    The InputOutput Tables, recounted to the comparable prices, are meant as an informational database inthe given article. Data of these tables represent a range of macroeconomical indicators; it is possible to es-

    timate from different sides the current state of economics and to predict its further development, madethem more correct and realistic. This information may be used as an efficient tool for the effective manage-ment of economical processes in Ukraine. It was introduced a methodological approach and algorithm of re-calculation of InputOutput Tables to the prices of the base year.

    The article discusses approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of institutions and institutional mecha-nisms for regulating investment activities on the basis of 2 methods: correlation and regression analysis,using international indices. The first method determined the relationship between institutional arrange-ments and uncertainties and the level of investment security. The second method consists of two stages:review of the implementation of integrated indicators that measure the quality of the institutional environ-ment and economic development are calculated by international organizations, internationally recognizedindices that are most closely related to the growth rate of capital investment in Ukraine and countries clas-sified by the World Bank to one group in terms of development, such as Georgia, Moldova.
