    ISUZU(Thailand) Diesel Injectors Programming

    Launch Software ISUZU Engineer Liang Xianjun

    To balance Injection quantity deviation between injectors, ECU can compensate by recognizing and

    controlling injectors with unique 24-digit code which each injector has through software. The stored code in ECU

    must match with each injector real code, otherwise it cant work. Now injectors match of partial diesel engine

    changed from by manual to by ECU, which also is included in X431TLISUZU Program V10.05.

    Among the three engine systems of D-MAX(ISUZU made by Thailand), only 4JK1-TC and 4JJ1-TC have

    injectors programming function. Please enter Partnumber menu for this function and details as below:

    Select 4JK1-TC or 4JJ1-TC (See fig.4), and then select Programming function (See fig.5); the function will

    be displayed as below (See fig.6).

    4Download ID Code to programming four injectors from 1# to 4#.

    Injector ID code function is for reading code information of injectors from ECU. See fig.7. It is very useful for

    confirming the correct position of injectors after disassembly. Once you read the information of certain injector,

    you can find the correct position of the injector. You'd better record the information of each injector in operation.

    ID code registration function is for using injector or switch position between injectors. Select ID code registration

    function (test condition Function Only During Engine Stop!) in fig.6, and the code of four injectors will be

    displayed. After selecting the injector code to register, read the recorded code from ECU. (See fig.9).

    Make sure if the dialog box is for register (See fig.10), select ON to return (See fig.8) and YES for inputting code

    (See fig.9). Please input the 24-digit code on injector nameplate. The code is from 0~9, A~F, a~f; the numbers are

    case insensitive. If input wrong or the digits are not enough, the system will prompt input again (note:

    display/cancel keyboard with , set/cancel case sensitive with ). After inputting correct code, the system will

    prompt that the register is completed (See fig.12), and confirm it to return. (See fig.8). After register is completed,

    you can read new register code with Injector ID Code function. If the new code is the same as the code to register,

    the system will confirm the register is successful.

    Upload ID Code function is for recording ID code of four injectors. Operate follow instructions. The whole

    procedure is about 10 seconds.

    Download ID Code function is for programming the four injectors from 1# to 4#. The engine may shake or

    make loud noise because of difference or injection quantity of injectors. This function is just to solve this problem.

    Operate follow instructions. The whole procedure is about 20 seconds.
