As Court Administrator for the Aurora Municipal Court, I have had the opportunity to work closely with

Mr. Anderson in his role as a Commissioner with Judicial Performance Commission (JPC) for the City of

Aurora. The JPC is responsible for the fair and impartial evaluation of the municipal court judges. As the

staff liaison assigned to assist the Commissioners pursue of this endeavor, I personally observe the

professionalism of each member of the team. Mr. Anderson continually distinguishes himself through
