Terms&Conditions
1. The accommodation provided shall be exclusively for Residential purposes only. 2. A detailed agreement to be signed on acceptance of quote. 3. Three months of rent for accommodation & one month of charge for Food is required to be
paid in advance at the time of signing of the detailed agreement. 4. Rent for every month shall be paid in arrears after receipt of monthly invoice. Invoice shall
be raised for each month before the 15th of that month and shall be cleared and payment made within 15 calendar days of raising the invoice.
5. The charges for accommodation are inclusive of all taxes. Taxes as applicable for all other services.
6. 35 days prior notice is required to be provided before the initial occupancy of the accommodation provided.
7. The agreement shall be made for a period of 5 years, with a lock‐in period of 12 months. There shall be an increment of 7.5% on the Accommodation charges, and 10% on Food Charges.
8. The customer shall pay charges for the twelve months even if they desire to discontinue occupying the premises during the currency of the initial twelve month period of the agreement.
9. A notice of 3 months in advance is required from both the parties for the Termination of contract.
10. Occupants of the Apartments have to adhere to the Rules & Regulations mentioned separately in this document.

Rules&Regulations1. All movements to and from the service apartments should be recorded with the security guard
at the entrance of the service apartment. 2. Change of allocated rooms will be permitted only after prior information and obtaining written
consent from FSI. 3. The rooms are shall be accessible to FSI, its representatives, agents and sub‐contractors for
ensuring cleaning, maintenance and periodic inspection. 4. The occupants shall keep the rooms, and surrounding premises hygienic, neat and tidy. 5. Unauthorized items like liquor, drugs, lethal weapons etc., are not to be brought into the
premises or stored in the rooms. Possession of any lethal weapons or any instrument / contrivance, which is likely to cause physical harm to others, is strictly prohibited.
6. Occupants shall not cause inconvenience, annoyance or disturbance to others, nor enter into any unnecessary conversation, quarrel or altercation with the staff. Complaints if any are to be submitted in writing to FSI representatives.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the service apartment. Gambling, other illegal activities, consumption of alcohol, possession and use of drugs and narcotics are prohibited.
8. Visitors are required to register with the security personnel and meet the occupants only in scheduled meeting areas. Visitors may not stay along with the occupants in the service apartment allotted.
9. Occupants shall take utmost care to ensure that furniture, fittings and premises are not damaged due to faulty and negligent behaviour.
10. Water outlets need to be closed and electrical appliances should be switched off when not required or not in use.
11. The occupants shall not use any other locks other than the one provided to them for locking their allocated rooms. Occupants leaving the service apartment or discontinuing their stay should never lock their rooms and cupboards and shall handover the keys to FSI representatives.
12. Use of heavy duty electrical appliances like steam irons, induction stoves or other appliances apart from those provided in the rooms is prohibited without prior approval from FSI. However, charging of laptops, mobile phones and other personal accessories is allowed.
13. Cooking in the service apartment by the occupants is prohibited. However, consumption of food, which has been purchased outside is permitted.
14. Violation of any of these rules would result in FSI notifying the ICICI representative, who shall take necessary action.
