Been done already: u Academic partnership between University of Jyväskylä (Educluster)
and Chinese actors (Shanghai, Beijing & Chengdu) arranging short term training courses
u UTA is having collaboration on many levels (also vocational), several collaborative efforts and training programs: BNU, Ministry of Education, Regional areas &Masters degree program in English on teacher education.
u UH and BNU Action plan 2016 for short and long term courses u Beijing Institute of Education (BIE) have asked course offers from
Finnish Universities. (shared with board members). Educluster and University of Helsinki have submitted their bids to BIE
u UH has submitted 7 course descriptions to BNU in 2015
