Andy Lee - CEO
Dr. Andy Lee is a renowned expert in revolutionizing medical practices with
advanced technology. He brought his top intelligence and years' scientific training
into this ancient wisdom of macroscopic symptom-driven logics of Chinese
Medicine. His medical specialties include cancer and cancerous tumors, heart
disease, diabetes, arthritis, severe allergy, and other chronic conditions.
Before his father's liver cancer woke up his Silicon Valley fantasy and changed his
life to helping people of medical needs, Dr. Lee was an seasoned executive andinvestor in the high-tech industry. He was the Managing Director of Berksford

the CFO and VP of Corporate Strategy at EiC Corporation, and the co-founder and

Currently, Dr. Lee is also appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University

Larry Wang - COO
Dr. Larry Wang earned his PhD and MS in EECS from UC Berkeley, and
BSEE from National Taiwan University. He has 20+ years experience in
high-tech, from research under DARPA to smartphone integration at Palm.
He co-founded EiC Corporation and was VP of WJ Communications after
the acquisition. He designed consumer medical device for skin rejuvenation
at TriBeauty.
Dr. Wang has extensive business experience in corporate strategy, teambuilding, marketing, program management; he participated in M&A twice.
Dr. Wang is also active in community service: He is a board member of
Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA-SF chapter. He lectured short course
twice with San Jose State University and CIE/USA-SF, served as Secretary of
Sino-American Technology and Engineering Conference 2012 in Beijing,
presented at Modern Engineering and Technology Seminar 2004 in Taipei. He
is also a retained consultant to Beijing city on cloud computing.

Ms. Claire Chang specializes in building scalable and high performance
websites. She is passionate about drawing insights from massive amount of

M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and B.S. in Computer
Science from National Taiwan University. She has more than 12 years of
software development experience in the highly competitive environment of

Prior to joining youngQis founding team with sincere empathy on those
who need medical attentions, Ms. Chang was a key engineering talent in
MerchantCircle, eBay, BroadVision, and OneTouch Systems. She learned
and applied cutting edge technologies from top-notch server-side
applications, social analytics, cloud computing, to searching and
sophisticated database structure. While she was at Stanford, she also
developed online medical information and searching applications for the
Stanford Medical School.
Ms. Chang is a devoted member of her local church. She is always ready to

Chao-Cheng YehMed System
Mr. Chao-Cheng Yeh learned Chinese Medicine from world renowned master Mr.
Hai-Sha Ni and the most respected acupuncturist in Taiwan Mr. Zuo -Yu Zhou. He
holds a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine from the University of East-West
Medicine and is licensed to practice Chinese Medicine in California. His specialties
include pain relief, insomnia, asthma, sinusitis, respiratory conditions, and other
common illnesses. He is also certified for many other alternative healing methods
including Reiki and Hypnotherapy, which he is more than happy to integrate into his
treatment plans uponpatients requests.
Before entering into medical services, Mr. Yeh was an experienced engineer. He
worked for Broadcom and other high-tech companies for many years. He received his
M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University
