BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE FOR PURSUING THE POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME

My name is Colletha V. Vincent. I have finished my Bachelor degree in Social Work at the Institute of Social Work in 2012. My intention for undertaking the Postgraduate programme is based on the following reasons;

First of all I want to widen up my knowledge and skills. Currently I am not employed, and due to the matter of the fact that many job advertisements state that applicants with master degree will be given first priority, it is my believe that after finishing my postgraduate programme I will be able to compete well in job market and succeed to catch it rightly. This is because postgraduate programme will add value to my CV by giving it international recognition and respect.

Another reason is that I have the passion on the subject of Project Planning and Management. The module was interested me much when I studied it in my degree level. This attitude towards the subject gives me a desire to equip well my knowledge and understanding on it to the further

Briefly, Postgraduate Programme is the vital education level to me as I am striving to have a lifelong learning and be an asset to the organization that I will be employed, that it will offer me an ability to communicate well inside and outside organization, increasing my thinking capacity in critical issues and come up with the workable solutions, also it will give me an ability to give out an evidence based augment due to the research guidelines.
