The apprentice tailor start out with simple sawing, then gradually move on to more high skilled tasks such as cutting the patterns
The apprentice becomes skilled tailor
From the new comer to full member
肉屋の徒弟は肉をさばく現場にはいない
徒弟は徒弟のまま 新参者、周辺参加 仕立て屋の徒弟は簡単な縫い物
から始めて、徐々に裁断のような高度な技術も身につけて行く
徒弟から熟練工へ 新参者から中心メンバーへ
