  Reports, documents, audio/video recordings, dated on or around 04-10-10, containing

the name Christopher Urbanczyk  

  Buffalo Police Department’s written policy use of force.

If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does andinclude the proper custodian's name and address.
