In 1997, with initial capital investment of USD $ 0.1 M, PT. TEKNIKO INDONESIA was established as PMACompany for simple Steel Fabrication. In 2000, PT. TEKNIKO was able to extend the business to EPCcontractor for Oil & Gas Power Plant. In 2000, PT. TEKNIKO INDONESIA acquired ISO 90001.

In 2006, PT.TEKNIKO INDONESIA extended the capacity of Steel Fabrication production work shop to 15.000ton/year resulting able to open an opportunity to contract for Doosan Cirebon Plant Project regarding Civil /Architect Work with Total value of USD $ 75 M.

In 2014, PT. Tekniko Indonesia established a contract under PT. Cikarang Listrindo, which is an IndependentPower Producer located in Jababeka Industrial Estate for Babelan Coal Fired Power Plant, 3x140 MW. PT.Tekniko Indonesia was awarded for 3,000 m of belt conveyor, 2 units of stacker reclaimer of capacity 800/600ton per hour, 2 units of grab type ship unloader 800 ton per hour, and 2 sets of limestone handling systemwith total project amount USD 81,000,000.

In 2014, PT. Tekniko Indonesia formed a JO cooperation with Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd for the developmentof Rajamandala Hydro Electric Power Plant 1x47 MW, where Tekniko was for the onshore part, and Hyundaiwas for the offshore part (major mechanical imports). For this project, Tekniko conducted the civil work,building, inlet and water gate, tunnel dia. 9m and length 1,100 m, and the civil for switch yard. The total amountfor Tekniko portion is USD 52,000,000
