• Cada visita: CH, acido úrico, BUN, Cr, electrolitos, Función hepática, pdo, depuración de creatinina, niveles de complemento
• US: ecografía temprana para calculo EG.
• Ecografía detalle 16-20 ss
• Valorar crecimiento fetal cada 4 semanas
• Monitoria fetal semanal después de semana 28.
MONITOREO ESPECIFICO
• Ac anti Ro (+): Ecocardiograma fetal entre la 16-26 ss, luego cada 2 semanas hasta el parto.
• Preeclampsia: Arteria uterina semana 20Estudio doppler de arteria umbilical semanal después de 26ss • RCIU: Control del crecimiento por US Monitoreo fetal
