leierskapstyl. Sakelui sê onder andere hoe hulleierskapstyl versterk het, veral in situasieswaar hulle nie direkte beheer het nie.Skoolhoofde vertel ook hoe hulle meerselfvertroue het en nuwe moed het vir dieuitdagings wat hulle in die gesig staar.

Core functions: • Maintain a high level of hygiene in and around the workplace with the cleaning of the SAPS premises assigned to, which mayinclude either or both inner and outer parameters • Perform tasks of a routine nature, such as dust working the environment • Polish furniture andfloors • Vacuum carpets and mop tile floors • Remove refuse • Perform maintenance tasks in and around the assigned premises • Cleanbathrooms and kitchens • Be responsible for safekeeping and handling of a variety of aids in the cleaning of the premises • Load and unloadgoods • Be responsible for garden maintenance services • Wash and clean state vehicles, kitchenware and utensils.
