All counter and sales employees should have test accounts

3

To log in to an existing account, customers need to go to www.JohnstoneSupply.com & click “Sign In” at the top of the page. If they have forgotten their username or password, they can use the reset/forget password buttons on this page. Clicking either of these buttons will send password reset instructions to the user’s registered email address.

4

For users who would like to create a new account, they need to click “request account” at the top of the page. Next, the user will be prompted to enter their basic info., starting with zip code to find closest store. NOTE: choosing a store doesn’t limit the customer to only one in our group- it simply defaults them to their preferred or closest store when showing pricing and availability.

5

Next, the user is asked if they’re already a Johnstone customer. In most cases, they will be. If they click “no” , they’ll need to complete what is essentially a new customer application at this time. Next, click to indicate that they’re a licensed hvac/refrigeration professional.

6

Next, you’ll be prompted to enter basic user information. For almost all customers, the answer regarding “strategic accounts” (large accounts with national or international agreements) will be N/A. The next few fields are looking for first and last name, plus email to be associated with account and a phone number.

7

The next section (assuming user is an EXISTING customer) asks about the user’s Johnstone account info. They can find both the customer name and number on an invoice/quote. The account name is the first line under “bill to” or “quote to”. The customer number is clearly labeled in the table on the document.

8

Finally, the user types their desired username and password.

9

Once finished, and the “request account” button is pressed, a request goes to Monaca office. Once approved, the user will receive an email (to the address they used to register)
