• The factory, found in 1997, with the area of more than 20000m2, is a solely-owned enterprise which intergrates development, production, and marketing. The main products are Eco-friendly dry battery and lithium battery. the company has two own brands named "ZERNE " & "IGNITE " . The products mainly exported to Europe, USA, Mid-east etc.
• 佛山市兆能电池实业有限公司始建于1997年,是我国第一批投身于民族电池能源实业的民营企业，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体的专业环保干电池及新能源锂电池制造商，迄今已有十多年发展历程，目前厂区面积2万余平方米，公司旗下拥有ZERNE、IGNITE两大知名电池品牌，环保干电池、锂电池（锂聚合物电池、动力电池）两大系列产品，产品远销中东、亚太地区、欧美等市场。

The year of 2004, the factory moved to XIA BEI YONGSHENG industry zone
The year of 2005,passed ISO9001:2000
The year of 2008, changed name as Foshan Zhaoneng Battery Industrial Co.,Ltd
The year of 2009, passed ISO9001:2008 ,and at mean time, the factory was listed in the suppliers of USA Wal-mart
The year of 2010,started to enlarge the production area
The year of 2011,moved to our new plant, the main products are Eco-friendly dry battery and lithium battery (lithium polymer battery) and at the end of this year, the factory was listed in the battery suppliers of QVC in UK
The year of 2012, launched new item of power bank
公司发展历程
1997年，正式注册成立佛山市平洲兆能电池厂.
2004年，由原来的小规模的厂房迁入平洲夏北工业区中的现代化厂房。
2005年，通过ISO9001:2000
2008年更名为佛山市兆能电池实业有限公司。
2009年2月，通过ISO9001:2008 ，同年年底列入美国沃尔玛电池指定供应商
2010年，开始扩建电池生产基地。
2011年，年初正式迁入金沙城南工业园。厂房面积达20000平方米。产品增加为干电池，锂电池（锂聚合物电池）。同年年底列入英国QVC公司电池指定供应商
2012年，新开发移动电源项目，并开始量产
