• English Language Proficiency is assessed by the Education Provider for lower Assessment Levels 1 and 2

• English Language proficiency is assessed by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for all other Assessment Levels.

• We will accept test results from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-based test (TOEFL IBT), Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) and the Cambridge English Advanced(CAE) taken in Vietnam.

• Student visa applicants must provide evidence of sufficient funds to cover different lengths of time depending on their Assessment Level. Funds must cover:
– Travel Costs (Return airfare to Australia for the student and all family members)
– Course fees
– If there are school-age children accompanying you, you must also have AUD8000 per year
– Living Costs (Applicant: AUD18,610 per year; Partner: AUD6515 per year and Children: between AUD2790 – AUD3720)
• Funds need to be documented and from an acceptable source
– Cash Deposit with a savings history
– Loan or a Credit Line
• Income stream and access to these funds will also be assessed.

– Phí đi lại (vé máy bay khứ hồi đến Úc cho học sinh và các thành viên gia đình)
– Học phí các khóa học
– Nếu có con ở độ tuổi đến trường cùng đồng hành, phải có thêm 8,000 đô Úc mỗi năm
– Sinh hoạt phí (Đương đơn: 18,610 đô Úc mỗi năm; Chồng/Vợ: 6,515 đô Úc mỗi năm; Con vị thành niên: từ 2,790 đô Úc cho đến 3,720 đô Úc)
• Phải nộp bằng chứng tài chính và chứng minh nguồn tài chính
– Tiền gửi ngân hàng với sao kê quá trình tích lũy
– Tiền vay hoặc Hợp đồng Hạn mức tín dụng
• Nguồn thu nhập và khả năng sử dụng nguồn thu nhập đó cũng sẽ được xét duyệt

• Streamlined processing has been implemented for international students applying to study in Australia at a participating education providers.
• Streamlined visa processing means that applicants are treated as though they are of a lower migration risk, regardless of their country of origin.
• On March 2014, streamlined visa processing was extended to some non-University providers. A full list of the eligible non-University providers can be found by referring to our checklist.
• Although streamlined arrangements have been extended to some non-University providers, it only applies to those studying a Bachelor degree or a Master by coursework degree.
• Please remember that you must lodge your application with a valid Certificate of Enrolment (CoE) and the processing time for your visa will only be faster if you have provided us with all the information we have requested to determine that you are a Genuine Temporary Entrant.
Streamlined Visa Processing Arrangements Diện xét duyệt ưu tiên
• Diện xét duyệt ưu tiên được áp dụng cho du học sinh nộp đơn xin học tại các trường đã đăng ký xét duyệt ưu tiên tại Úc
• Diện xét duyệt ưu tiên có nghĩa là đương đơn được xét như diện ít rủi ro trong nhập cư , bất kể du học sinh đến từ quốc gia nào.
• Từ tháng 3 năm 2014, diện xét duyệt ưu tiên sẽ được mở rộng ra dành cho một số trường không phải là trường đại học. Vui lòng xem hướng dẫn nộp hồ sơ của chúng tôi để biết danh sách đầy đủ các trường này.
• Mặc dù diện xét duyệt ưu tiên được mở rộng ra dành cho một số trường không phải là trường đại học, diện xét duyệt này vẫn chỉ dành cho học sinh đăng ký khóa học cử nhân trở lên.
• Lưu ý: đương đơn cần có thư xác nhận nhập học (CoEs) có hiệu lực khi nộp hồ sơ xin thị thực và thời gian xét duyệt sẽ được nhanh hơn nếu hồ sơ xin thị thực cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin xác minh đương đơn là người lưu trú ngắn hạn chính đáng.

• Maintain enrolment & satisfactory progress in the same course or package of courses.
• Notify the closest office of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection if your circumstances change, this includes changes to your contact details, welfare arrangements or if you want to change courses.
• Understand and abide by the conditions on your visa regarding the work limitation and maintaining adequate level of health insurance cover.
