When to use present continuous tense

描述现在正在发生的事情

We use the present continuous tense to talk about

things that are happening now.

现在进行时的结构：

be + doing即 am/is/are + 动词的 ing 形式

例： am + playing is+ playing are + playing

Translation:

• 格林一家正在一个大卖场购物。

• 我正在写作业。

• 他正在听磁带。

• 轻点！那个小宝宝正在睡觉。

The Greens are shopping in a shopping mall.

I am writing homework.

He is listening to the tape.

Be quiet! That little baby is sleeping.
