provides Hong Kong International Science Olympiad and Hong Kong International Computational
Olympiad for a completed STEM future development in Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics.
Olympiad Champion Education Centre, a registered educational centre listed on Education
Bureau of Hong Kong (EDB Reg No: 598 216) to provide Mathematical Olympiad classes in Hong
Kong. To stimulate and foster young people’s interest in learning mathematics, to strengthen the
ability of their creative thinking, to widen their international perspective, and to promote the
development of kindergarten, primary and secondary education and exchange of educational
cultures throughout countries.
Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO), which is uniquely co-operated with
Tourism Authority of Thailand, integrates tour concept into International Mathematical Olympiad to
welcome all participants all over the world to represent the land of smiles, Thailand.
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mathematical Olympiad (Big Bay Bei),
which is specially jointed with Education departments from Greater Bay distinct area, brings
Greater Bay Area students to international level.
Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad (HKIMO), which is founded by a team of
former IMO winners from Hong Kong, offers the most challenging International Mathematical
Olympiad around the world against Top smile candidates.

TIMO Background Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad, TIMO is organized by Olympiad Champion
Education Centre from Hong Kong, co-operated UNIQUELY with Tourism Authority of Thailand
to promote Tourism in Thailand. The characteristic of TIMO is the integration between Creative
Tourism and International Mathematical Olympiad. To bring oversea guests to travel around
Thailand, with the strong support from Tourism Authority of Thailand, TIMO can serve students
and guests with the best service.
Undoubtedly, TIMO is the FIRST and currently the only one International Mathematical
Olympiad competition to provide MOCK EXAM before the final round exam. In order to warm up
candidates to achieve the best result in the final round exam, throughout after Mock Exam, TIMO
offers the most valuable opportunity for students to exchange their learning experience on learning
Mathematical Olympiad. TIMO Team is welcomed all candidates to ask any constructive questions
about Mock Exam to be taught in a smart thinking way.
Students’ Sharing
Helpful coach taught students after Mock Exam
Sharing skills with TIMO student helpers
Even parents are involved to teach their child
Major Mathematical Olympiad competitions only focus 0.1% of elite Mathematics students.
TIMO provides a Mathematics platform for ALL students with strong interests in Mathematics to
participate. Different from other Mathematical Olympiad competition, the examination consists of
standardized topics such as Logical Thinking, Arithmetic / Algebra, Number Theory, Geometry and
Combinatorics. To stimulate and foster young people’s interest in learning mathematics, to
strengthen the ability of their creative thinking, to widen their international perspective, and to
promote the development of kindergarten, primary and secondary education and exchange of
educational cultures throughout countries.

Big Bay Bei Background The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) comprises the two
Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and the nine municipalities of
Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing
in Guangdong Province. The total area is 56 000 km2 and the total population is around 70 million
as at end 2017.
The bay area, covering Hong Kong, Macao and nine cities in Guangdong (Guangzhou,
Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Zhaoqing), is a
dynamic economic hub in South China and features an array of fascinating destinations. Rich in
heritage and home to some of China’s most dynamic cities, the advanced infrastructure of the region
puts the cultural and natural attractions of the bay area within easy reach of Hong Kong.
The country is about to promulgate the development plan for the Greater Bay Area of
Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Students in Hong Kong will continue to study, work and live
in the future, and will be closer to the surrounding cities. The Education Bureau has added a student
exchange program on the theme of the Greater Bay Area. It has visited local innovative technology
companies and is considering taking the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in the future.
As the most developed international city in the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong has a
responsibility as a leader, connecting the Greater Bay Area with the world and leading the Greater
Bay Area out of the international arena to make Hong Kong's role more important. As a national
task, the first stop is located in Macau. Macau is known as the Las Vegas in the East. There are also
a variety of tourist spots: A-Ma Temple, Tourist Tower, Ruins of St. Paul, etc. Big Bay Bei people
are all familiar with Macau.

HKIMO Background The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) is a mathematical olympiad for pre-college
students, and is the oldest of the International Science Olympiads. The first IMO was held in
Romania in 1959. It has since been held annually, except in 1980. More than 100 countries,
representing over 90% of the world's population, send teams of up to six students, plus one team
leader, one deputy leader, and observers. Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad,
HKIMO, which is formed by a group of enthusiastic Mathematics lovers, is managed by former
Team Hong Kong Team Leaders to select potential children to seize the reputation for Hong Kong.
Major Mathematical Olympiad competitions only focus 0.1% of elite Mathematics students.
HKIMO provides a Mathematics platform for ALL students with strong interests in Mathematics to
participate.

The WIMO Foundation is a charity which supports the WIMO. The WIMO Foundation website
is the public face of the WIMO. This is a particularly valuable resource for people who are not
necessarily mathematical specialists, but who want to understand the International Mathematical
Olympiad. To introduce International Mathematical Olympiad to Kindergarten, Primary &
Secondary students all over the world, WIMO provides an International Mathematical Olympiad
platform to all HKIMO OR TIMO OR Big Bay Bei Final Round GOLD winners. After the
