Before Presentation
1. Select a topic of your group.2. Register the selected topic via the mailing list or a group-ware. No
groups share one topic. First-come-first-serve basis. 3. Prepare your presentation.4. Upload your documents somewhere on the internet.5. Send the URL of your documents using the mailing list or a groupw

gh, you might be assigned to the speaker of your group.

At the Presentation
• You have total 13 min. 10 min. presentation 3 min. Q & A
• Notes: 8 minute-warning.
Be sure that you might be evaluated by the time you consumed.
Help call. If you really get stuck in a question, you may ask he
lp from your teammates.

Peer review:1. Listen carefully at your peer’s presentations.2. Rank them according to your own criteria.3. Submit your evaluation (the best group) via email or
group ware.4. Your group will be rated according to the results. Tho
se groups who failed to make their presentation will be evaluated by Toyoizumi.
Remember, your evaluation will be made public! Be responsible for your evaluation.

Awards
• The champion of group work will be decided at the end of the course according to the result of three presentations.
• The champion group will be given (unofficial, secret and precious?) rewards.
• The worst groups (the losers!) will be given time to express their excuse for the poor performance, if requested.
