S.No. 199(E) - in exercise of the power conferred by sub-Section 1 of Section 7 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government, after obtaining the recommendation of the Advisory Committee sub-section (4) of section 7 of the Act, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 1642, dated 29 September 2006 namely: -

In the said notification for the portion being with the brackets, letter and words "(i) in the case of the enterprises" and ending with words, brackets and figures "the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951. As- "the following shall be substituted namely"-
