On March 31, 2014, President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister

of Belgium Elio Di Rupo witnessed the signing of the

Cooperation Framework Agreement on Building China-

Belgium Hi-tech Incubation Park.

Meanwhile, the Joint Statement between the People’s

Republic of China and the Kingdom of the Belgium on the

deepening of All-Around Partnership is released.And the

statement underlined that Belgium government would

continue to advance China's investment projects, especially

the CBTC project in Louvain-la-Neuve.

CBTC Science Park is divided into three parts: BAROC Incubation Center, SBIRD

Innovation Base and CBTC Smart Valley. Among them Sbird, BAROC has been

put into operation, and there are a number of well-known enterprises settled

in. CBTC Smart Valley is striving to form the appearance in 2018.
