Possible version:
Nothing is more valuable than health. What can we do to keep fit and healthy?
Firstly, we can do exercise every day. We can walk to school or ride to school every day if we don’t live far away from school. After finishing our homework, we can spend some time playing ball games outside instead of watching TV at home. What’s more, it’s important to take the PE class and do as what the teacher says.
Secondly, we can eat balanced food to keep fit. We’d better not eat food with too much oil. Try more vegetables and fruits. Thirdly, we can form some good habits. For example, we’d better not smoke or watch TV too much. Going to bed early is also a good way to keep healthy, according to traditional Chinese medicine.
By eating properly and exercising regularly, forming good habits as well, we’re sure to keep fit and healthy.

If we are all care about the environment around us, we can make it a better place for not only ourselves, but also for our generation.
