Pada umumnya dalam sebuah “Introduction” memuat : Why, What and

What exactly was studied in relation to that subject (research questions and sub-questions)

How that subject was studied (methodology and structure)

CHECKLIST FOR INTRODUCTION

Whether I already described the importance of research (WHY we doing reaserch): reason and context

Whether I already described research question and sub-questions properly (WHAT : well-defined research questions)

Whether I already described the method that I used to answer research questions (HOW: methodology and structure)

Cheklist for rewriting (1) Content and ideas

a. Is the law right?

b. Have I included all the relevant issues?

c. Have I included all the relevant research?

d. Have I updated all the research?

e. Have I included all the necessary background information?

f. Have I eliminated those points that I found while doing my research but do not add to the document?

(2) Large-scale organisation

a. Do I have logical organisation?

b. Have I provided an overview so that the reader can understand how my paper progresses from introduction to conclusion?

c. Have I put treshold issues first?

d. Have I given the answer first and then the explanation?

e. If writing persuasively, have I organised the issues in the most perssuasive order, putting the strongest first, the second strongest last, and the weakest in the middle, unless logical organisation precludes doing this?

f. Can any legal reader follow my logic?

g. Can the indended reader follow my logic?

h. Have I used positions of emphasis well?

MENULIS CONCLUSION

The conclusion should be limited to information following directly from your research results only. The conclusion needs to contain all the answers to the sub-questions that you have drafted in the

introduction

CHECKLIST FOR CONCLUSION: Summary that related to the introduction and the main body

of the text Gives an answer to the research question Discusses the value of the finding and the answer found

Does not contain any new information or arguments

Justifikasi, Verifikasi, membantu untuk menemukan lebih banyak lagi sumber yang mendukung

Dalam menulis artikel ilmiah meskipun sudah dilakukan dengan cara “Paraphrasing” dan “”Summarising” artikel atau bahan bacaan orang lain, namun tidak mencantumkan sumbernya dengan jelas tetap dikategorisasikan telah melakukan plagiarism.
