedido, éste aparece en el TRIOS-Inbox.

Al realizar un clic con el botón izquierdo sobre

un pedido [3] pueden visualizarse en el área

inferior [4] los modelos escaneados 3D.

▷Para aceptar un pedido y hacerlo accesible al

software Ceramill Mind, abrir el menú contex-

tual con un clic derecho y hacer clic sobre

Accept (Aceptar).

▷ Indicar en la siguiente ventana la fecha tenta-

tiva de entrega [5] y validar con Accept (Acep-

tar) [6].

▷Cerrar la ventana informativa con OK.

La ventana siguiente muestra una vista general

del caso del paciente tratado por el facultativo.

▷Cerrar la ventana con OK.

Se abre la ventana “Automatic conversions

(Conversiones automáticas)”.

La primera vez que se utilice el TRIOS-

Inbox con un facultativo nuevo, es necesa-

rio introducir ciertos datos sobre el

mismo. Para tal fin se abre automática-

mente la máscara de entrada.

▷ Introducir al menos el nombre del facul-

tativo en el campo “Name (Nombre)” [7],

para que aparezca en los nuevos pedi-

dos de TRIOS.

▷Cerrar la máscara de entrada y confir-

mar los cambios con OK.

El tipo de material indicado en esta ven-

tana puede ser muy diferente del material

realmente solicitado por el facultativo.

▷ ¡Por ello, tomar después los datos

correctos para el pedido del campo de

anotaciones de la Ceramill Database!

▷Recomendación: activar Don‘t show again (No

volver a mostrar).

▷Cerrar la ventana con Save (Guardar).

El caso de este paciente pasa del área “TRIOS

Inbox” al área de “Orders (Pedidos)”.

7.2 Transferencia de casos de pacien-

tes al Ceramill Cockpit

Para seguir procesando el respectivo caso con el

software Ceramill Mind:

▷ Seleccionar el caso de un paciente en el área

“Orders (Pedidos)”.

▷ Hacer clic sobre el botón AmannGirrbach TRIOS

Export [1].

▷Al activar por primera vez el botón AmannGirr-

bach TRIOS Export se abre una ventana para

seleccionar el lugar de memorización. Navegar

hasta la carpeta D:\_TRIOS\Incoming [2] y con-

firmar con OK [3].

En la columna izquierda puede accederse

a todos los casos del TRIOS ubicados en el

área de pedidos y preparados para su ela-

boración con “By status > Scanned (unpre-

pared) (Estado > Escaneado (sin

preparar))”.

Para garantizar una transferencia segura

a la Ceramill Mind es imprescindible selec-

cionar exclusivamente la ruta de acceso

D:\_TRIOS\Incoming.

En el área inferior derecho de la pantalla se abre

una ventana informativa sobre la entrada del

caso del paciente al software del Ceramill Mind.

▷Hacer clic en el botón View in Dental DB (Ver en

BD dental) [4].

Se abre el Ceramill Cockpit permitiendo visuali-

zar el respectivo caso del paciente:

▪ Tanto el nombre del facultativo como del

paciente son registrados automáticamente en

el Ceramill Cockpit. Solamente es necesario

indicar el nombre del protésico.

▪ En el campo “Notes (Notas)” del Ceramill Cock-

pit se indican los pormenores del pedido como

material, color, indicaciones y posibles comen-

tarios del facultativo.

▪ Los materiales e indicaciones en los pedidos

TRIOS son adaptados automáticamente al sis-

tema Ceramill.

▪ En caso de que un material no forme parte del

sistema Ceramill, el software asigna automáti-

camente un material apropiado para poder

procesarlo.

Ejemplo: El material “oro” indicado por el facul-

tativo es cambiado automáticamente en el

Ceramill Mind por “Ceramill WAX”, ya que la

elaboración de aleaciones de oro en el sistema

Ceramill System se realiza con la técnica de

colado.

▷Para diseñar la prótesis hacer clic sobre el

botón Diseño CAD.

Se arranca el software CAD Ceramill Mind.

La asignación automática de material por

el Ceramill deberá controlarse en cada

caso y adaptarse al proceso de fabricación

deseado (Ceramill Motion, Ceramill

Motion 2, Ceramill M-center)
