Krahina e Pukës shtrihet në qendër të Shqipërisë së veriut me një sipërfaqe prej 1036 km2. Klima malore-mesdhetare e Pukës është shumë e mirë dhe e pastër si dhe mjaft kuruese për shëndetin e njeriut.

Zona ka një shumëllojshmëri bimore me mbi 150 lloje drurësh si dushqet, shkurret, mareja, akacia, lisi, gështenja, pisha, bredhi, ahu, palma, qarri, shkoza, etj.

Të shtrira nga brigjet e liqenjve mbi lumin Drin e deri në majat e larta të maleve, bimët mjekësore aromatike mbulojnë sipërfaqen e kësaj krahine përgjatë 8 muajve. Me veti të shumta kuruese e vlera të larta ushqyese, bimë të tilla si rigoni i kuq (çaji i malit), bo-ronica, lulja e blirit, lulja dhe kokrrat e shtogut, trumza, lisra, trënda-fili i egër, bari i bletës, dëllinja, etj, janë përdorur prej shekujsh si çajra familjarë si dhe krahas përdorimit për vetitë e tyre kuruese.

Krahina shquhet për prodhimin mjaft cilësor të mjaltit të gështenjës dhe atij të luleve, si dhe në prodhimin e frutave dhe përpunimin e tyre.

Puka region is located in the center of north Albania with a surface of 1036 sqkm. The Mediterranean-moun-tain climate is pure and very healthy.

The area has a diversity of flora with more than 150 va-rieties of forest trees such as oaks, bushes, straw-berry tree, akacia, chest-nuts, pines, fir tree, beech, palm-tree,hornbeam tree, etc. Medical aromatic herbs, stretch-ing along the Drini river banks up to the mountain peaks, cover the area of the region for more than 8 months.

With multi curative attributes and high alimentary quali-ties, plants like red oregano (mountain tea), blueberry, lime flower, elder flowers and berries, thyme, wild rose, juniper berries, etc, have been used for centuries as family teas and as well as for their curative attributes.

The region is well known for the qualitative production of the different types of honey, as well as production and processing of fruits.

Agropuka është krijuar në vitin 2001 me mbështetjen e SDC-së, “Swiss Development Cooperation”.

Agropuka numëron mbi 300 anëtarë, me një shumëllojshmëri produktesh si mjalti, frutat e thata, kërpudhat e thata, çaji i përzier, reçel frutash, perime të thata, pelte, lëngje frutash, etj.

Agropuka shquhet për prodhimet e saj mjaft cilësore dhe me shije të veçantë shumë të pëlqyer në tregun vendas.

Agropuka was founded in 2001 with the support of SDC “Swiss Development Cooperation”.

Agropuka numbers more than 300 members, with a diversity of products as honey, dry fruits, dry mushrooms, mixed tea, fruit jam, dry vegetables, fruit juice, etc.

Prodhuar nga lulet natyrale të maleve e livadheve të zonës së Pukës, si: lulja e blirit, akacia, gratheli, lulja e shtogut, lisra, trëndafili i egër, bari i bletës, trumza, etj. Ka ngjyrë të çelët dhe aromë të këndshme.

Përmban vitamina A, të gjitha vitaminat e grupit B si dhe shumë lëndë minerale dhe mikroelemente. Në lëndët minerale mund të përmendet kalciumi, magnezi, kaliumi, kobalti, etj.

Produced by the natural flowers from the mountains and meadows of Puka region as: lime flower, akacia, elder flower, thyme, wild rose, melissa, lavender, etc. It has light color and pleasant flavour.

CheST-NuT FloWeR hoNey

Produced from the flowers of chest-nut natural forests in the regions of Kokdoda, Bugjoni, Blerimi, Dardha, Dedajve, etc in around 1000 ha of such forests.

It has dark color and specific aroma. It contains a lot of hormonal and aromatic matter, mineral matter and vitamins. It has been verified from the tests that this sort of honey has high curative attributes.

It is widely consumed in families for its high alimentary and curative qualities.

FRuTA Të ThATA

Prodhuar nga frutet e mollës, hurmës, kumbullës, dardhës dhe fikut. Përpunuar sipas traditës me metoda të përparuara teknologjike në temperaturë deri në 470c duke ruajtur të gjitha vitaminat, pëfshirë dhe vitaminën A.

Konsumohen të thata siç janë por dhe përgatitet hoshaf duke i zier për rreth 10-15 min. Mund të shtohet mjaltë ose sheqer sipas dëshirës.

Produced from apple, khaki(date), plum, pear and figs fruits.

They are produced based on tradition and advanced technologies in a temperature up to 470c preserving all vitamins; including vitamin A.

Kërpudhat e tipit Porçini mblidhen në pyjet e dendura të lisit, pishës e ahut në lartësitë 800-1500 metra mbi nivelin e detit.

Të thara në teknologji Zvicerane me avull në temperaturën 47 gradë celcius, ato ruajnë të gjitha vlerat ushqimore dhe vitami-nat, pëfshirë dhe vitaminën A.

Përdoren për pica të cilësisë së lartë, rizoto, spageti, byrek, etj. Para përdorimit lihen në ujë të valuar për rreth 10-15 minuta duke marrë formë natyrale të gatshme për gatim.

They are collected in the thick oak, pine and beech forests in an alti-tude of up to 800-1500 m above the sea level.

Dried with Swiss technology at a temperature of maximum 47º C. They preserve all alimentary attributes and vitamins; including vitamine A.

They are used to prepare pica of high quality, risotto, spaghetti, pie, etc. Before use one has to put them in boiled water for about 10-15 minutes so that they get the natural shape for cooking.
