This sale will be conducted in USD $. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number. This Brochure is only a guide please inspect the equipment.
All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number.Photographic Identification (Passport/Emirates ID)Deposit - a minimum deposit of 100,000 AED / 25,000 USD via E-payment, Cash, or Bank Transfer. This will guarantee a credit limit of 100,000 USD in the respective currency. All deposits must be received in full before you can be approved for bidding either Onsite or Online. If you wish to spend more than 100,000 USD a further 10% of the total projected spend is required. We require a deposit 24 hours before the sale. Please allow 3 working days for us to receive your deposit Via Bank Transfer. Please note deposits of cash or bank cheques held in the office on auction day will be returned to those customers who have been unsuc-cessful in their bids on auction day. Deposits paid via bank transfer, will be returned approximately 7 days after the auction.
Regular buyers must provide photographic identifiction at each auction. A deposit may be required in some circumstances. Please visit www.euroauctions.com for more information.
Buyer’s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price.
Cheque/Cash is acceptable on the sale date only. NOTE: Telegraphic transfer will only be accepted after the sale day.
All company representatives bidding on behalf of a company must provide a letter of authorisation from their company director.
If bidders unable attend any of our auctions can use the Euro Auctions Pre-Bidding service. To place a Pre-Bid you must be registered, assigned a Bidder Number and can only be accepted when Lot numbers have been assigned.

Note Regarding “GCC Duties Not Paid”The auction is conducted in a Duty Free Zone. Certain items identified in the sale day catalogue, or otherwise announced at the auction, as “GCC DUTIES NOT PAID” have not been imported into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy requirements of any kind in respect of the importation of any items into the UAE or any other country. Such responsibility includes compliance with laws and regulations of the country including payment of taxes and duties, obtaining proper approvals and complying with any other requirements. Purchasers must engage their own customs broker. UAE duty will not apply to properly exported goods; however, non-UAE imported goods that are purchased for export will be subjected to a 15% deposit, which is refundable upon proof of export. Nominal documentation charges to the buyers are required for clearing equipment out of the Free Zone. Freight forwarders/customs brokers will be on site to provide this service.
Notice to Foreign BiddersSome equipment may require modification to meet foreign import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or authorities.
StorageEuro Auctions offer free storage for 30 days after the auction “Storage fees will be applicable after that”.

تامني ) عربون ) مبلغ ال يقل عن 25000 دوالر امرييك مبا يعادل 100000 بالدرهم
االمارايت نقدا او ضامن بنيك او عن طريق حوالة بنكية ومبوجب هذا التامني سيفتح
املجال للمزايد املزاودة حتى 100000 دوالر امرييك كحد اقىص
يجب ان تكون التامينات مدفوعة بالكامل يك يتمكن املزاود من املزايدة سواء يف موقع
املزاد او املزاودة عن طريق االنرتنت
اذا كنت ترغب باملزاودة باكرث من 100000 دوالر امرييك يتطلب دفع 10 % من املبلغ.
املتوقع انفاقه
يتطلب دفع تامني املزاد خالل 24 ساعة قبل بدء املزاد.
يتطلب 3 ايام عمل الستالم الحوالت البنكية.
يف خال عدم الرشاء يتم اسرتجاع التامينات النقدية والشيكات للمزايدين نفس يوم املزاد
اما بالنسبة للحوالت البنكية يتطلب 7 ايام عمل بعد املزاد
يتطلب عىل زبائن املزاد التصوير الفوتوغرايف لكل مزاد.

جمريك من مسؤولية املشرتي لوحده ويف حال تصدير املعدات املشرتاه خارج دول
الخليج يتوجب عىل املشرتي دفع تامني 15 % ويسرتد هذا التامني عند احضار االوراق
الثبوتية مبا يفيد ان املعدات قد تم تصديرها. .سيتوفر وكالء شحن وتخليص جمريك

مالحظة للزبائن من خارج دولة االمارات قد يتطلب االسترياد خارج دولة االمارات ) االجنبي ) تعديالت ليك تطابق قواعد
االسترياد ونظام االمان الرجاء التاكد من الوسيط املخصص او املفويض
االرضيات ستفرض يورو اوكشنز غرامات ارضية ) تخزين ) عىل املعدات بعد 30 يوم من.
