WARRANTY

㈜브이시스에서 생산하는 Throttle Valve

(VT413) 은 보증 수리 기간을 1년으로 한다.

단, 사용자의 부주의로 인한 고장일 경우 보증 수리 기간에 관계없이유상 수리를 원칙으로 한다.

Cable 연결 또는 분리할 경우 기기의 전원을 OFF한 후 진행한다.

실 사용자는 제품에 하자가 있거나 이상한 증상을 발견 하였을 경우

임의로 제품을 분해 할 수 없으며, 임의로 제품을 분해 할 경우보증 수리 기간은 해지되며 당사에 적절한

조치 및 수리를 받도록 한다.

그리고 제품에 대한 기타 정보 및 자료들은

Throttle Valve를 Controller에서 분리 할 경우 반드시 전원이 OFF 된 것을확인하시고 Connector에서 분리 하십시오. Valve의 Motor 부분에 있는Coil에서 역기전력이 발생하여 Controller에 전기 적인 충격이나 오 동작의원인이 됩니다.

Chapter Ⅰ : General Information

Introduction

Model VT413 Exhaust Throttle Valve 는 진공 Chamber의 압력을 조절하는데사용된다. 또한 넓은 범위의 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 제작 되었다.VT413 Exhaust Throttle 는 VC412 Auto Pressure Controller 와 호환 하여사용하도록 설계되어 있다.VT413 Exhaust Throttle Valve 는 Micro-Stepping Motor 및 Gear Driver를사용하여 Valve 의 Resolution을 향상시켰고, 반 영구적으로 사용이 가능하다.VT413 Exhaust Throttle Valve 는 High Torque Motor를 사용하기 때문에Vacuum Line(예:12 inch) 이 Large Size Chamber 에서도 사용이 가능하다.VT413 Valve Body는 150°C 까지 Heating을 하여도 사용이 가능하다.(Sealing Type은 제외)VT413 Throttle Valve는 Flapper의 Position을 User가 외부에서도 확인이가능하도록 Case에 표시하여, Valve의 동작여부를 장비에서 탈 착 하지 않아도확인 가능하게 설계되어 있다.VT413 Valve 는 고객이 원하는 대로 주문시 Flange Style을 설정할 수 있다.(Flange Style : ISO-NW , ASA , CF, JIS , KF, Etc...)

먼저 Chamber 의 압력을 Pressure Gauge를 이용하여 읽어서 그 수치를VC412 Controller로 Analog (0~10VDC & 0~5VDC ) 신호로 보내고 Controller에서는 미리 설정된 압력(Set Point Pressure)과 비교하여 Pressure Gauge 에서읽어낸 값보다 설정된 압력이 높으면 Throttle Valve 의 Flapper를 Open 시키고,설정된 압력이 낮으면 Throttle Valve 의 Flapper를 Close시켜 설정된 압력과 실제Chamber 의 압력이 일치하도록 제어한다.

압력이 일치하게 되면 Throttle Valve의 Flapper 가 움직이지 않도록 하여Chamber 의 압력이 변화가 없도록 한다. 만약 Chamber 압력이 변화(Gas Flow 등)가 생기면 위와 같은 방법으로 자동으로 압력이 일치하도록Control 한다.
