Product Description
Thermal Insulation material in the form of Polyurethane,Syntactic Polyurethane or Syntactic Epoxy is appliedto components of Subsea Production Equipment to thermally insulate. Varying levels of insulation both interms of thickness and area coverage are applieddepending on the specific project requirements.Materials are chosen project specifically dependingon operating depth, temperatures and method ofapplication.
Applications
Flow assurance has become a critical aspect ofDeepwater developments. To protect subsea structuressuch as Trees, Manifolds, PLETS, Sleds and Jumpersfrom hydrate formation (waxing) they are insulatedexternally. Trelleborg CRPs key clients are the majorTree manufacturers, equipment fabricators and installation contractors.
Product Advantages
