Booze Up majorly deals in the late night home delivery of party stuffs
including liquor and Cigarettes also.

service of party stuffs in India
Mission of the company is to provide satisfactory services to the customer.Services should fast and reliable. Mission is to cater to different tastes of the
customer at any time during the day or night. We aim to make a long term

As per the market analysis we went on a survey regarding the
preferences of people for our service. We went to various bars and
drinking palaces and took views of the people. We also made a
questionnaire and got it filled from the target consumers.This market survey lead us to a positive approach as we found out
that 92% of people were really amazed to listen about the service.
If I analyze the industry, People of Tricity areparty lovers and
most of the parties are late night only. And during our survey weobserved that no one wants to move from the chairs while drinking
to get anything from outside. And moreover no competition in the
industry as yet.

material for various food preparations. Which will be bought from
the whole sale market on the 3 days requirement basis and one
day requirement basis for those products which gets expired in 24hours.
For liquor we will apply for a 24 hour liquor selling license and
we have a lot of political approach to get it done.
Liquor will be bought different for selling in Chandigarh, Mohali
& Panchkula
Cigarettes will be taken from the whole sale dealers in the city.
The packaging material will be imported from Old Delhi and
Ludhiana.

24 hour liquor selling license and getting it as soon as
possible.
2. It will be followed by buying of a place on lease for 6
months at least in Chandigarh and registering the firm.3. Then a hygienic kitchen will be set up and staff is hired for

4. Initially 5 second hand bikes can be bought for the delivery
purposes and delivery strategy can be designed.5. A prelaunch marketing activity will be done for 1 week
before starting the services in Tricity.

According to my calculations we need at least Rs. 12-15
Lakhs to start with the business, this includes 3 months working
capital also.The margin in the Food products is 40% and liquor is 15%.
Margin will be more in selling in combos and packages.
Liquor and Eatables sells at a very high pace in Chandigarh,
Mohali and Panchkula, my projections state that we can reach
the break even point in 6-7 months.With frequent advertisement strategy and providing promised
services we can become hot favourites in 1-2 years .

we are catering to middle as well as upper class segment of the
