KIM TECK CHEONG SECURES DISTRIBUTORSHIP WITH ANAKKU
KOTA KINABALU, MALAYSIA, 07 JUNE 2016
Kim Teck Cheong (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad
(“KTC” or the “Group”), had today entered into a distributorship agreement with Anakku Sdn. Bhd.
(“Anakku”).
The agreement appoints KTC Sarawak as its non-exclusive distributor for the sale and distribution of
products under the trademarks of Anakku, Disney, Doraemon, Minicare, Family Essential and
other brand names distributed by Anakku. The brand products include: -
1. Hardline accessories including baby feeding, grooming and teething accessories and
toys
2. Fast moving consumer (FMCG) products such as wet wipes, toiletries and napkins
3. Softline products covering apparels and other wear accessories

distribution portfolio of products. The addition of Anakku’s baby brands and products will only further

Having secured the distributorship agreement with Anakku, KTC now provides market access and
coverage for approximately 44 third party brands across East Malaysia.

Anakku was incorporated in Malaysia on 31 October 1992 with limited liability and having its registered
address at Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Damansara Heights, Pusat Bandar
Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan with an authorised share capital of
RM500,000 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which RM500,000 comprising
500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid up .

products through heavy traffic outlet and distributors as well as retailing boutique outlets.
